The first photograph was shot in the morning and shows the table rose bud waiting to bloom after the sun rises fully. This was at around 7 am. The second photo was shot when I came home for lunch at around 1 pm. You can see that both buds have bloomed and you can see their delicate beauty and lovely yellow shade. It's amazing how much the transformation is in just a few hours.

What do you do with the corner slice of bread? As a child, I'd never eat the corner slice of bread for some reason - it was harder on the outside and shaped a little weirder than the regular slices of bread. Even now, I find my kids don't eat it. But I force myself to eat it. I still prefer the other 'regular'slices to the corner piece, but don't want to waste it. I wonder if the corner slice knows it's not as popular as the rest of the bread slices!!

How strong can you cling on to something? Both domestic lizards and garden lizards can scale walls and ceilings with ease. They apparently have suckers on their feet for this. I made a mistake! A few days ago, I noticed that my wife's bodywash was almost over and thought I'd be the nice hubby. Have you ever noticed that on reCAPTCHA, when you are asked to mark boats, the boats are never usually on water. It's a picture of them on a trailer, on a dock, in a garage, etc. I wonder if bots can figure out that they are boats if there is no water around the boats. Here is an example.

The end of my coffee.... How do you feel when your cuppa is done? I'm staring at the froth at the bottom of my cup. I enjoy the aftertaste of the coffee in my mouth and tongue. The taste seems to linger in the back of the tongue longer. I love the warm feeling as the coffee courses through my blood and nerves, waking each cell up. I'm ready for the day now! Filthy! (Warning: rant post ahead!) This is the scene just across from the wall of our large apartment complex. There is a narrow brook of eater flowing next to the wall and then a few houses on the other sie of this brook. Does water kept for 2 days in a bottle go bad? I left my water bottle half filled at work on Saturday when I finished work. Today is Monday. It's stored in a metal water bottle that is clean. I feel like a MasterChef finalist now! My culinary skills are nothing to write home about, but as a dad and husband, I have to satisfy my kids hungry tummies once in a while. Right now there are continuous squeals of laughter from both my children as they watch something on TV. Guess what it is? TOM AND JERRY! This was my favorite cartoon show in school and I'm glad my kids get to watch it too, thanks to YouTube! It feels violent compared to the modern generation of kids cartoons, but all of us who watched it turned out to be proper adults didn't we!!

SHOT! Late night basketball yieded some exciting moments for my son. I managed to catch these 2 shots being sunk. The first was from beneath the basket and the second was from the court. You can see the ball just entering the net after going through the hoop. Since there was low light and this was a handheld mobile shot, the picture is not clear and the ball is blurred. Technical issues aside, this is so much fun!!

Rainfall!! What was unusual about today's rainfall is that it started just as we were leaving work on the bike. It usually rains only at night.
