So it was another tiresome day at the office but I am not happy today because I haven't finished the task and I will try to finish it the first time tomorrow in sha Allah. I was deploying a new server rack and I was laying the cables in that rack. But unfortunately, I decided to instruct my team to install the connectors to the tables and they did it all wrong so I had to rectify all the connectors which wasted a lot of my time.
I am still pissed of at them for wasting my time and that's why I am unable to finish the job in time. It's time to teach them a lesson to do everything with focus and consider that they will be responsible for the mess they have made. I didn't tell my boss about their mistake because he will school them the hard way.

I have seen some tweets on Twitter of many users about their smart BCH tokens trading in which they have claimed that they are earning some handsome amount by sBCH tokens trading. Even some users have posted articles here. So this made me realize that I have missed quite some chances and I need to learn a lot about sBCH trading. I have already made it my resolution for 2022. I think I will miss taking advantage of the BCH dump
BCH price is low for quite some time but it has reached quite more low as of now 1 BCH is equals to $395. The whole market is kind of suffering again. But I think my chance of taking advantage of this dump is very low as both the platforms are quite slow these days in terms of accumulation. Noise.cash is being slow for the last two weeks but rusty is also not generous these days. I am closed to 1.88 BCH and I want to reach 2 BCH as soon as possible. I thought I would complete it in the first week of January but unfortunately, it does not look possible now and I hope I would be able to finish it at least in January.
These platforms are quite unpredictable though so any new surprise can be expected or what if Marc de Mesel pays me a visit. 😂 Just kidding because I know my writing is not up to the mark and he pays generous tips to the only quality writers. How keeping yourself busy can bring positive changes into your lives?

I have been working for the last three days and it has made me tired but I often have nothing to do in my office timings. Because I have to just manage already deployed systems, networks, and cameras. So I am free almost in the office that's why I love when I am being handed with new tasks. And I become tired though but I love to get busy as it made my time pass very fast. Also, I learn something new whenever I finish a task from the scratch.
My boss has instructed me to deploy new cameras on two sites. He also instructed me to connect four sites wirelessly so that the footage can be transferred wirelessly to a network video recorder. But the rain made us postpone this task and we had to install cameras indoors. The task is completed today and tomorrow I will have to install the server rack and pass all the cables neat and clean through that server rack. We have to witness this rain till this weekend so unfortunately, we will work on wireless connectivity next week in sha Allah.
Normally, whenever I am in the office and I have nothing to do I used to overthink about my health, income, money, and many more thing. And you all would agree that overthinking is bad as it leads to many problems like depression, anxiety, etc. I have been busy for the last three days and I didn't even think once about my health issues.
Staying busy can make you productive and you feel hungry for accomplishing new tasks. You keep on accepting new tasks and want to do them in a better way. While staying free for the whole time can lead to procrastination and a person finds himself in the comfort zone and it's not easy to get out from that comfort zone.
Also, staying busy is the best for positivity. An empty mind is a home for negative thoughts. If a person keeps himself busy and keeps on thinking about the ideas to accomplish a task in the best and creative way, he won't have any time for negative emotions and thinking. So staying busy makes a person stay positive.
You will never feel bored if you keep yourself busy. I mean how can someone be bored if he is always busy doing something. So say goodbye to the boredom and welcome the busy life schedule.
Nothing can beat the feeling of joy after accomplishing something. When a person thinks he can't do a specific job and he is unsure of it but he does it with pure dedication and commitment. That feeling of joy can not be replaced by anything. And then you will realize that no matter how tough the job is you will always make it possible.

