No Goals For The Month Of December

As you all may know that the month of November is going to end in a very short time. The time here in Pakistan is 21:25 right now. So November is going to end in less than 3 hours.
I have set targets for this month and I am sad to announce that I haven't achieved those targets but I will not write much about it as I am writing this article for setting up goals for the next month, December which is the last month of 2021. I hope it also becomes the last month for all our sorrow and discomfort.
As I said, the month of October was miserable for my set targets for noise.cash and read.cash. I have decided to not set any goals for next month. I am not setting any goal because I felt miserable when I did not achieve the targets this month and I dont want to feel worried like that again. I will definitely track my tracking and check how much I have accumulated by the end of this month.
I felt demotivated for almost this whole month but all my motivation came back after the noise.cash resuming the previous update and deciding to bring free tips back. I even skipped almost a whole week and did not publish an article for a whole week.
As I said in my previous article and hoped that people won't start misusing it. I fear spammers are back again and one even commented on my post.
But I have full trust in the noise.cash admin because he has already handled this spammer issue excellently before and I am sure he will also successfully beat them this time too.
Also, I have decided to take out at least 2 hours daily from my working schedule and do chat in Axie BCH discord to rank up and exceed to the next levels. I work in an office from 9 AM to 5 PM and I do chat in the discord when I get some free time during my working hours but I dont like it. But it happens very little when I have free time during my office timing.
But now I will definitely chat in their chat room after my office hours are off and will try to advance to the next levels. I would love to become an Axie scholar soon because noise.cash and read.cash are the two sources for my green cash, BCH, and I would definitely love to add another source in the form of Axie BCH.
I am currently on 145 number and I would definitely increase my rank in the next month and become in the top 100 in sha Allah. I hope I will learn all the commands and tricks of Axie.
I think it's the right time to finish the article before this month ends.

My Family Made "Panjiri" For Me

I have Accumulated 1.5 BCH
I am feeling so happy right now because I have accumulated 1.5 BCH. I completed 1 BCH on 14th September and after that, I successfully accumulated 0.5 BCH within just 2.5 months. My family made "Panjiri" for me
Yesterday, my family made a desi dish called "Panjiri". I will write about the whole process and the recipe for it. Panjiri is made from a mixture of different food items. First of all herbal gum (Resin) is needed in powder form. Resin usually grows on different trees, but people mostly make panjiri from the Phulai tree resin because it is considered most healthy.
Then comes the dry fruit. I have mixed walnuts, peanuts, almonds, and coconut in the panjiri. Cashews can also be mixed but I forgot to add it up.
The important thing is to medium crush the dry fruits. Do not use the grinder for it because it will make a powder of them and you won't enjoy eating it. My mother put walnuts in a cloth and then hit them with big several times. And then did the same with almonds and peanuts. I helped her in cutting coconuts into slight pieces.
Then for adding sweet taste, my mother added some jaggery. She crushed it too as you guys can see in the picture.
She could have used refined sugar too but using something artificial would have ruined it. Also if you want to make something natural, try to use only the natural components in it.
Then comes the most important part and is adding Clarified butter (Desi Ghee) into it. Luckily, my in-laws have cows at their home so we didn't have to buy desi ghee as they gave it to us for free. 😂
And then we mixed it well and put it in utensils.
I asked my mom to give it to me in a bowl so that I can check the taste. And wow, just wow, the taste was so amazing. I told my wife to give me the stock for a week so that I can eat it here too.
I ate with a cup of tea and the taste of it was just out of the world. I felt so amazing that I cant wait to eat it tomorrow breakfast. 😂
Panjiri is a very healthy food. Mostly, our people make it in winter as it generates heat in the body so it's good for winters. So they make it and store it and then eat it for whole winters. It is also best for sore muscles, joint pains and it reduces body aches. It is also filled with energy and it can even help lactating mothers increase breast milk and it is especially given to women after they deliver babies for helping them regain their strength.
Noise.cash is back with its free tips
Noise.cash has started giving free tips again. If you are an old noise.cash user, you would know that noise.cash used to give free tips to all users in the beginning days. And they stopped giving it because spammers used to misuse this facility but they started giving again. I am sure all of the people would be happy after resuming this update.
I am happy too because I got really demotivated from the last update as the noise.cash has become very slow. I used to accumulate $4 to $5 per day but after the last update, it became hard to accumulate $1 in even 2 days. Most of the users find it hard to accumulate on noise.cash. Now I feel motivated again after the new update. It felt really amazing when I see the notification of free tips. It felt like the good old days have arrived again.
But now I hope people will not misuse it this time and dont make noise.cash change it again.

I apologize once again in the start for not posting any article from the last 6 days. But this time the reason is different than laziness. I felt demotivated from the last week. As you all may know noise.cash has become very slow these days and almost everyone is affected by it as everyone's earning has gotten very low. Because likes are reduced on everyone's posts. I know this time will pass too and everything will become normal but it will definitely take some time.
Thanks to @George_Dee though for giving me advice that I should interact more with noisers in explore section as it will help me in growing my subscribers and I will also meet new people. I agree with him and I have started interacting a bit on exploring.
Thanks to Our Colleague for Organizing a Meal for us
As I have informed you guys that our football team has won the tournament last week. Two colleagues of my department were part of the team but one colleague who lives with us in our official residence was also part of the team who got succeeded in scoring a goal in the final match and got the prize of 60000 Pkr.
So we asked him for a party and he organized it last night. As you can see in the pic below, he cooked mutton qorma for us. The taste of it was amazing but we enjoyed the gathering, which was the main goal of why we asked him to organize a meal. So that we can relax and chat with each other and enjoy pulling each other legs. 😂
I was feeling hungry So I ordered Dahe Balle
Mixed vegetables were cooked at our residence and I dont feel like eating them so I took a few bites. But after one hour, I felt like I am starving so I ordered Dahe Balle. As you guys can see I put it on my laptop and ate it while watching "Venom 2 movie". 😂 Dahi balle is the combination of sweet sauce, sour sauce, Balle (A mixture of lentils), and mixing all these items with yogurt.
Now my stomach is full. 😂
I have reached Level 10 in AxieBCH Doji discord
I have joined the AxieBCH Dojo discord and started chatting there. I still need to learn a lot about it because I have no idea about discord commands. But I have reached level 10 and ranked 152 in just a few days only by chatting in their chat room. I know it won't be easy but I hope one day I will get successful in becoming a scholar there.
I even audio chatted with some of the users. The whole team is very nice and friendly and it was lovely chatting with them.

Our Team won The Football Tournament

Apologies in the start for not publishing an article tomorrow. There was no solid reason for not publishing. Laziness got the better of me once again. So last night I didn't do anything productive. I watched movies all night and then reached the office late because I woke up late. I will try to stay on the right path and never let laziness dominate me again, hopefully. 😂
I know it will be tough to beat the laziness for years but eventually, I will be able to defeat it in sha Allah.
Lost $30 while trading on Storm Gain App
I lost $30 while trading on the storm gain app but luckily it wasn't my invested money. $20 of it was a bonus amount and $10 of it was earned money through trading. I bought DOT with it when it was almost $47. The market suddenly went for a dump and I lost all of my amounts. That was a foolish decision because I could have researched whether the value of it is increasing or not. I took a decision in hurry and that's the biggest mistake one's do while trading.
Always do research about the crypto you are investing in. Actually, I always trade-in BCH when I am trading on Binance. Because I have an idea about the market of BCH. I do trading very less though. But whenever I do any trade, I do it carefully after research because it is my earned money from these two platforms and I cannot afford to lose it. But the bonus amount was just free money so I didn't give a damn about it. But I will try to be more careful next time in sha Allah.
Our Football Team won the final and successfully grabbed the trophy
As I have told you guys in the previous article that our management has organized the football tournament in our project. Today was the final of that tournament and our department won it 1-0. The game was very tough and both sides played very well against each other but our key player somehow managed to successfully kick the ball in the opposing team's goal post just about 10 mins before the game was about to end.
The opposing team tried their best to execute a goal in those remaining 10 mins but they failed. It looked like they are battling enough and they will execute a goal and we will get to see the penalty kicks but it didn't happen.
The chief guest announced Pkr.100K for both the teams and 50K for the player who scored the goal. Pkr. 300K was already announced for the winning team and 100K for the runner-up team.
Our IT department is happy because two of our colleagues played in the team so almost 80K is coming into our department and hopefully we will get a party from those two colleagues in sha Allah. 😂
They even announced that the next cricket tournament will commence soon in sha Allah. And the management will keep on organizing these healthy events.
Major Events of a Few Days

