Filthy! (Warning: rant post ahead!) This is the scene just across from the wall of our large apartment complex. There is a narrow brook of eater flowing next to the wall and then a few houses on the other sie of this brook. The people staying on the other side of the flowing water treat the water as a free flowing dustbin. Every morning they dump garbage on it. It's so filthy, that the water is now black and there is a stench that gets across to our homes too. There's plastic waste that clogs everything. Our garden patches next to the wall don't survive and plants die. The problem is that since we are a large complex of houses, the public feel that we don't have a right to complain about this as we are the major source of pollution in this area. We segregate all our waste and have a proper waste disposal company to take care along with the municipality garbage disposal logistics. Anyway, we cannot change people who dump and wreck their own back doors and think they have rights to do so. It's ultimately their loss.
