If poor nutrition is a part of everyday life, it will have great consequences on both appearance and health.

Bad food not only cures and causes diseases of the cardiovascular system, diabetes, arthritis, and many other diseases but also affects the mental part of a person.

Food has such a strong effect on the body that it causes addiction and sometimes turns into pathology. A person literally has to get rid of bad food like drugs.