I couldn't write yesterday because I had a sore throat and I was a bit tired from the journey too. So I decided to take a rest for a day and I am back with a new article. I will try to cover some major events of a few days in this article.
Sore Throat
I have a sore throat and I will take some medication today because I fear it will increase now. I would love to hear about some home remedies if you have knowledge about it.
I tried my best to stay safe and avoid getting exposed to cold weather but I dont know how I caught this seasonal flu. I really hope it would end without getting any fever.
**I took my niece to Doctor**
My niece had a fever with vomiting and diarrhea the day before yesterday. My brother was not at home so I took her to the doctor along with her maternal uncle. She even vomited at the hospital and I had to clean her up. Though I had no idea how to clean a kid, I tried it for the first time. I had to change my dress because it was stained with vomit.
The doctor instructed us on the strict prohibition of giving her milk cow and prescriber her formula. He told us that whenever dont feed her cow's milk when her stomach is upset. He told us that if she does not recover, we would have to admit her and that was troublesome for us because our hospital system is just pathetic. The patient needs to be dealt gently with care and they mistreat their patients. But thankfully, she is recovering now and we didn't have to suffer in the hospital anymore.
Our Management has organized a football tournament
Our management has organized a football tournament. The tournament is started and only 8 players are participating in it. Group matches will be finished today and semi-finals will be held tomorrow in sha Allah. And then we will be going for the final.
IT department is merged with the management team. And so far our team has lost one and won one match. And for reaching semifinal we have to win the next match otherwise we will be dropped out of the semi-final.
We get to see funny scenes in the morning in the office when we some of the aged players who are playing football. They walk like they have stiff muscles because they dont practice usually. 😂 I have seen one of our colleagues jump in yesterday's match and then he needed to put his hand behind his back because his age is almost 50. 😂
Crossed 2100 Subscribers on noise.cash
Finally crossed 2100 subscribers on noise.cash. It took me ages to gain these 100 subscribers because noise.cash has become very dull and slow after the new update. I think I am not alone and almost everyone would agree with me except noise.cash admin. 😂 Because I have seen his reply when someone asked about it and he considered everything normal as it was before.
Done some shopping with my wife
I had to take my wife shopping on Sunday. I know what you guys must be thinking right now? I know you must be feeling sad for me because most women took ages when they have to buy even a single item. 😂 But luckily, my wife does not take time while shopping. Yeah, dont be surprised you heard it right. 😂 She bought 5 items within 2 hours and then we came back home. We left our seen sleeping and he was still sleeping when we came back.
Bought a Sweater for my father
I was thinking of buying a sweater from Islamabad but when I checked the prices were too high here. So I decided to buy it from my district as it will be a bit cheap there. And I was right I bought the sweater at $8.59 and the same sweater's cost was $20 in Islamabad.
You all may know that things are usually expensive in cities.

I could not publish the article yesterday because I woke up late and then I couldn't find the right time to write it. That's why I am planning to write on Sunday though Sunday is a rest for me.
**Went For Shopping the** **day before yesterday**
Went shopping after a full year. I hate when I leave my comfort and go shopping at markets full of homo sapiens. 😂 This makes me an introvert. So my colleague asked me to go with him shopping. I hated going because I wanted to take some rest for working from 9 to 5 pm. But he insisted so I had to go with him.
I thought I should buy some stuff for myself for the winter and for my family too. So I bought shoes, socks and a jacket for myself. A sweater and suit for my son.
It took me only two hours to buy this stuff but my wife wasted almost an hour selecting two tiny rings. 🤨 She was not with me but she asked me to send me the photos and she will select herself. I sent her a few photos and then waited a long time for her reply.
I loved the sweater of my son because I found it so cute and amazing. I guess it was the most beautiful thing out of all the shopping stuff I did.
I find out that inflation is so high, shopping after a year. I bought shoes double expensively from last year. I thought I would buy a sweater for my father but it was so expensive. So I decided to buy it in my district, hopefully, it will be a bit cheap there.
**Yesterday was kind Of annoying day for me**
I left for home on Saturday that's why I love Saturdays but unfortunately, my day got ruined and I was angry for the whole day. The reason was my wife asked me to bring a parcel with me. The courier company was supposed to bring the parcel before 2 PM because I needed to leave for home. So I waited 2 hours more and after contacting them I find out that they have scheduled the parcel till Monday.
I got very angry and I don't get angry easily. But when I get angry, my anger reaches another level. That's why I am trying to control my anger but I told them to not drop it on Monday because I will not receive it so better cancel it. Told my wife too and luckily she understood my anger otherwise my weekend would be ruined too. 😂
I just hate when these pathetic courier companies don't even ask before the postponement of any courier, what if it was very necessary. I even asked them to give me the address of your office, I will collect it myself. But those m0r0ns told me it's against our policy when anyone receives the courier by hand. To hell with their pathetic policies and unorganized system. This courier service is the biggest courier service in our county that's why they don't give a damn about the sentiments of their clients because they know they have no bigger competition.
I have ordered many things online before and I have noticed other courier provider companies provide it within time except this one.
**Thankfully I have a cute son at home**
I left my office in an off mood after the whole situation and I thought now my mood will remain the same for this weekend. But when I entered my home, I saw my son jumping and laughing with joy, asking me to take him by raising both hands. My anger vanished after seeing my cute son and all the joy came back to my life. 😂
**I have achieved half a century of articles with this article**
Finally, I have achieved the half-century of articles here on read.cash. I never thought I would be able to even write more than 10 articles but thankfully, I achieved half a century and I will be able to cross century this year in sha Allah.
Pakistan Lost the Semi-Final

Pakistan lost the semi-final
Almost most Pakistanis who are fans of cricket and watch cricket regularly must have been depressed last night because Pakistan lost the semifinal last night. I was sad too but I felt happy as it was a proud moment for our cricket team to reach the semi-final. The team which everyone thought would be kicked out in the group stage., did not even manage to reach the semi-final but they were the only unbeatable side. It looked like no one can beat them after they beat the mighty teams of Indian and New Zealand. For the first time, our team looked unpredictable and dangerous for the opponent teams.
My advice to my fellow countrymen
After the defeat, most of my fellow country started trolling Hassan Ali because he dropped the most crucial catch at a very crucial moment. No doubt he was the reason why Pakistan didn't bounce back and lost the match. But the same Hassan Ali had managed to bring champions trophy to our homeland. Therefore, I would request everyone to refrain from trolling our hero because we have no idea if he is going through some tough situation. We should back him up and back our whole team.
I am sure he will fight back in the next World Cup in sha Allah. The problem with human nature is that they respect their players when they are playing well but if they play poorly they will start cursing him. So calm down a bit because it was a very pressure situation for him as he was expensive in the last over, so he dropped the catch otherwise he is an amazing fielder, we all know that.
**Prime Minister Imran Khan tweeted to motivate the demoralized team**
Imran Khan tweeted at the right moment when the Pakistan team needed it. He showed his support and told Babar Azam & the team to be proud of themselves and tried to console them. Prime Minister was an amazing all-rounder himself and he won the maiden world cup for the Pakistan cricket team as a captain so knows exactly how the current captain must be disappointed and depressed.
We Installed Our Official Projector At Our Senior Manager's House
One of our senior managers in management asked us to install a projector at his house because he arranged at his house and gathered a party at his house. Unfortunately, Pakistan lost the match so his party got ruined. 😂 He would terminate me if he sees I am enjoying this moment.
We had to lay down 30 meter HDMI cable to connect the projector with his LED.