Problems Faced By Loved Ones to Get Into the Bond Of Marriage

I am really tired today as I had to stand up on my feet for the whole day. I had to supervise the team for CCTVs Istallaion but then I thought I should stand with them to make sure they do it properly. Sometimes, the team gets stuck with something and they found it unable to solve. And then it can be solved by the expertise. And I have extensive experience and I dont want to brag about it.
What are the problems unmarried couples face who wants to become life partners, at your place?
I am living in a very traditional and conservative society where it is prohibited for young men and women to even fall in love let alone go on a date. Some of them do fall in love but they keep everything secret. Nowadays maintaining a love relationship is not difficult in this era of smartphones. They keep their relation through texting and they even sometimes talk on the phone secretly.
How do I know about it? Well, I know because I have seen my friends making girlfriends through smartphones. They used social media for this purpose. I remember when I was living in another city when I was in college, a friend asked me every day to come to his place for the night so that he can easily talk to his girlfriend over the phone. 😂 Well, I was not a saint myself too but I was too shy and introverted that's why I never tried to impress any girl or never take any pain for taking the relationship further. And then I got into an arranged marriage and luckily, I fall in love with my wife and she even blessed me with a wonderful and cute son.
Anyways, let's come to the topic. Most of the love stories meet an end due to apparently one reason mostly. Either the girl's parent did not agree and sometimes the boy's parent. I have seen many cases in my life. One of my cousins was also in love with another girl and he tried his best to make his parent agree to ask for the girl's hand for him. But she denied and their love story got shattered. Now he is 38 years old and his mother kept asking him to give them permission to find a woman for him but he denied by saying that they denied their love and now he will not marry anyone of their choice. Though I tried to convince him that you are destroying your life, not your parent. I tried to persuade him that sharing your life, sharing your sadness and happiness with a loved one can change his life, and then he will regret the time he wasted by living the life alone. But unfortunately, he is too stubborn now and his mother is regretting it now.
So most of the time the love stories get ended by the parents. And most of the time, one person's life gets ruined as that person finds himself unable to move on. Like my cousin is unable to but the girl he loved has moved on and she is happily married and has two children now. Even though I am not sure if she actually moved on or a part of her still cares and loves for him.
So I would love to hear problems faced by couples in your area when they want to get locked in the bond of marriage.

Unable to complete a task due to other department's laziness

I couldn't publish any articles yesterday because I was at home. I always spend weekends with my family and unfortunately, I leave my laptop here and I hate writing articles using a smartphone. I found it very troublesome to even type a short message that's why I prefer sending voice notes. So how could I write a whole damn article using my smartphone touchpad? Thats why I dont publish articles when I am at home. And I also prefer to give my whole time to my family on weekend.
Anyways, I left home early and I am still feeling sleepy because my son was crying from time to time during the night that's why I wasn't able to sleep deeply. So after reaching the office, my boss instructed me to supervise a team to deploy some CCTVs at one of our sites. My boss was in a hurry because our management has instructed us to complete this task even two weeks before. But we couldn't do it because our procurement department acts like a sloth. They are too slow and they often take a month to purchase and bring equipment, sometimes they even take two months.
So their supplier brought all the equipment in the morning. I even rejected the cable rolls they brought because it was not up to the mark. Anyways, I asked the maintenance team to provide me with a welder so that I can weld some poles on the container and deploy the cameras on it. They responded fast and provided a welder early. Then I asked the electrical department to provide an electrician but they were damn lazy to provide. I insisted for quite some time but they kept on tricking me for the whole day. They told me they will send an electrician after some time but the time didn't arrive.
I already forwarded my complaint to the complaint office and I am sure they will scold the electrical department and hopefully, they will provide an electrical tomorrow in sha Allah. I hate it when you are dependent on other departments in an office environment. They will keep on delaying your tasks and you won't accomplish it and the whole management will think you are incompetent and unable to execute the tasks in time. This problem occurs when it's mandatory to involve other departments. I was already tired and these situations triggered headaches.
Anyways, one task is accomplished and now electricians will hang the cameras and lay the cables accordingly. I am confident that the whole task will be executed completely tomorrow in sha Allah. I hope our electrical department will be competent enough to provide an electrician tomorrow.
This is the main pole and it will be used for deployed wireless connectivity devices and it will be used for connecting another site. The whole CCTV recording will be shifted to our NVR through this wireless connectivity.
Previous Month's Report

