Good morning fellow noisers. I know it is almost lunch time but I wanted to post what I had for breakfast earlier. Fried rice and salted fish. It is actually called 'tuyo' in the local language. 'Tuyo' actually translates to 'dry'. So this is a type of dried fish. It goes well with rice and even with champorado, a sweetened rice with cocoa. Anyway, tuyo goes perfect as well with a dipping sauce of spicy vinegar or fish sauce with tomatoes. #foodphotography #foodtrip #tuyo #breakfast #driedfish

Oh yes, the infamous "Dried Fish" breakfast. We're staying at my wife's family's house, and they seem to have this stinky stuff for breakfast at least three times a week. This Americano no like-o stinky dried fish. But everyone else sure does!