Random Stuff (NZ Win, Next Semi & Our Electrical Dept Incompetence)

As usual, I dont have any topic to write about so I am writing today again about random stuff that happened yesterday.
**New Zealand Has Won THe SemiFinal**
It was a terrific performance from the New Zealand side. They did an unbelievable comeback when everyone thought they have lost their grip on the semifinal match when they lost their two key players early, Kane Williamson and Martin Guptil. But they fight back and changed the whole scenario.
One time their batting lineup looked helpless in front of the strong bowling lineup of the England team and next they changed the scenario completely as they started to dominate the game and the English bowling attack looked completely helpless. One good over for Newzealand has changed the complete situation of the match. This is the beauty of the T2o match. It takes one moment to change the scenario of the match. Kudos to Daryl Mitchel for staying on the wicket and leading the match. And how can we forget Jimmy Neesham whose strike rate has changed the whole result? He managed to score 24 runs in one over which helped New Zealand to put pressure on the opposing team.
Jimmy Neesham didn't move when the team was celebrating after the victory. Even ESPScricinfo tweeted about it to which he responded "Job finished? I dont think so." Thats a champion mentality. He does not consider the job finished until he brings that trophy home.
Let's see what's going to happen in the final. I think New Zealand kind of deserves the trophy because they have been runner-up from the last two ODI worldcups. They lost to Australia because they played really well but lost to England because of one stupid mistake from the umpire. Umpire give one extra run in the super over which resulted in England winning the final.
2nd Semifinal is Between Mighty Australia and Unbeatable Pakistan Cricket teams
Tonight is the second semi-final between Australia and Pakistan. The Australian team is mentally strong and they have mostly brought the trophy to their home after reaching the knockout stage. They have not lost even once to the Pakistan team in the knockout stage. But India also didn't lose to Pakistan in the world cup but lost this year. So either Pakistan will break their losing record or Australia will keep their winning streak. We will find out it tonight's match.
Though The bad news is their two batsmen Shoaib Malik and Muhammad Rizwan are suffering from flu and fever from Pakistan team. The good news is they have been tested negative for Covid and they have been treated and are hopefully available for today's match. But I hope they will play well and help Pakistan win the semi-final. They can rest after that because the final will be on Sunday which gives them three days for rest.
A huge Negligency From our Incompetent Electrical Team
Yesterday, CCTV cameras went down at our main central point and after investigation we find out that power was the reason of its downtime. My boss sent me to check out the issue. And i find out that our incompetent electrical team has laid the power cable in the open. The cable was so thin that it will be cut if even a motorcycle crosses on it. Now imagine what will a heavy vehicle like dumpers does with it. And dumpers usually go on this route so that was the reason why power went down.
I told my boss and he got furious. Scolded electrical team and told them to do digging properly and bury the cable inside. As it can be dangerous for the kids because mostly residents live here at this place.

I didn't publish an article yesterday. And as usual, laziness was the reason for not writing. I thought I should rest and watch a movie or something. So I did watch a movie last night. The movie was "Green Lantern".
I am writing this article in the early morning because I would not be free for tonight. Because the New Zealand and England cricket teams will be going against each other in a semi-final match. Tomorrow is a big day for Pakistan because our team will be playing against Australia in the second semi-final. Pakistan has been the only unbeatable team in the world cup so far but I am afraid they will be under pressure against Australia because of their low wins ratio against them.

Yesterday I received a notification of an article about sexism published by her. And I got shocked after finding out that she got refused any help by the men at the power tool section at the store just because she was a female. She was angry and her anger was justified. Women do face these sexism issues all over the world. Only one woman has reached Lt. General rank in our Pak army. And she claimed it was her dream to become a Cardiovascular surgeon but her grandfather insisted on becoming a gynecologist. So she said goodbye to her dream because of sexism.
So, I thought I should try to make her anger vanish and make her laugh a bit. So I commented on her article and was glad I got successful in making her laugh. 😂
It is so easy for making some people laugh and I think she is one of them too. Because she often claimed to laugh at my lame jokes. 😂
****Our HR Department Should Train Our Employees about Printing****
Yesterday, our photocopier operator asked me that someone is giving a print command on the photocopier and prints keep coming. All of them are blank except 5 of them. It keeps coming despite canceling the printing job. It was the assistant of one of our managers who was giving the print command. I send someone from my department to check what's happening with his PC.
He finds out after checking that he has given 9 commands of the same excel sheet. And he didn't know how to select a page so he gave the command of 62000 pages. only 5 of them were written on it and the remaining pages were blank.
I scolded the guy because one of our managers was also trying to print a minute sheet which got stuck because the photocopier was busy processing the command of 62000 pages.
Issues like these happen in daily routine and it disturbs our working. We get blamed for the incompetence of other employees because most of them dont even have any idea how to print from an excel sheet properly. Thats why I even talk to an HR officer to give proper training on how to print from excel, word, or any other MS office tool.
Those managers got angry because they thought our photocopier machine or network has some bugs which are preventing them from printing their documents.
****My Favourite Is New Zealand For Today's Semi Final****
My favorite for today's match is New Zealand. I want them to face Pakistan in the Final because I think they would be relatively easy for Pakistan to beat as compared to England. England seems tough to beat but if their captain remained on the crease, it would be easy for New Zealand to beat them.

Conclusion B/W Rural & Urban Lifestyle (My Opinion & Experiences)

My previous two articles were about Rural and Urban lifestyles. I explain my point of view and opinion about it. I have observed and experienced both of these lifestyles so I wrote purely my opinion about it. It would be an injustice if I do not write about the conclusion. The conclusion of which lifestyle is better lifestyle among rural and urban.
Thats the reason why I am writing about the conclusion in today's article. Once again, the conclusion is also purely my opinion and experience.
I have spent most of my life in a rural lifestyle which is almost 22 years. Basically, my brought was in a rural lifestyle. I kind of disliked the rural lifestyle 9 years ago. I thought life should not be bound to one village. I should go out and spend my life in cities. I thought I would love to live in cities. I wanted to use fast fiber internet connectivity and my village didn't even have copper internet connectivity at that time. I was also kind of attracted to the glamourous life of cities.
Glamourous life made me forget about the problems people face in the urban lifestyle. I thought people in cities would be more open and broad-minded compared to people in the village. I was so happy when I got selected for a job in the city 9 years ago. But all my happiness vanished within a few years. I kind of disliked the way people live here. The way I lived here. It was suffocating for me at the start because I was used to living in a big home where I could feel the wind all the time on my face. But now I was confined to a small congested house where there is no chance of any wind to come inside. I was used to an environment where everyone was responsive and open to chat and live friendly with each other in the village. But I found everyone busy with their own lives and no one had the time to chat. These are the reasons why I disliked city life and started missing my village life.
I missed the life when I used to go out with my cousins and friends and enjoyed the true meaning of life. I missed how I used to live peaceful and noise-free life when there were no signs of heavy traffic. When the environment was clean from poisonous gases and there was no pollution damaging the beauty of the environment. When I used to eat fresh meat, vegetable, and fresh pure milk but now I have developed stomach burn because of drinking chai made with company-made refined unnatural milk. I missed how we used to take tea cooked with purely natural and healthy jaggery but now we used refined unnatural sugar in tea which is a slow poison for our health. When the luxuries were less but the quality of life was above. I hated mineral water because I didn't like the taste of it as I was used to fresh natural water.
I have a dream about a dream home of 50 Kanals at my home village where I can develop farms for cows, buffaloes, hens, and different birds so that I can have fresh milk and eggs. A home where I can grow crops of wheat, corn, and vegetables along with the gardens of different fruits so that I can have access to fresh and pure fruits and vegetables. And I am sure I will be able to fulfill my dream one day in sha Allah.
So I prefer rural life over urban lifestyle. As I said, it's just my opinion. Your opinion might differ from mine and I fully respect that. Urban lifestyle can be suitable for those some people too but I find rural lifestyle suitable for living.

