Happy Friday Oh what a beautiful sunny skies we have today. I am here sitting outside breathing some fresh air while preparing my rice for cooking. I already defrosted a piece of fish for steaming. I'll gather some green onion leaves from the garden. I noticed that some were folded already so I better get and use it for my steamed fish. I will also fry some lechon left overs to add to my viands. What's your plan for lunch my dear friends? I'll better get moving and prepare lunch for the family. Have a blessed day ahead.
