Our topic for today is my experience being called or my name being mentioned at the Supermarket Customer Service.
This incident happened when I was working as a Promodiser at Robinson Fuente. That was my very first job in Cebu and it was also my first to work as a promodiser.
Apple Sticker
The first time my name was mentioned was because I made a mistake.Kasi my job is taga gawa or cut ng fruits para sa fruit mix.Eh sa pagmamadali ko di ko nacut at natapon ang part ng apple na my sticker.Apple eaters here alam niyo na my sticker yung apple diba?LOL.So ayun one customer nagreklamo kasi daw nakain ng anak niya yung cut apples na may sticker.So my narinig akong paging Miss Alice Calope please proceed to the customer service.Ang sikat ko ahaha.Since di ko pa alam that time anong nagawa ko so relax lang ako habang naglalakad papuntang customer service .Pagdating ko sa customer service buti nalan eh wala na dun ang customer na nagreklamo.So yung Assistant manager na ang nagsabi sa akin ng aking kasalanang ginawa.So ayun pinasulat nila ako ng apology letter,sinabi ko na I didn't inteneded na masali ang sticker ng apple dun sa cut apples.
Garlic
The second time naman eh same store lang din pero literally di ko talaga kasalan yun.Ganito kasi ang nangyari.Yung job ko eh nasa preperation area.So I am not aware about the prices and other stuffs sa selling area kasi iba ang nakatuka dun.One time lumabas ako sa selling area to deliver the finish product I mean yung mga ginawa kong RTC(Ready to cook) na gulay lang For chopsuey,sari-sari,pansit,menudo etc.Sakto namang my nagpatimbang ng Garlic isang baklang ang modus ay magpabayad pag my price discrepancy.Since ako yung natimingan na nabigyan ng garlic para ipatimbang ako yung sinisi ng bakla kasi yung price banner na nakalagay sa tapat ng garlic area is mas mababa sa naka lagay sa price tag after kung makilo yung garlic.So nagreklamo si bakla at dun na namin nalaman na my mali din yung department head namin kasi siya yung nagchange ng price banner na hindi man lang sinabin yung nakatuka sa selling area.
Pero dahil ako yung ngkilo ng garlic parang ako ang may mali.Sinabi pa ng Manager ng store na magbabayad daw kami ng isa sa kasamahan ko ng tg 50k each.Dahil yun daw nagsumbong agad ang bakla sa DTI.Buti nalang eh natalo sa kaso ang bakla kasi di siya sumunod sa protocol.Pwede naman niyang kausapin ang Department,Assistant Manager or Manager para mafix ang isyu bago siya nagsumbong sa DTI.
Honestly di naman ako natakot na pagbayarin kasi alam kong wala akong ginawang mali kasi wala nga akong alam na binago na pala ang price banner.

Ending thoughts
I remember this experienced dahil napag usapan namin ni daughter kagabi about customer service.Dun na nagflashback yung experienced ko na mamention ang name ko sa Customer service.