Advantages & Disadvantages Of Urban Lifestyle

I have published an article explaining the lifestyle of rural areas, last night. I explained in detail the limitation, benefits, and problems in the rural lifestyle. This article is the second part in which I will write about the urban lifestyle, its advantages, and disadvantages.
I dont claim to be an expert on it but I am just writing my thoughts and observations as I have spent my 9 years in the capital of Pakistan and I have seen and observed the lifestyle of people here.
**Urban Lifestyle**
Urban Lifestyle can be seen in the cities and it is the complete opposite of rural lifestyle. Urban lifestyle is fast and luxurious as compared to rural life. People of different ethnicity, language, religion live in a large area and dense population. People mostly earn through non-agriculture jobs. Most of the population are educated because they consider education their first and basic priority. Urban life can be stressful for some because of high competition and fast life. Most of the families are living as nuclear families or separate families because of the high expenses.
**Advantages of Urban Lifestyle**
People living in the cities consider education the first priority and they have easy access to the best educational institutes.
Job opportunities are mostly available because people work mostly in offices. Most people from rural areas shift to cities for these opportunities as they have mostly agricultural jobs. People also work in different factories and firms.
Easy access to basic facilities like health, education makes urban life more convincing. Best and advanced hospitals can be found in the cities.
Exposure to diverse cultures due to different people living together can advance the learning of a person and expand knowledge.
Cities have better infrastructure as they have proper roads, hospitals, offices, buildings, etc. Electricity is also a major plus point as load shedding is very less compared to villages.
Public transportation is mostly better so traveling from one place to another can be easy access.
They have many entertainment options like people can visit parks in their free time. They can even watch movies in the cinemas.
**Disadvantages of Urban Lifestyle**
One of the top disadvantages is pollution because factories, vehicles pollute the environment which is damaging to health. Sometimes, the clear sky cannot be seen due to heavy smog because of the pollution.
Life is busy and can be stressful due to crowded and high competition. Noise pollution can also be the reason. The sound of buses and other vehicles and traffic can make a living hell.
An unhealthy lifestyle is also the reason some people avoid living in urban areas. Because nobody has access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and pure milk.
Living in the cities is highly expensive. Because the food mostly comes from the rural areas. Also, the property is expensive, so owning your own house in cities cannot be easy. And renting a house is expensive. These reasons make life less affordable as compared to rural areas.
Most people live in small and closed houses because the property is very expensive. So they have dont have any access to fresh air. While the houses in the villages are mostly open and big.
The crime ratio is very high due to the heavy population. Expenses are high and unaffordable for some people which makes them involved in criminal activities like theft, robbery, etc.
Most people are living in houses on a rental basis. So it's a hell of a job to shift to another house if they are asked to leave it. Shifting all the furniture and household is not an easy job.
I will write a conclusion and choose which lifestyle is best among urban and rural lifestyles in the next article in sha Allah. It will be purely my opinion and thoughts.

I spend my childhood and most of my teenage in my village. When I reach at the age of 22 I left my village and resided in Islamabad for a job. I am residing here for the last 9 years. Islamabad is the capital and one of the most advanced cities in Pakistan. Almost most of the people living here are elite and living a lavishing luxurious lifestyle. The people living in Islamabad are generally called "Burgers" which means the people living here are most impressed by the western lifestyle and they try to imitate them by speaking like them, developed eating habits like fast food and they are most fragile because they are not used to the tougher lifestyle.
I have spent my childhood and teenage in the village. The people of my village are tougher and rigid like other villagers. They mostly spent their life working hard in the fields and they mostly dont hire labor for it even though they can afford it because they love to do hard work by their hands.
I am familiar with both lifestyles so I thought I should share my thoughts about both lifestyles. It would make you guys familiar if you are not familiar with any one of them.
**Village Lifestyle**
Village lifestyle is commotion less and peaceful as people live their lives simply. They dont have most of the facilities and most families are living as joint families. Mostly, people in the villages know each other because the villages are mostly small in size and the population is mostly less so they live as a community with strong relationships with each other. People have limited requirements and they live their life simpler.
Normally villagers are helpful and they love to give helping hands to each other in times of distress. The big example is no one needs to hire labor for digging up the grave for the dead as the villagers do all the digging.
Village life has benefits but it has problems at the same time. Thats the case with everything in the world.
**Advantages of Village Lifestyle**
People in the village have easy access to fresh fruits, vegetables, pure milk, and other food. So they are mostly living a healthy life compared to people living in urban areas.
Living as a community is a very plus point as most of the work is done by helping people. I have already given you the example of digging up the graves and there are many more examples. Another example is people mostly help in making the necessary marriage arrangements.
The environment of the village is mostly pollution-free as vehicles and factories are relatively less. Life is always peaceful because the noise of vehicles moving on the roads can not be heard. The people in the village can breathe the fresh air
Villagers mostly live tension-free life because they dont have any competition like we mostly see in the cities. People live their life simply by working in the fields and they spend very little on their basic needs and dont have any wish for luxurious life.
Villagers mostly dont know the word "bored" because living in a joint family can never be boring. They spend their time with relatives and friends when they are free.
Living in villages is very cheap as compared to urban areas because they have easy access to fruits, vegetables because farming is a basic source of income.
Life is very slow in the villages. They mostly wake up early in the morning which makes the pace of life very slow. They have more time a day than people living in the cities.
The young generation has high respect for their elders and they treat them with respect and love because of living closed with each other.
The crime ratio like theft and robbery is very less because of low population and people knowing each other
**Disadvantages of Village Lifestyle**
One of the biggest disadvantages is lack of education. People living in the villages are mostly less educated because they dont have the best educational institute there. Also, education is mostly not their preference.
Another biggest disadvantage is the lack of facilities. They dont have electricity and they face heavy load-shedding if they have access to electricity. I have seen load-shedding for two days in my village. They dont have proper roads and advanced hospitals that's why they shift their patients to the nearest city hospitals due to lack of facilities in their local hospitals.
Sometimes the animosity between families leads to bloodshed and murder of many people. And the animosity remains in the families for generations and does not end easily because the people living in the village are mostly hard-headed and aggressive.
People are mostly narrow-minded due to a lack of education and no exposure to the outer world.
Educated people have fewer opportunities because the people in the villages are mostly farmers. Thats why the educated class mostly leave their villages and shift to cities for opportunities. I am one of the educated class who left his village and shifted to the city for a job.
The good thing is that people are changing in the village too as people are focusing on education and most of the population are educated now. Awareness comes with education so now people are asking for the basic facilities of health and education in villages too. People used to consider the girl's education bad and disliked it in my village a decade ago but now the mindset is changing and we can even see some girls have completed MBBS degrees from my village. Women empowerment has reached the villages.

