He has an alter persona.

I am so hooked with this new drama series of GMA 7 entitled Ang dalawang ikaw ( The two sides of me ). It was aired last June 21, 2021 with the direction of. Jorron Monroy. The story of this drama series is about guy having a split personality.

What is split personality?

"According to Medical News Today. A split personality refers to dissociative identity disorder (DID), a mental disorder where a person has two or more distinct personalities. The thoughts, actions, and behaviors of each personality may be completely different."

The main characters of this series are Ken Chan who portray the characters of Nelson and Tyler. Rita Daniela at Mia , the wife of Nelson and Anna Vicente as Beatrice , the wife of Tyler.

The original personality of the character was Nelson. He is a weak man as per my observation in the series. When he was a child he experienced trauma and that trauma triggered him to have a split personality. His alter persona was Tyler , a way different from Nelson. Tyler is very manly in look with a high personality.

I was hooked to this series because of Ken Chan as I admire his acting skills in this series. He first got my attention way back his old series when he portray the role of Boyet , a man with disability.

Here's a little story of this series , if you guys watching it then you already knew this.

Mia and Nelson are High School sweethearts until they got married and Mia got pregnant. An incident happened causes Mia to have a miscarriage and the brother of Mia blame Nelson for being not so attentive when it comes to the welfare of her wife. Nelson was so depressed that time to the point that he drink a lot even if he is not into drinking. He don't want to face Mia because he blamed himself. He was so drank that moment and there's a couple of guys who had a trip with him. They punched Nelson until he fall on the ground bloody. That's the time when Nelson triggered to be Tyler.

Nelson was gone and Tyler exist. Since Tyler is the alter persona of Nelson, he didn't remember anything about Nelson. So Nelson became missing and Mia did all her effort to find his husband but she was failed.

Tyler and Beatrice met in one the incident when there's a holdapers in the building and Tyler help Beatrice. They became in relationship and Beatrice has no idea that his boyfriend was an alter persona of Nelson.

One time , after a year Mia saw Tyler and she insisted that he is Nelson but since Tyler has no idea of what Mia was saying he just ignored it and leave Mia but Mia was eager to find the truth and do her best to talk to Tyler and prove to him that she was right.

She hired an investigator and test the DNA of Tyler and show it to Tyler and Beatrice. Beatrice knew it already but because she loves Tyler so much she said that Mia was just inventing stories and convince Tyler to marry her as soon as possible.

An incident happened when there's a woman having miscarriage infront of the building and because of that Tyler was triggered to be Nelson again. Beatrice was so depressed because of what happened and he find way to get Tyler back. Nelson and Mia decided to go in the psychiatrist to check Nelson condition and then they decided Nelson to have a therapy.

During his therapy days , Beatrice thought of an idea of getting Tyler back. She hired a person who will triggered Nelson to be Tyler again. Then Tyler pretend to be Nelson to be out of the rehabilitation center and then they planned to be out of the country with Beatrice but Mia's brother caught Tyler having a conversation with Beatrice about the plans and because of that thier plans got ruined.

Mia filed a restraining order to Beatrice so that she can't go near Nelson but she still want Tyler back and she didn't mind the restraining order resulting for her to go in jail. While Beatrice is in jail she experience vomiting and she went to the jails clinic and find out the she was pregnant and obviously the father is Tyler.

So yeah , as I am typing this I am watching the series and looking forward for more good acting of the artist especially Ken Chan. Sorry for this non sense article guys. It's that just it so cold in here this afternoon and can't think of a topic but my hands wants to type as I am used to this kind of routine.
