Tuesday Date

**October 26, 2021** 25th day of June, year 2018, I gave him my yes on his question "will you be my girlfriend?". The day is still very firm in my memory. That day is greatly valued to us both because that is the day that we became officially together as boyfriend-girlfriend. Thus, whenever the 25th day of the month arrives, we celebrate our special day. Yesterday, we celebrated our 40th monthsary. We planned to have a date just here in the vicinity of our town but the weather did not permit us. It was bucketing down that we postponed our plan. We wanted to celebrate together with our daughter. Thus, we just stayed home and chill. It was okay for me that the plan did not go through. What's important for me is we are together, happy with our daughter and contented with each other. But early this morning, my partner told me that we will go to the city. He already asked his mother to looked for our daughter. I asked him what we are going to do there. He just told me that we will buy some things. Well, since I also wanted to have a joyride, I agreed. We decided to leave at 1 in the afternoon when our daughter is asleep already. But it seemed like our daughter had a clue that we were going to leave her. She did not sleep in her usual nap time. She always on the lookout. It's already past 1 in the afternoon yet she was still awake. When she saw us changing our clothes, she was jumping with happiness. Perhaps, she thought that she could come to us. (Poor child ). When we were ready to leave, she cried. No matter how much I wanted to bring her but I couldn't. We were only using a motorcycle and I won't risk her safety.But when she saw her grandmother coming inside our room, she calmed down and played with her. We grabbed the moment to go while she was busy. It was already 2 in the afternoon when we departed from the house. We arrived at the city after an hour of traveling. We made a stop at J&F store and looked for some decorations that I will use for my daughter's upcoming birthday. Then, we proceeded at the mall and there, I bought a polo shirt for him and some educational toys for our daughter. After roaming around at the mall, we headed at my favorite fastfood place which is Jollibee. I was very happy because I was able to eat my favorite foods. ( My tummy will be very glad again,hahaha) Jollibee is very close to our hearts too because this the place , though in the other branch, where we became close together. This is where we also celebrated our first monthsary. While enjoying our food, we looked back our happy memories. We laughed and had fun. We went home after we bought *pasalubong.* When we arrived, our daughter welcomed us with a big smile and with a shout mamaaaa, papaaa. Celebrating a simple occasions like monthsaries is good to make the relationship or bond grows stronger. It helps you cherish the beautiful memories that you both shared together. Others may say that it's a childish thing or only immature people will do that but for me, it can adds up value to our relationship together. Besides, celebrating monthsaries don't need to be extravagant or lavish. As long as you are both happy, that is more than enough. Aloha everyone. How are you all today?