Babar Azam, The Face Of Commitment and Reliability
Babar Azam is our cricket captain and he is the no1 batsman in the T20 and ODI rankings. He is number 7th in Test cricket but he is destined to improve and soon we will be witnessing him in the top 5 in sha Allah.
I won't be wrong if I say the Pakistan cricket team has never found such a classic, elegant, and technically sound batsman. Pakistan had many cricket great batsmen like Javed Miandad, Inzamam ul Haq, Muhammad Yousaf, etc but Babar Azam is just on another level. He is patient, keen to improve on his skills and he does that with time.
Yesterday, I was scrolling on Facebook and saw someone shared the Instagram post of Babar Azam's father. It's in Urdu so I am translating it to English for you guys.
"Some truth my nation should know. Congratulations to all of you on the three victories but our home was going through a test at the time of those victories. On the day of the match against India, Babar's mother was in critical condition after she went through an operation and Babar Azam played these three matches tensely. I shouldn't have come to the stadium and stayed with my wife but I came so that Babar Azam doesn't get weak. Thanks to Almighty, she is well now and the purpose of sharing this is to make you guys aware dont target your national heroes without any reason"
Seeing this post made me realize how easily we criticize when our players underperform without even having any idea what they are going through in their personal lives. This shows how mentally and physically tough are these athletes who play for their nation despite the troubles in their personal lives. Just imagine how tougher it was for Babar Azam to play that day when his mother was in the ICU. But his spirit was so high that this worrisome situation could not break his performance as he led from the front and won the match for Pakistan without losing his wicket and scoring winning innings of 68 runs.
The journey of Babar Azam from a ball boy in a test match to No1. batter in both ODI and T20 is inspirational. He started as a ball keeper back in 2007 when south Africa toured Pakistan. He said in an interview that he always wanted to watch top cricketers. He made his first-class debut in 2010 at the age of 16. And then he raised to the glory and never looked back from that point onwards. Most cricketers call him Mr. Consistent and he is currently the most reliable batsman for the Pakistan side.
He is a true symbol of hard work, consistency, talent, and style. I am sure Babar Azam will change the perception of Pakistan and now young kids will take inspiration from him and try to become like him. Pakistan used to have some fantastic bowlers in the past which resulted in young players taking inspiration from them and becoming wonderful fast bowlers which made our bowling department tougher. But Babar Azam will be an idol in the future and young kids will try to become like him. I hope it will make our batting side strong too.
Our people mostly consider our team unpredictable and they never consider any player reliable in our cricket team. But now, everyone considers Babar Azam the most reliable and committed player on our side and most of the people think Babar Azam can keep the scoreboard going.
Ricky Ponting who is a legend once called him a classy player and exciting talent. And he said, "He can be anything". So it's time for Babar Azam to shine and I hope he won't go through any fitness issues and keep going. I have never seen him out of form and I hope he will keep on playing like that and keep making our country proud by winning titles and trophies for our homeland.
Some Perverts Are Poison For A Productive Workplace
Two incidents happened in our office that made me realize that **some women** use their sexuality for taking favors from their seniors. I have bold the letters "some women" because not all women do that. Most of the women work hard and smart to be recognized as valuable workers but still, some people think that women only use their beauty and sex appeal to advance in the workspace. It's not their fault because they are living in a male dominant world that does not think very highly of women. They think women should not work in the workplace, they should be taking care of their homes. They think women cannot excel in the workplace on a merit basis and hard work so they use their sex appeal to get promotions, increments, and avail facilities from their seniors.
I have seen employees of my offices comment the same. "One dirty fish spoils the whole pond" so we can put blame on the dirty fishes who are not worthy enough to work smart and excel in the office on a merit basis. They use their body and beauty to seduce their perverted seniors and get ahead in the office.
Our former HR HOD was also a pervert who uses two girls and took sexual favors in return for facilities, house rents, and other perks. He was very famous in all of our projects and he was the reason why most of the male employees felt inferior because they knew they won't get any promotion just because the HOD is a creep who does not care about hard work. Some of the employees even joked about how it is worth going for gender-change surgery 😂.
Our pervert HR HOD used one girl (*I am sure you guys would understand what do I mean by the word use*) and then he asked her to marry him. She was only using it for favors so she denied and she had a reason to deny the marriage proposal because he was already married and had 3 children. When she denied it, he fired her for using the company's fuel for personal use. He was the one who allowed her in the first place.
After ditching that girl, he even received a termination letter from our main office because the girl tried to reach some big names of our office and complained to them. But our Executive director got his back and saved him from termination because she was totally dependent on him as he was actually the one who was running the office. It wasn't running though and I guess crawling would be a better word because everything was disorganized and the whole office looked like a mess. Everyone was involved in dirty politics and everyone was trying to get into the good books of the ED by false reporting and dirty tactics. I have seen some worse kind of non-professional attitude in those times.
He waited for some time after the whole incident and stayed away from his perverted activities because he has to clean his image. But a perv will always be a perv, no matter what. He started getting close to another girl again. Everyone was aware that now both of them will take advantage of each other. The girl gets the raise and received other perks for doing nothing. Just chatting and sitting in his office each and every day.
Luckily the management changed and the company put an end to his perverted activities by firing him on the spot. He wasn't only a pervert but he was also a corrupt too. Who got involved in the corruption of millions. He asked the girl to leave this organization after that. Girl left the organization without any notice and took a laptop and DSLR camera along with herself. This shows her moral compass too. They both have opened a firm for property dealing. Our former HR HOD financed the whole firm and she is with her.
I wonder why some girl does that for materialistic favors? Do They have any self-respect? I mean a person with a bit of self-respect won't use their body for any benefit. Why do they prefer to use their sex appeal instead of doing hard and smart work? It's totally wrong to compare all the female employees the same. I have seen some hard-working and dignified women in my career whose main focus is to be treated with respect and dignity. They work shoulder to shoulder with male employees and sometimes they even beat with their smartness and focus. It's just some female employees like those whose only aim is to gain easy money with zero respect damage the reputations of most of the self-esteemed female employees.
Those male employees should also be blamed and they have an equal part in the creation of such an unprofessional and toxic environment where no one wants to put in any hard work because they think their hard work has no output in front of charms and glamour which leads to zero productive environments. And those sick perverts also do not let other respectable female employees work peacefully and they constantly harass them verbally, psychologically. They do cheap tactics like bullying and spreading rumors about their character and try everything to make her agree for some favors.

Monthly Report : October
Today is 2nd November and I am writing a report of the previous month. I should have published this article yesterday but unfortunately, I was busy at home the day before yesterday and couldn't write about setting targets for next month, so I published it yesterday and I am publishing the report today.
I have never set any target for any month before and I started it the previous month. And I regret why I wasted months without setting any targets. Targets are used for telling us how much we have achieved and it makes it easy to track our record for us. **Noise.Cash Report**
I believe I can accumulate 93$ BCH in noise.cash in the current month.
These were my words when I was setting the target for noise.cash. I thought it would be an easy job for me to accumulate $3 BCH daily through noise.cash but even I said in that article, that noise.cash is highly unpredictable. You will earn $10 daily and all of a sudden, your accumulation would fall back to even less than $1. And as you all may know accumulation at noise.cash has gone very low for almost all users after the new update.
I have set a goal of $93 which makes it $3 per day. And I was going to achieve it. Even I posted weeks ago that I will be able to achieve it. It's 1st November and I am setting my targets for noise.cash and read.cash now. I should have set it yesterday but unfortunately, I was at home yesterday and I didn't have time as I was busy with some household work so I couldn't write it yesterday.
I didn't set any targets before but after seeing many people setting targets for the new month, I decided to keep on setting targets for every new month and I started setting it from the last month. The month of October went well as far as the accumulation of BCH from these two platforms is concerned and I will write a monthly report about it tomorrow in sha Allah. And the setting of my targets for the current month is totally dependent on the previous month's report.
You all may have an idea of how noise.cash earning went low for almost everyone (*I hope my claim is not wrong 😂*). Thats why I would set the same target from the previous month and I really hope I will achieve it this time in sha Allah.
To my surprise, I didn't expect I would achieve the target for read.cash but I was able to achieve it unexpectedly. Read.cash blessings made me forget about the decline of earning from noise.cash. Thanks to @Valour once again who advised me to join this platform and get ready for surprises.

