Celine is 26 years old and her best friend's name is Emma. They are of the same age, they are the best buddies from boarding school up to the college. They had many friends, but their friendship was really special. Likewise, they always count on each other and count on each other for help. The two of them also do this in common they laugh, cry and have loads of fun together. They used to share everything with each other and were there for help always. Life was easy and fun with both friends.
Remember all this happens to everyone, eventually we completed college. Emma got a job in a multinational company. Celine was so happy for her friend, and now she got busy in her work. But every single day they still communicate with each other by text messages and call on the phone. They were hanging out together practically every week. Although after joining her work Emma was giving less time to their friendship. Every time she had some or the other reasons to not responding.
This started happening often, and she began to ignore Celine. She used to always want to hang out with her, but suddenly she gets busy. Whenever she calls her up, she had her excuse is ready like she wanted to focus on her career and hangout with her new friends. But she used to see her hanging out with her new friends and all the people. Celine felt that's okay she's doing her own thing everybody finds new friends their work place. But still she used to text her message because you can't forget your own friends right.
One day she messaged her this way I miss you, let's go to dinner. there were a new restaurants that serves amazing sushi. She knows she loves Japanese food so well to her surprise she replied sorry I have to go with my mom for groceries. The same evening Celine decided to visit the store thinking she might bump into her friend after a long while, but was disappointed not see her. On coming back from the store she saw her friend on a bike sitting behind a guy, she quickly hides herself.
The guy she was sitting behind name is John they study together in the same college. She was devastated and felt cold of being cheated by her best friend was killing her. John once ask her to date him, it was Emma that advice against it. Didn’t want jump into a conclusion that, walk Up to her place to ask her what happening and also why she's behaving like this.  On getting there
Celine: hey darling surprise oh
Emma: hi Celine what happened
Celine: well can I come in
Emma: woo come in
Celine: listen Emma I think there something wrong between us. I mean perhaps I'm overreacting, but I really miss you.
Then the went on to tell her how she saw her with John the last time. Her reply was shocking
Emma: listen Celine you have no right to my privacy, as you don't need to control my life.
Celine: what
Emma: don’t act innocent I am dating John you know John right.
The truth is Celine was afraid of losing Emma I love her so much of as a girl. She wanted more than what she could offer. She just didn't want to lose her friend, after then she had seen this guy John with a lot of other girls. And none of them were happy after he left them. She wishes Emma the best in life, Â and that was the end of their friendship.
Life lesson friends life goes on I realized people are there in your life not for you but for themselves. They will be there till they fill their needs have being fulfilled one day they will be out sight and out of mind.
I can't even imagine leaving a friend behind let alone leaving this way?? ouch, that'd hurt.... :/