Happy new year to everyone once again. Hope this year's new Year brings peace, happiness, and great moments into your lives. Ah, time flies so fast as I still remember when 2020 was about to end and we were entering 2021. I was recovering from my surgery and luckily I found noise.cash and posted my first post on noise.cash just before entering 2021. It was proof that my 2021 would be good. But 2022 is going to be fantastic in sha Allah.
Let's come to the topic, this article is my previous month's report.
Noise.cash Report
The journey of noise.cash was not so great from the start but it became fantastic after the arrival of free tips. My accumulation from $5 per week went straight up to $30 per week. I accumulated $34.91 in the month of novemeber but now it went straight up to $87.90 in the month of December. I didn't set any target though because noise.cash was going very slow in terms of accumulation.
Though the platform has become slow again as the free tips have got decreased. I hope we will see an increase in free tips in 2022 again in sha Allah.
I had 2152 subscribers last month which got increased to 2214.
It means I have gained only 62 subscribers which is low as compared to the month of November where I gained 81 subscribers. But it's not a problem as the platform has become very slow that's the reason for my slow subscribers gain.
Read.cash Report
I haven't set any target for last month though. But I have accumulated more compared to November. I accumulated $29.21 last month but I have managed to accumulate $54.97.
I had 41 subscribers and 4 sponsors in November. I have managed to gain 8 more subscribers and now I have 48 subscribers.

I have managed to publish 21 articles in December which is low but relatively more than November where I managed to write only 16 articles.
Summary
So the month of December was great as I managed to accumulate 0.328 BCH. And I am getting quite closed to my 2nd BCH. My current holding is 1.85 BCH right now. And hopefully, I will be able to reach my 2nd BCH this month in sha Allah.
I hope this month would bring positive changes in our lives. I hope noise.cash would become better as it was before the talking head started experimenting. (Kidding 😂)

This is my second's article for today. I am publishing two articles today because 2021 is about to end so I have set some resolutions for 2022. So I published an article about my 2022 resolution and you can read it if you want to. The link is given below.

The last month of 2021 is about to end and we are entering the new year. Almost half of the world have entered and half of the world has not yet included my region too. So I thought I should set some targets for the next month. My motivation level was quite low at the start of the current month that's why I didn't set any target as I was unsure if these two platforms would remain low. Rusty wasn't generous enough last month and noise.cash was also too slow that's why I thought it would be better to set no target for the current month.
But noise.cash admin surprised everyone by bringing the free tips back and everyone was happy because everyone started fast accumulation. So the month of December was great in terms of BCH accumulation through these two platforms. I will try to publish an article tomorrow about my previous month's report.
No Targets for Noise.cash
The month of December went well but we saw a decline in free tips at Christmas. Nobody knows the reason behind it but I dont want to set any target for noise.cash because the platform has become so unpredictable. You will accumulate fast one day and you will see a drastic change the next day. So setting a target for noise.cash would not be good.
**No Targets for Read.cash**
As far as read.cash is concerned, the accumulation is better as compared to last month but not much better this month. So I feel setting no target would be good for me too. Because these two platforms are the most unpredictable. And I hate when I am unable to achieve my set targets.

**What is my new year's resolution?**
So my 2021 was good in terms of BCH but I want to make it great in 2022 in sha Allah.
Accumulation of 3 BCH in 2022
I am making it my aim to accumulate 3 BCH in 2022 and complete my 2nd BCH. I wanted to make it 4 BCH but I dont want to make it tough for me. And I am positive that accumulating 3 BCH might not be a difficult job for me in sha Allah. I hope I will have 5 BCH by the end of 2022 in sha Allah. Hopefully, I will have a fantastic year in terms of BCH.
I will lose some weight
My second resolution is that I am planning to lose some weight. I will try to reduce my eating habit and start some exercise to lose some pounds. I am getting bulky day by day and my routine is very comfortable as I seat for most of the day and when I reach my room I lay down in my bed for hours. I have to change this routine.
I started to gain weight after all the medicines I started taking and I am still on medicine. I won't even take paracetamol after I become healthy as I am hating it right now.
I made it my resolution last year but I could not get better after the surgery. And I am positive though I dont know if it's the effect of the antidepressant I am taking or I am actually positive. I am positive that I will get better and if not, I will have to go through another surgery and the titanium mesh will be removed from my head. I pray it won't come to this. But I can't do anything if it happens and I am sure I won't stop losing hope.
I hope 2022 will become the year of ending of all my health issues and my life will become like it used to before when I was completely healthy.