Why Power Hitters Are The Main Requirement in Modern Cricket?
The advantage of Power hitters in the middle of the batting line can be seen in last night's match between Pakistan and England. If Pakistan didn't have Asif Ali in the squad, the result would have not been the same. Asif Ali is the current Power Hitter in Pakistan's team.

Before Asif Ali, We had power hitters like Abdul Razzaq and Shahid Khan Afridi but after their retirement, the department of power hitters was kind of deficient. Asif Ali was there but he didn't perform well. Asif Ali scored 27 runs in just 12 balls in the most crucial time and managed to take away the pressure and lead the Pakistan team to success in the New Zealand match. He hit boundaries at the time when the whole team and whole nation were under pressure because their bowlers didn't let our batting side perform well. Their bowling was so phenomenal that it looked our strong batting lineup might topple down chasing only the target of 134 runs. But Asif Ali made it look so easy.
The same thing happened last night against the Afghanistan cricket team. Their spinners Rashid khan and Mujeeb didn't let our batting side exceed any boundary and surprisingly their fast bowler Naveen ul Haq only conceded 2 runs with the wicket of Shoaib Malik which is the most experienced batsman on our side. Everyone lost hope and thought maybe the matching getting out of our hands.
But Asif Ali looked confident because he didn't take any run on the last ball because he wanted to take the strike in the next over. All of my colleagues started cursing him as we all were watching the match together. They thought he should have taken the single because it might have released the pressure a bit. But Asif Ali was courageous enough to not take any run.
At that time Pakistan needed 24 runs in 12 balls which looked huge. But when he bombarded the first ball to the spectators for a six, the whole room jumped from the excitement. And then he scored 3 more sixes in the next 5 balls and chased down 24 runs in just one over so easily.
Asif Ali claimed that he already told Shoaib Malik on the other side that he is confident enough to easily chase the 24 runs in just one over. And he did exactly what he claimed. Thats what power hitters are famous for, they snatched the losing game from the hand of the opposite side and gift it to their team and nation. Thats why, power hitters are required in every team at the lower end of the batting lineup. We didn't have successful power hitters after Abdul Razaq and Shahid Afridi left our team but now we have one by the name of Asif Ali.
I hope he keeps performing like that and other teams start fearing him like they used to fear Shahid Afridi and Abdul Razzaq. Because they knew they are capable enough to change the result of the game within a few moments.

We Should Make Excuses For Happiness
So yesterday was a kind of lucky day for some and it was a sad day for some. Because we received news of annual increment for all employees in the company. Some got extremely happy after receiving this news and some become sad. The reason was, that our company did not implement any annual increment from the last four years so they thought the amount of raise they are getting is not equal to the amount of effort they are putting in their jobs.
And some employees it's still better than nothing. They say we could not have done anything if they didn't raise our salary this year too. I am kind of in the middle. That is what I love about myself. I am always in the middle and I don't follow the two extremes. I think it's good that we all got a raise and we should be grateful to the lord but they should have raised it more because they didn't raise it for the last four years. But we should enjoy this moment because we didn't get any chance to enjoy it for the last four years.
The way our CEO visit went I think we are lucky to get this raise. Because it was horrible and he scolded all the HODs of all the projects. So we kind of lost all the hopes but surprisingly our prayers worked and we are lucky enough to get a raise despite the CEO's last awful visit. You guys must be thinking why are not people leaving this job if they are not getting any raise for the last two years. There are two reasons for that. One reason is, that unemployment has increased to Covid so most of the employees are not getting good jobs anywhere despite trying a lot. Most of my colleagues are trying for quite some time but they are not successful. And the second reason is that the company has a policy of Plot allotment after 10 years of service. So some of the employees are waiting for their 10 years of service to complete and leave their job after they get successful in Plot allotment.
My take on the whole of yesterday's situation is, Always try to find an excuse for happiness because life will keep giving you reasons that will steal your happiness. But people keep finding the reasons to get unhappy. There must be only one goal, and that is to be happy. I am not saying stay in this low-earning job. If this job cant fulfil your expenses, leave it and find a new one. My message is for those whose expenses are fulfilled by this current income. Some people can't even afford to eat the meal twice a day. Some homeless people do not have a roof to cover their heads. Compare your life with them and instead of comparing with those whose lifestyle is above your paygrade. Get inspired and motivated after seeing their lifestyle and work hard to become like them but comparing your life to them will just gift you with some stress and sadness.

Conclusion: Which Parenting Style Is Good For A Child
As I said every parent is trying to raise their children the way which seems fit and feasible for their children. Some find the eastern parenting style more suitable just because they are raised with the same style and the same goes for the western style. There are some positive and effects on the children in both styles.
Parenting is mostly influenced by upbringing and the environment. If someone is brought up with eastern style there is a 90% chance that he will implement the same set of rules and set the same boundaries for their children.
Now the debate is which system is good for the children? Which systems can nurture them to become highly successful and gentlemen? Which type of parenting has the best outcomes and which one is harmful to the children?
My question is, Is it mandatory to completely follow a specific parenting style? Why shouldn't we apply all the positives and throw off all the negatives in both styles? Fathers used to beat their children here, and honestly, it is considered normal where I live. It's not normal actually but just because it's happening mostly in the surrounding that's it looks normal. I know western would not take it lightly. Just like easter dont take the decision of sending aging parents to old age homes lightly. They think it's horrible but it looks completely normal in western families as it's happening in the surrounding.
So abolishing all these negatives from both these styles might help us create a better environment for the children. Creating a balance between these two types will help grow the children in a more efficient and perfect way. I will most highly go for the combination of these two styles. There are times when the children need a bit of pressure and there are times when they need to handle it with love and care. Treating with constant affection might make them careless and keeping constant pressure might break them. So there should be a balance between both behaviors depending on the situation.
I think the best solution is to raise children using a combination of styles instead of implementing a single style. The best solution in my opinion is both parents should treat their children differently. If one parent is keeping the pressure the other parent should calm the child and handle him with care. It will create a balance. If both keep pressure, it will make the child suffer from emotional and psychological problems. And if both the parent gives liberty, the child will become careless. So creating a balance is highly important, even in every aspect of life.
Be protective of your child but dont become so overprotective that your child can't survive without your help. Also, dont uninvolved yourself to the extent that your child does not have any regard for you.
Also, dont get involved in his life to the extent that your child starts thinking you are driving his life and he felt he does not have any control and authority over his life. Be friendly with him so that he does not hesitate to share his problems with you. Dont push your child to the limits. Realize that your child has emotions and never hurt their emotions.
There are some advantages and disadvantages to both styles. Both can create problems while both are fruitful in some ways. So the best option is to avoid the negatives and apply the positives from both systems. Always choose what is good for your child according to his nature and attitude. This will not affect your family environment.

