Last night I made this Buffalo wing casserole & it was delicious.
Cook separately & then mix:
Shredded chicken breast tossed in Frank's Red Hot
Hashbrowns/potato chunks
Broccoli
Top with shredded cheese
& roast till cheese is melted
Drizzle with hot sauce & ranch to your taste.
I love doing this recipe cause other than the chicken, cause I like to slow cook it in a pan with spices & stock & make soup with the left overs, it can all be done in the air fryer. Quick & easy.
The weather is getting colder & soon the boats will be put into drydock for the Winter but in the meantime enjoy the sights on the river.

Got a dollarstore surprise gift today, creepy doll head & an electric tea light candle. Man some people just get me😆
Anyone who knows me knows a few things about me.

2) I still love building things with Lego, my sets are just cooler as an adult😜

Well I successfully glued some mini Tombstones onto some lego pieces for my haunted display for spooky season & did not glue any of my fingers together this time👍😁

It's been a while since I shared any of my doodles on here but I have been playing Pokémon Go again lately while walking my dog & had the question that popped into my head, Do Pokémon eat each other? I know there is source for people eating Pokémon, but do we have source for them eating each other?

Halfway through our walk this morning I looked up & noticed that the Moon was still up in the sky. Not the greatest picture of it since I only had my phone with me not my full size camera so my setting were fairly limited. But here we are 6x digital zoom, dropped the exposure, locked focus & attempted to stabilize with my knee. Give how bright the sky was I was surprised that the phone captured anything. What do you think?

The Sandman drops on Netflix today & I'm so glad that I have time to binge watch it today as it is quite possible the best thing to come out of the DC Universe to date. Neil Gaiman's comic has been amazingly transformed into film & I'm not usually a big fan of shot for panel recreations but episode one was the perfect origin story & right out of the issue #1 of the comics.
If you have time today you should absolutely give this show a watch.
Congratulations to this guy who pulled in this large ass Muskie this morning. I don't know who they are but just happened to be walking by when they were pulling it aboard. I heard him yell in to us that it measured 46" which is pretty big for a catch in the river here as it is more common in the Northwestern waters & we are Southeastern.
I have been picking up mini cutting boards at the local dollar store & sticker packs from Amazon to make these collage boards for my wall. The Mario one took more effort because I had to purchase multiple sticker packs to get all the ones I wanted for this board. I am trying to decide which theme to do next. I'm leaning toward a Rick & Morty, a Marvel, or a DC one but I have also been asked to do a Harry Potter one for someone else.
What do you guys suggest?

I was asked to review a battery operated security camera for a company I have worked with in the past & I am really impressed with the quality of the camera in both daylight & ir night vision. I look forward to being able to move this camera where I need it, when I need it as it can act as a nanny cam for my dog by strapping it into his crate when I am away or setting it up on my tripod & watching over the lake. I plan to test out the IR at night over the water to hopefully I can catch some really cool night shots of some of the cargo ships. I also think this will be handy to take camping & Hotspot from my phone, again for the night vision.

It is the end of the month & over the last month our government & banks have announced they will be raising borrowing rates to try & curb inflation. Professionals keep saying that you should cut your expenses by making coffee at home, eating out less, avoid unnecessary shopping etc. I feel it only fair to point out the damage this advice does as well. By spending less on these things we are essentially creating an environment that no longer employs millions of people leading to much larger demand for social assistance programs & forcing us further into a recession. The middle class & 'freedom fighters' always like to say that raising interest rates is a war on the middle class but remember that while it may be inconvenient for you to cut back on your drive thru coffee that inconvenience to you is life or death to those that serve you.
The only ones unscathed by rising interest are the ones causing the inflation to begin with, the ones that have been profiting off every step & will continue to just pass on the costs. Support your local businesses, your mom & pop stores & tell the big chains enough is enough. Stop stepping over each other for a second/third/fourth property with the idea of forcing those drive thru workers to pay exorbitantly high rent prices while also attacking their livelihood as the thing you are cutting out to meet your goals.
We need to work together, not prey on each other.❤

Deal of the day, Discovery+ is offering Canadians(not sure if any other country gets this offer) the first 2 months for just $0.99 / month in celebration of Shark Week. The downfall is that because of the CRTC rules restricting streaming services content the shows I was hoping to watch aren't available to us. (Not enough 'Canadian content' whatever that means).
I am going to see if using a VPN into the US will allow me to watch the shows. Considering that is the USA literally the other side of the water & my phone often jumps to US roaming networks you would think that my 'non-Canadian' exposure is already at max 🤣 so the CRTC can just piss off & stop trying to control what I watch.😉
