Family bonding Today is a family bonding day. We attended a holy mass this morning and then ate our lunch at TimHoWan, HongKong's most famous Michelin Star Dimsum. Maraming salamat po sa nagbigay nitong mga cutie na mga gamit like shampoos, conditioner, lotion at body wash. These were given by my sis-in-law. Cravings satisfied I was craving to eat linagang baka so I went to the market early today. The only available beef bones was the ribs so I got about 3/4 kilo and also bought some vegies for my nilaga. I boiled the beef ribs to soften and finally after 2 hours of slow cooking, my nilaga was done. I tasted a bowl of soup with meat to satisfy my cravings. It has been a fruitful busy day for me. We had lunch at Dine Brunch +Bar at Streetscape. The food we ordered were all delicious. I had my tenderloin steak with garlic rice and eggs. Election Day My daughters and I went to our precinct at Labangon Elementary School at 8am. It's a walking distance from home. Many voters were there already. As I was sitting here to get some fresh air, I noticed that my potted snake plants have spikes of soon to be blooming flowers. I feel so lucky to see these snake plants blooming. This is the first time that the potted plants are flowering. I usually see the snake plants bloomed at the plants which were found outside our gate planted at the plant box. I remember the fragrant smell of these flowers. I can't wait 'til these spikes blooms. #ILoveFlowers

It's a busy Tuesday for me. I had to wake up very early today to cook rice for bunso's baon because she went to the office. I gave her some beef steak and fried pork tonkatso for her ulam. Since it's our laundry schedule, I made two wash loads. The first load was done and also hanged to dry. The second load is currently washing which are bedsheets and pillowcases. This afternoon, We visited the resting place of my beloved Mama and Papa at Rose Lawns Memorial Gardens here in Bacolod City. The area is so peaceful with only a few persons around. I was very grateful for the chance to give due respects to my loving parents after many years of not being able to come here. I miss them so much. 05172022 It's the end of my vacation time. Currently at San Carlos City Port on my way to Toledo City , then Cebu City. I am taking the Ceres Bus from Bacolod City and it passed by Don Salvador Benedicto route. The bus was fully loaded, some passengers were standing. I am glad I arrived at the bus terminal earlier to get a seat. This photo is the view that I took from Lite Ferries boat. We have started our 2-hour trip from San Carlos City to Toledo City. Currently attending a wedding anniversary party of my husband's cousin and also his nephew. The have hired a band so we were having fun watching and listening to music. There were many guests. Our cousins were married for 46 years while their son was married for 11years. It's a big celebration and I was glad to join them. Being married for these number of years is a great accomplishment. Bonsai I have these photos saved in my gallery. I took these photos when I went with my friends at Resorts Negrense. Special hopia Kararating lng ni bunso at partner dito sa bahay galing sa Manila. They had a very important meeting with their friend there during the weekend. This is one of their pasalubongs , ube queso hopia from Eng BeeTin. It's very delicious. I really love ube moreso with added cheese. Have you tried this ube queso hopia? Yesterday , Monday, was our garbage collection day but the garbage truck did not pass by so all the garbage containers stayed outside. My garbage was inside a sack.