Western Parenting Style & Its Pro vs Cons

I dont have any proper knowledge about Western Parenting styles as I have not seen it with my own eyes. I have lived under the eastern parenting style that's the reason why I know so much about it but I haven't experienced the western style. I have seen it mostly in movies and my article would be mainly inspired by what I have seen in the movies.
As I explained Eastern parents are more authoritarian and strict while Western parenting style is permissive and uninvolved parenting. Mostly, parents dont get involved in the decisions of their children's personal lives and they give total freedom to their children.
Western parenting is more flexible as compared to eastern. The parents are more friendly. They dont interfere in their personal lives and dont influence their decisions.
They usually dont let their children sleep with them from the start and they train them to soothe themselves to sleep from an early age. Parents also dont feed their babies like eastern parents. They let them eat by themselves.
Parents usually set some boundaries for their children but they are more liberal as compared to eastern parents. They dont push their children and let them choose whatever interests them.
Most children left their homes when they reach 18 for pursing academics. And they leave their homes after getting married, that's why most of their families are nuclear families.
**Pros**
Children grown under Western Parenting styles mostly have decision-making skills. The reason is they have already made their life decisions and no one has any influence over them.
Children are mostly creative and they are free thinkers because of the free environment provided to them.
Children who have grown under Western parenting styles have the courage to face challenges in their lives because they already lived their life independently without any help from their parents. They have vast experience of solving hard issues on their own.
Due to the free environment and freedom of expression, they have fewer psychological issues because they express their emotions freely with their parents.
Children who grow in a free and sensible environment tend to grow their children the freeway and let them have complete freedom.
**Cons**
Children mostly lack excels in academic because they have no pressure from their parents which make them carefree.
Children mostly do not listen to their parents because they have the choice to not abide by their parent's decisions.
They mostly become rude and they have no respect for their elders.
Sometimes, they get into bad habits because of the liberty given by their parents.
There is a high chance of making a wrong decision due to a lack of guidance from their parents.
The involvement of parents gives their children freedom and sometimes they take the wrong advantage of it by getting into bad habits.
I am thinking of writing another article about the conclusion between which style is best for children. And I am planning to write tomorrow in sha Allah.
Eastern Parenting Style & Its pros, cons (Part 1st)
Parents mainly focus on raising their children in a way that they can get success in their lives whether it's western parents or eastern. And most of the time parents think their way of parenting is perfect but sometimes it is perfect and sometimes not.
There are mainly two styles of parenting, Eastern and Western styles. As the names suggest, the Eastern parenting style is implemented mostly in eastern countries like Asian countries while Western parenting style can be seen in the western world like USA, Cannada, Europe, etc.
Parenting is mostly influenced by geometrical location, upbringing, surroundings, and culture. Your parenting style will be mostly like how your father raised you.
**Eastern Parenting Style**
Eastern Parenting style is more authoritarian and strict. Parents are mostly involved in every decision of their children and they have an influence on it. They teach their children family values. Eastern parents mostly have high academic expectations from their children. Punishment like beating and interference is common and does not consider a big thing in this style.
They are generally more strict as compared to the western style. If they have any expectations from their children, they push them hard to achieve those expectations.
Mostly eastern parents work more as compared to Western parents. Like the parents will always sing lullabies to their babies to make them fall asleep. And babies always sleep with their parents. They dont let their babies eat by themselves and they mostly feed themselves. My son is 2 years old and we dont let him eat by himself and always feed him the meals. The same goes for lullabies.
in western culture, children stay in their homes even they turn 18. And they do not shift anywhere even after getting married and they become a part of a joint family system.
**Pros**
Eastern parenting style makes a strong bond between the child and parents. They are usually more protective of their children.
Parents sacrifice everything for their children and mostly their children payback by taking care of them in their old age. As they dont send their parents to old age homes and they mostly take care of them by themselves. It is considered unethical and morally wrong if someones dont take care of their aging parents.
Eastern parents mostly give their full time to their children. They even spend extra money on their education because their main dream is to see their children achieve good grades.
Eastern parents mostly make the most decisions in their children's lives and most of the time, they choose the right thing for their children because of their experience and wisdom.
**Cons**
Children raised under the Eastern parenting style mostly lack decision-making power. The reason is they are raised in an overprotective environment, where all the decisions were made by their parents and they mostly helped them along the way. Thats why they mostly find themselves incapable of overcoming obstacles in life.
Sometimes, they are pushed to their limits by their parents which makes them go through a few psychological problems. Higher expectations and intense pressure from their parents sometimes make them suicidal.
Sometimes, parents try to take charge of their adult children and try to interfere in their every decision which results in tension and sometimes gets escalated to fights that disturb the peace of the family.
I still remember when I used to play cricket or any other sport, my father scolded me and ordered me to study instead of playing. And this is the main problem as most eastern parents mostly emphasize academics and dont let their children play sports or any other healthy activity.
Children often become the exact copy of their parents. They also handle their children the same way their parents handled them. They apply the same pressure and toughness like they faced when they were children. This creates a circle which does not end and the problem remains.
I will write my next article in sha Allah about the Western Parenting style and its pros and cons. I will also conclude about which parenting style is good and beneficial for children.
Finally, Pakistan Surprised India In WorldCup Match ;)

Last Night, the Pakistan cricket team gave an amazing treat to all Pakistanis by beating the Indian cricket team and breaking their losing streak in world cups. Pakistanis waited for 29 years to witness their team beating their neighbor country team which is their biggest rival too. Cricketing greats like Imran Khan, Javed Miandad, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, etc were not able to accomplish the win in the world cup against the Indian team. But luckily, youngsters like Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Rizwan achieved and gifted a flawless victory to the Pakistani Nation.
It was a wonderful moment for the whole nation because our cricket team received humiliating defeats 12 times at the hands of the Indian team in worldcups. We have never won a single match before but last night, we broke the losing curse.
It was an emotional victory because the Pakistan cricket team was continuously pushed down for the last 12 years after a terrorist attack on Sri Lankan Team in 2009. Our country faced long-term isolation from the cricketing world as no major teams have visited to play cricket here. These youngsters played cricket in their homeland only a few times. They played most of their matches in the UAE, Abu Dhabi, Dubai which are the venues for the ongoing T20 world cup. These grounds are home grounds for them.
But you cannot separate cricket from our passions, blood, and emotions. Our team managed to win a Champions Trophy by defeating India with a huge margin in the final match despite the ban. No matter how we get pushed down we will come back stronger.
Honestly, we thought we could win the match last night but it would be very tough because Indian cricket team has some solid batting line and they have even a solid bowling line surprisingly for the first. Because they usually lack in bowling department but their bowling line was very strong this time. But surprisingly, our team won the match very easily and break three records. One, they win a T20 match without losing any wicket for the first time. And the second record was Indian team lost a match for the first time without taking any wicket. The third record was the highest partnership for the opening pair.
The main reason for the winning was that they know this pitch. They are aware of the conditions and they have played their whole career in these venues. Our team has sent a clear message to other teams about what's coming to hit them in this WorldCup. Now all the remaining teams know what our team is capable of.
Usually, there is a huge rivalry between Pakistan and the Indian teams. But Pakistani nation wants their team to beat the New Zealand team and take revenge because they canceled their visit just before an hour to start a match. I really hope they would beat them with a huge margin and humiliate the New Zealand team like they beat the Indian team last night.
Last night, a moment which melted everyone's heart when Indian team's captain Virat Kohli showed sportsmanship and hugged Muhammad Rizwan with a smile on his face, who played like a tiger.
There will be some controversy too in the Indian country because there are some people from both sides whose hearts are full of hatred. Hatred can also be seen on Twitter as people are spreading negative tweets against Muhammad Shami, an Indian fast bowler just because he is a Muslim and he could not play well in the last match.
Another delighting scene was when Indian Cricket Mentor and legend MS Dhone was seen chatting with Pakistani Players after defeat. It wins the heart of millions on social media and it shows these players are professionals and they are taking this game as a sport not some war.
I pray the Pakistan cricket team handles the pressure like they handled last night and become snatched the world cup this time. They have already become the favorites for this world cup. And I hope they play fearlessly and consistently like this and they remove the tag of an unpredictable team.

