Why Are You Running?

Everyone seems to be running, so many race, so many motivations, inspirations, ambitions all this giving birth to so many quest, but where are we running to, huh? We all have our individual races, but one thing stands certain, and that is the fact that we must all run. Its better we run with a vision, this way we retain focus and not miss track. You too are running, but what is your race aim, what do you do and what are you aiming to achieve. All well planned life is headed to being envied in the nearest future. Indeed we need to plan ourselves, write the vision, make it plain, so that all who sees it, would run along without confusion.

Keep running with the vision, moreover how far can we run without knowing what we are running to, a laid down vision is Paramount to our both daily and summed up work. Without a reason being established things would continue to be done as pleased, we need a vision, so we can run better. Someone might speak on speed being needed as well in our vision race but that's all a secondary need. Running with speed but no direction is as good as wasting energy, energy that can be better productive if channeled in the right moves, and the right moves comes with getting the overview of what you aim for, of what you want to achieve in short term and long term, however this is truly possible via the help of God and discipline.

This way its easier to bring other people over to assist in doing things too, as they already know of the mission statement, this is what we are collectively channeling our effort to as a group. Working in group is often a hard task to do, as we have different people with different attitude and characters, differences that would likely lead to choas and quarrels, but when there is a single aim for everyone, they wouldn't let personal difference affect the work effect for the organization.

However its best when everyone is in good terms. Applying good conflict resolution could also be great cause there is most likely to be differences coming from people, some misunderstanding, they can get to work but how effective would they work without being happy to work, or having their heart race as they have a heat up situation with someone else. The vision needs Everyone to be Happy and peacefully coexisting.

In writing the vision, it should be remarkable as well achievable, some in applying overly excitement have set vision that are rather not realistic, everyone would like to deal internationally, but not everyone would. We aim for the best, however the best and foreseeable point to achieve, not a vision you can see yourself achieving, if you can see it, you can get it. I understand that there's a place of faith, like rugged believe, however with work and ambition you really want to set a mark you know you can stretch to if you try, not one you don't see achieving just because you want to create magic, however when you achieve a mark already, it can be reedited and a new one be set to start pushing again.

Yes, just like winning a trophy, a trophy won is always an incentive to work harder, winners have stronger feelings to push again than losers, a loser might decide to take a break, just to relax although they call it re strategizing. So when a vision formerly set has been achieved, its a happy moment and everyone should be commended and then we set a new one, a higher one but yet realistic again judging from the current stand point. Not one that isn't foreseeable, its often straining when we are running towards a thing we don't see or worst don't know if we can reach, but when we know we can meet with the mark if we try harder as we see it but only needing our extra push to finally get it, we would surely give in our best shot. That best shot is what the business need.

The Bible being my best teacher for life as well as business and all other areas said something very profound, it said make the vision make it plane, and all who sees it would surely run with you, in places where there is no vision, everyone creates what they want, this causes confusion as to what the essence of the company might be holding. Its part of the first steps to take even before the actual work commence, we need everyone to know the aim and objectives.

The vision has to be plane for everyone to see, so when someone is drifting from the goal, he or she can easily be corrected without feeling some kind of way. We all have a task at hand, sooner or later we would be working on our own business, something that would belong to us that would earn us cash and carry our legacy, to this we need to make a vision so everyone coming to help and join and run with. The vision gives us fulfillment of a life well spent, these we once aimed at but now it is a reality, that alone gives us satisfaction that we are doing right aside other benefits. Follow your visions.
