*Update* - Trying to log in behind a VPN gives a message of "Sorry, access to Discovery+ is available only within the country where you created your account" 🤬 Deal of the day, Discovery+ is offering Canadians(not sure if any other country gets this offer) the first 2 months for just $0.99 / month in celebration of Shark Week. The downfall is that because of the CRTC rules restricting streaming services content the shows I was hoping to watch aren't available to us. (Not enough 'Canadian content' whatever that means). I am going to see if using a VPN into the US will allow me to watch the shows. Considering that is the USA literally the other side of the water & my phone often jumps to US roaming networks you would think that my 'non-Canadian' exposure is already at max 🤣 so the CRTC can just piss off & stop trying to control what I watch.😉
