A bit more about Fernando Pelliccioni, Bitcoin Cash core Dev & lead Knuth node developer
It is impossible to talk about prominent figures in the Bitcoin Cash community without mentioning the people who work directly with the infrastructure that is responsible for the full functioning of Bitcoin Cash, without them of course many bugs could occur in the system and cause discomfort in the blockchain, these people normally go unnoticed as most find the final product of Bitcoin Cash but they deserve to be mentioned.
Today I will focus my article concerning "the most outstanding figures in the Bitcoin Cash community" in the person of Fernando Pelliccioni. Fernando that in addition to what he does as a Bitcoin Cash core node developer, he is also part of a generation of individuals that pushes for the adoption of the currency in his country, Argentina, buffeted by a devaluation of its traditional money, in order to promote the use of currency in the territory.

Who is Fernando Pelliccioni?
Fernando Pelliccioni is a Bitcoin Cash dev Core, systems programmer, member of the Bitcoin Cash developer committee and lead developer at Knuth.
He has been a systems programmer since 1997, he is part of the second generation of programmers in his family, since his father also programmer, in addition for being a Bitcoin Cash developer he also has contributions to other blockchain fields that encompasses works on Bitcoin Core and also on Litecoin in the implementation of full nodes. Fernando is also the lead developer of the Knuth project whose function is to grant high performance to Bitcoin Cash, it is a complete implementation node with a focus on extra capabilities and resilience in the protocol.
In addition to participating in the development of Bitcoin Cash as a dev, Fernando is also a strong user of the cryptocurrency, having actively participated in the diffusion, adoption and expansion of Bitcoin Cash in Argentina. He, along with other collaborators in his country, has distinguished himself for his commitment to promoting the currency and enjoying the benefits that can be acquired with it. For an economy buffeted by inflation and massive demand for a means of storing value, Bitcoin Cash has stood out a lot because it has a fixed supply, is easy to use and has extremely low fees, which is crucial for its adoption.

As I mentioned above, in addition to being a Bitcoin Cash developer and member of its committee, Fernando has been part of some projects in the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem that deserve to be highlighted.

Fernando has working partnerships with projects such as Bitcoin Cash Argentina, a non-profit organization that aims to make the population and businesses in Argentina adopt and promote Bitcoin Cash in their businesses and make use of the currency to make payments making it indispensable for anyone who owns it. This project has been winning business in the heart of Buenos Aires and its surroundings with various activities that actively put the Bitcoin Cash name in the spotlight.
Knuth token project
In the middle of the second half of the year 2021, Fernando Pelliccioni created the Knuth token project, which runs on the smart Bitcoin Cash chain Blockchain, and aims to get members of the Bitcoin Cash community to support their devs, and as such lead to Bitcoin Cash achieves desired goals. And not only that, as dev supporters who decide to get involved with the project also have the ability to earn passive income by providing liquidity on exchanges where the KTH token is being traded; they also have privileges of very important people (VIP) in the KTH ecosystem accessing premium packages with airdrops or even having the right to vote when it comes to a proposal in the Knuth token tokenomics.
In the same year, in the month of November precisely on the 23rd, Fernando Peliccioni together with Ian Blas launched TangoSwap Dex, which is a decentralized trading platform that focuses on creating tools that distinguish it from the competition and make the SmartBCH Blockchain even more competitive in terms of diversification. This project is independent from either the Knuth token or even Bitcoin Cash Argentina despite having its founders in its structure.

Fernando Pelliccioni is a name that could not be left out of the Bitcoin Cash development as much as others that in this series of articles I will make a point of mentioning. In addition to the projects that I have mentioned here in which he is a part of and contributes to the Bitcoin Cash dynamics, other contributions of his can be found on GitHub from his work in the Bitcoin Cash and Blockchain area.
Fernando along with his collaborator Ian Blas were the first founding names of a Dex Exchange in the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem that were not at all unknown, as they are names that have long been standing out in the Bitcoin Cash community. In addition to TangoSwap, Fernando also launched SmartSwap, which is an aggregator of Dex Exchanges that allows investors/users to choose the best price where to trade their currencies.
