It is sad that farmers barely earn anything. But, there is a saying. Farmers live poor but die rich.

They are real hero of our country

Farming for a living is hard work. Even with a part-time off-farm job, they work hard at the farming part for not a lot of money. Farming feels great when things are going smoothly. But when a crop busts or the workload weighs a ton, it’s easy to feel despaired. Quickly, you come to realize that small farming success needs to be judged by more than money in the bank (although that is certainly part of it). Preserves in the pantry, a stocked freezer, sustainable living, quality of life, working at home with family, balance of life are all perks of the job that need to be considered.

They provide us with food, and great respect for those people, as well as all other people who honestly earn a living, no matter what occupation they were engaged in.

Farmers, especially the small-scale or organic one, contribute a lot in shaping our world. It's their produce that make sure we recieved the right food, free from man made chemicals, harmful pesticides, and poisonous fertilizers. Such organic food is what insures that we get the right nutrients without causing any damage to our health. The importance of a farmer is in the importance of the food we feed to our self and family....

Life can be hard at times for a farmer if there is a natural disaster or a drought that makes it harder for his crops to grow.

Farmers are the main character to encourage our economy. They work really hard and main crops for our daily food. But in our society they are underrated as a poor one.
