Mother's Day Happy Mother's Day to all mothers , surrogate moms or dads acting as mothers too! It's time to celebrate our lives nurturing our own children or adoptive children. Today my children and I will go out for lunch to celebrate this special day. Yesterday we started celebrating since it was also the birthday of my son-in-law. We went to IL Corso and walked along the bay. It was our first time to went there arriving by mid afternoon and there were many people by the boardwalk. There were a lot of food stalls from barbeque, cookies, Japanese food, Filipino foods, etc. We chose to eat Ramen. We also had ice cream cookie sandwich , Miguelito ice cream and later in the evening tasted the BubbleZ tea. We went home last night with full tummies and happy faces. We had fun yesterday, walking , eating, enjoying the fresh sea breeze and looking at the new CCLEX bridge from afar. You can see the new bridge behind my photo.
