There's nothing wrong of loosing, what important is you did a good fight.

Good evening guys. I skipped writing here yesterday because Im so occupied with the things that happened yesterday.
It's my husband rest day yesterday and we went to my in-laws house as usual. My sister in-law already went home to Baguio that's why my husband will be the one who needs to fix the land issue within their neighbor. Like what I said on my previous article regarding the article 650 civil code of the Philippines, it is stated above the easement of the right of way and the prejudicial servient estate.
We are confident to block the existing right way because we know that we are right and the law is in us but we are wrong.
After my husband blocked the existing right of way, the neighbor complain and said we can't blocked it. We went to the baranggay to talk about it and its seems that the baranggay captain in is favor to the neighborhood. On the last talk he said we can build a fence as long as they can access the road but yesterday he said he didn't said it.
He explained that if we want to blocked the existing right of way we need to give a new right of way that has the same measurements of the old right of way which is really impossible unless we will cut the house of my in-laws
The baranggay captain also said that even if we raised it in the court we will never win.
My husband was really stressed but it told him that there's nothing wrong of loosing what important is you did a good fight and you can walk with heads up because your conscience is clean. All of their neighbors and relatives believes in them because they know the truth but sadly they are not allowed to speak up.
As of this moment we are waiting for the call of my husband friend because he will introduce us to a lawyer so that we can asked our questions.
Maybe they think that we loose and they laughed at us but Gods knows my husband family are only fighting for their rights.
Maybe we loose now but God is not sleeping. He can see the truth and I know He will help us.