Article About My Four Bosses
I received appreciation for my last article and it was about the types of people we often see in offices. So I have decided to stick to writing article about the office working environment. And who leads the main role in creating that office work environment? Of course, the boss. Some bosses manage to create a healthy and positive environment while some create a negative environment. The office environment is dependent on their personalities and behaviors.
Working under a manipulative and selfish boss is worst than a curse. No one wants to work under him because he made the working environment a living hell for his subordinates. He makes their life miserable and it might even affect their personal lives. The amount of stress they get in the office has negative outcomes in their personal life and especially on their personality and behavior.
While working under a friendly and supportive boss is the best blessing. A boss whose main motive is to create a positive working environment where everyone enjoys working happily. Only a fool or mentally unstable person won't want to work under a friendly boss like that.
I have worked under four bosses so far. And all of them had different personalities and working styles. I would basically write today's article about their personalities and they run the office environment. What did I learn from them?
**1) 1st Boss - The Strict and Inflexible one**
It was my bad that I started my career with this boss. I had no idea about how we work at offices. He was extremely strict at work. I remember I used to work like hell and he would begin scolding as soon as he sees me sitting idle just for a few minutes. My heart said at that time, come on, give fresher some time to rest otherwise I would break down.
But I am glad he was strict because I needed that strictness at the start of my career. Now I don't get anxious even a tougher task is sent in my way. Because I was trained so hard by my 1st boss.
**2) 2nd Boss - The Hypocrite One**
Honestly, I didn't like him and I wish I would never have to work under a boss like that. He didn't guide anyone and never supported anyone even though he was in the good books of the management. If he wanted, he could have awarded us with big raises and facilities but he didn't. He only took the benefits like taking a huge loan for himself and many other perks. Even management gave him a brand new car.
And I learned from him a lot. I learned to be the exact opposite of him, to not become toxic and a hypocrite like him. I learn to handle my subordinates with love and care.
**3) 3rd Boss - The Tyrannic One**
This was a female boss and unfortunately, she considered us slaves, not employees. She even didn't let us have some peace after the duty hours. Like she would call when at 2 AM and start asking about something. I mean who would call at 2 AM when someone is in deep sleep. She made everyone's life hell. She would not even let us rest after the duty hour ends.
I remember when she circulated an office order to all the employees to stay in the office till she leaves the office. But the problem was everyone would come office at 9 AM and leave at 5 PM while she would enter at midnight and leave at 8 PM. It means we would work for more than 11 hours daily. Our personal lives were destroyed because she used to ruin our weekends by assigning us tasks on weekends.
But there is something good even in a bad person. And there was something good in her too. The good thing was that salaries were highly raised during her time. And a good thing for me was that after working under her. I do not bother even the toughest boss and I have developed a habit of handling any kind of worst situation now.
**4) The Gentleman (My Current Boss)**
I think you guys might be thinking he is my current boss that's why I am not missing the opportunity of ass-kissing. He is truly a gentle soul who handles us with care and respect. He is a gem of a person and even not us, the whole project like him and consider him trustworthy and worthy of respect. He is so friendly that we have never developed a feeling of a boss for him. We consider him more of a friend who loves to teach and guide us in every professional situation and even in our personal life. We always take advice from him in every situation.
I have learned so many good things from him. I consider him my role model and I would be happy if I become even 10 percent like him.
**Conclusion**
Everyone would face different types of bosses in their professional careers. But there will be always something to learn from their bosses. There will be lessons learned from different bosses. It is all part of the experience. You can learn to avoid the mistakes your negative boss committed. You can also learn how to lead your team from a cooperative boss.

Types Of Employees You Will Spot in Almost Every Office
If you are working in an office environment, it's inevitable for you to meet different kinds of characters. Some of them would be so joyful that you would enjoy every second with them and some of them would be so annoying that you won't even want to see their faces.
My job experience is more than 9 years and I have witnessed multiple kinds of people with different personalities and behaviors. I am trying to write about the types of people you will find mostly in every office.
1) The Lovable & Nice Guy
This type of employee is very rare and you will not find them in the most offices. They are so nice that you won't hear them saying"No". They love to help their colleagues in every situation. They will always have your back.
2) The Joker
This type of office worker will never let you bore with his funny and witty jokes. He will try to make everyone laugh and ease the tense and anxious environment of the office.
3) The Babbling Guy
You must admit that you want this type of employee to shut up for a second but he won't. You always tell your teammates to lie to this person about your whereabouts so that you dont get to meet this guy but he always catches you redhanded. The problem with this guy is that he does not even know that people get bored when he starts talking unnecessarily. And the biggest problem he won't even stop if he knows about that.
4) The One Whose Body Temperature Always Goes Opposite The Weather
This guy is super annoying as he feels cold when the weather is warm and he feels hot when the weather is cold. He would turn on the AC in winter and turn on the heater in summer. Isn't it super annoying, right?
5) The Boss's Pet
Everyone hates this guy because he would report every small incident in the office just for the sake of getting into good terms with the boss and eventually he becomes the boss's favorite. He would never stop buttering the boss and he always ends up getting the best employee of the years award with a high pay raise.
6) The Over Worked Assistants
Everyone throws out their work on these poor guys just because they are assistants and they have to do all the major work of their department. And at the end of the day, everyone yells at them just because they could not complete all the designated tasks because of the burden. Literally happens in my department. Feel pity for those poor souls.
7) The Time Keepers
These are the employees that work as an alarm. They will keep on beeping when it's time for tea, lunch, and when it's time to off.
8) The Thief
They are almost in every office who will make your stationary disappear and won't let you have any idea about it.
9) The Rumor Mongers
They feed on rumors and they spread it like fire. It does not matter if it's true or not, they will keep on spreading it. They keep a special eye on everyone and whenever they see something suspicious, they exaggerate it and then spread it.
10) The Secret Lovers
Most of the office know about the secret lovers but they believe no one knows. Because everyone notices everything like both spending time together, giggling, body language, eye contact, leaving office together, coming office together, etc. So you cannot hide your emotions from the spies in the office.
11) Angry Birds
This employee will get angry at everything. He just finds excuses to get angry. Paper got stuck in the printer, he gets angry. His boss gives him a task, he gets angry. In short, he will keep on getting angry and hyper about little things.
12) The Slow One
He will act slowly like a sloth. He will be slow to even complete one task in a full day while others will complete 20 tasks. It can be super annoying and you will decide to complete the task by yourself instead of giving it to him because he takes years to complete it.
13) The Energetic Guy
You will find an energetic guy in every office who will make you envy his energy. You find it difficult to even open your eyes full and they even start working on their tasks all of a sudden.
14) I, Me and Myself Type
This employee is the most self-obsessed who thinks you are doing it wrong if you are not doing it according to their way. Should I remind you that these types can be annoying too or I am sure you must already know that? You might disagree if you are in those types too. 😂
15) The Late Comer
This type will always be late for work. Even major scolding won't work on them and they will keep on showing late for work. And he won't even remember when he received his full salary without any deduction.
16) Do Nothing Look Busy Type of Guy
It does not matter if they have any work or not but they will keep on acting like they are running the company. You will always find them busy doing nothing but still, they get succeeded deceiving their boss.
