A fit person is more competent and healthy as compared to others who are chubby, obese and fatty. Extra fat and weight of human body increase the health issues like High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, Fatty Liver Dissease Osteoarthritis and Diabetes. That's why it's important to gain fitness by cutting extra fats and calories from the body. Journey of Fat to Fit and Fabulous is one step away for the aspirants.
There are lots of diet and exercise plan to follow to get fitness but I am going to share some important steps that will help you to get fitness and tune into healthy lifestyle.

If you want to loose weight you need to these excessive calories and some more.
