Should I enroll my son to day care this year? I was browsing my Facebook account earlier and I saw the post of one of the baranggay official here in our barangay Facebook page saying this. ***Permission to post admin.*** ***Early registration for day care ages 3 years old 11 months and four years old and 11 months starting today March 3,2022 to March 9, 2022.*** ***Thank you admin.*** I am confused the moment I read the post and asked myself if should I enroll my son for day care this year. My son is 3 years old and 5 months now. I was really confused that's why I decided to message the daycare teacher here in our barangay asking about it. It's fine with if my son will go to say care this year there's no problem regarding that but you know what I am more concerned about? So you know our situation here , I am the one who will take good care of my niece also and what I want is that I will send my son and my niece in daycare at the same school year because I will be the one who will having a hard time teaching an sending them to daycare center if it's already face face. So it's more convenient on me if they will go to school together.
I chatted the day care teacher asking about the age bracket and then she told me that if I will going to enroll my son next day he is not a daycare anymore but a kinder. I am more confused and I want a clear answer that's why I asked her again but she didn't reply to me. Then I chatted one of my friend and her daughter is the same age with my son and asked her if she will enroll her daughter for day care and she said she will enroll her daughter next year. I asked her about my worries because I am confused. Then she send me a screenshot of the conversation of her and the day care teacher in my husbands place saying that it's too early if she will enroll her daughter for day care. She said she can enroll but she will repeat daycare again next year.
I also went to our nearby neighborhood because her son is the same age as my son and asked him if she will enroll his son and she said she will enroll it next year because her son is too young. You know my confusion earlier , my head really aches. I chatted my cousin again who is teacher too and at first she told me that I need to enroll my son now but later she search it and I got an enlightenment. So I can now enroll my son for day care because his age is on the bracket but I can also enroll him next year for day care because the cut off is Oct 31.
And finally I got a relief. I will enroll my son for day care next year.

Wala naman prob Yen kung di makapagdaycare anak mo. Anak ko eh diretsong kinder na eh, kinder 1 at kinder 2. Laro laro lang din naman gagawin ng mga bata doon. Pero nasa sau pa din yan maghanda ka ng madaming sipag, lakas kasi medyo matrabaho yan kapag may nag aaral na..

Di ko nga maintindihan yang day care. Kasama nba sa curicullum yun? Or kinder na talaga start. My daughter will be 5 years old na kasi this april
Tapos nag daycare na sya?
Hindi.
Ako din ako lang nagturo magsulat sa anak ko kasi modular din naman kasi kaya nalilito rin talaga ako
Kahirap nga ngayon. Baka next week mag inquire na kami sa mga schools.
Oo nga.. wla din kasi masyado learnings at fun pag modular mga bata.
Pero wala pa kasi sinasabi na face to face class dito samin

Yung gulong gulo ka na miss yen kung eenroll mo anak mo. Pag ako din mag tatanong din ako marami parang marami akong basehan. Na coconfused tayo pag ganyan. Finally naka decide kana rin miss yen. Ako wala talagang alam sa mga ganyan miss yen. Yung edad ng bata para i-enroll sa school.

I guess it's fine.. The earlier he'll study, the better.. As he would learn more.. Just give him more time to enjoy childhood life of course,...
Hindi na nga naenjoy gawa ng pandemya
I think the Kindergarten wasn't like before na kasi eh, in our time even you were not graduated the DSWD Kinder garten pwedi padin sa G-1, now hindi na dapat tapos niya muna K1-K2 hahaha, then haggang Kto12 pa yan Mareng, mahaba-habang dwelo na yan hahaha.

Ako nga akin di rin na enroll eh 4yrs old na to ..umuwi kasi kami dito sa province. Di ko alam saan ko e enroll to 🤦

Mas maganda nga siguro kapag mas bata pa and okay lang din kahit ulitin niya ulit. To make sure na matututo sila. mahirap kasi mag turo kapag sa bahay lang eh, makukulit pa man din mga bata. Yung sinasabi ni yonong sa may comment, may maalala ako na kaklase ko dati. Dahil hindi siya nakapag Kinder or Dayca care at grade 1 na agad agad, hindi siya makapag basa and hindi niya masulat maayos yung name niya pang Kinder padin yung sulat nya kahit magpa senior high school na kami noon.

I think that's a good idea, because it's very good to expose the young ones to learning in their early stage when their brain is not occupied with much thought, at their early stage theiy brain is so sharp to capture what everything the teacher may teach them.
I am teaching him here by my own and he knows the basic teaching but ofcourse the teaching of professional is different
Kung pasok sya sa bracket/cut off ng ages enrol mo na... Pero kung hindi pa naman wag na lang muna at madodoble ang gastos at oras mo..

Hope all may nag-aannounce about sa ganito. Dito kasi sa amin wala ay~ magugulat ka na lang na pwede na pa lang mag-enroll for day care. Like si Tita, di n'ya alam na pwede na kaya ayun di na-enroll si couz namin. Kapag madami talagang pinagtatanungan, mas nakakalito eh. Iba-iba kasi way nila ng pag-eexplain. 🙈