I have done some trading in 2021 and earned 0.03 BCH from trading but I dont do it often. And I am planning to learn some tips and start full-time trading in 2022. It's time to increase my trading portfolio if I want to quit my job and avail the basic luxury of life.

Plan to visit some beautiful places in Pakistan
I dont leave my place and I am sticking to living a very narrow life. My wife wants to visit beautiful places and honestly, I want to visit too with her. How internet and smartphones have made us slaves?

Yesterday, a private company damaged our main fiber optic cable while doing some excavation work on our site which resulted in the termination of internet and telephone services. The whole office spent yesterday and today without the internet. It was just amazing to see the whole office having conversations with each other and they spend the whole time talking with each other. When the internet is up everybody is busy fixing their eyes on their laptops or smartphone screens.
It made me realize how the internet and technology have made the whole of humanity far from each other. We often think about how the time is running so fast. The time is going the way it was going before. The time doesn't change but the usage of smartphones has fastened the times. We spend 8 hours sleeping and then we keep on using the smartphone for almost the whole day which wastes our time and made us feel the time is running fast.
How smartphones and the internet have made loved ones apart from each other. It has negatively affected society and has a bad influence on social life. Whenever I visit my family on weekends I use smartphone only when it's necessary to use it because I want to give time to my family. Whenever I am with my father I dont use my smartphone. But I have seen my brother using the smartphone and he is surfing Facebook with handsfree buds in his ears in front of my father. Even though my father dislikes it but my brother has got so used to it that he does not even realize the dislikeness of my father. Almost everyone has addicted to social media and whenever the internet gets disconnected it feels like they have lost something. Everyone has become the slaves of the smartphone and they can't even break the shackles of it.
Excessive use of smartphones can have even a bad effect on mental health. It can make a person grumpy and ill-tempered. My son had become so grumpy when he used to watch cartoons on the smartphone that we realized we should do something. He used to cry and start shouting even though he is still very little. And now that he has not watched it for more than a week he has become sweet again and he enjoys his time with his toys.
People use to live their life to the fullest before smartphones and they were living the true meaning of life but now people are just pushing their time by using smartphones day and night. Their social lives are destroyed, they will be sitting with their loved ones but they will be using smartphones instead of having some real communication with them.
I remember we used to play cricket and spend some time with our friends when the smartphone did not arrive. I remember our parents used to get angry when we played outside and they wanted us to study instead of only playing. But now parents want their children to get involved in healthy activities but they only play video games and online games.
I dont deny the good use of technology but unfortunately, most people make negative use of it and ignore the positive use of it.

How Ruling Elite Stays Connected and keeps on Sucking the Blood of Common People

I usually use Twitter for some time every day to get updated about the current affairs of the country and sometimes I get notified about the world news too. I usually check the new trends to observe what people are up to and what are the sentiment of the masses. My other purpose of using Twitter is to get notified about the giveaways or contests of crypto as usually big accounts organize giveaways. I got selected for $100 BTC last month which was organized by bitcoin.com. I saw their tweet and I tried my luck over there that's why I open Twitter daily to check such kinds of giveaways and try my luck.
So I was checking Twitter yesterday as per routine when I saw someone sharing a glowing picture of the daughter of our prominent news channel owner's daughter picture. It was her wedding picture and she looked stunning in that bridal dress. The bridal dress looked quite expensive. I got so mesmerized after seeing her face that I was unable to check who are others around her were. After checking the picture my eyes caught the attention of the caption of the photo. I am sharing the caption with you guys and I cant share the picture here due to copyright issues.
It was the wedding of Mir Shakeel U Rehman's Daughter with the son of PTI Prominent Hamayun Akhter's son. Mir Shakeel is the person who is always in limelight for his pro-opposition stance. And PTI big names including their chairman Imran khan used some harsh language against this Big channel's owner for his pro-opposition stance. They even accused him of being fully involved with the corruption of opposition. They looked like they are enemies and they never missed an opportunity to malign each other's names.
Ex-chief justice was also sitting among them. The same chief justice who put Mir Shakeel into jail once. I dont know but it looks like all of them are on one page and they are only making fools of the public.
When I saw this tweet, I thought I should check the sentiments of people in the replies. Someone shared the video of the wedding. The whole elite ruling party was invited there. I am not against maintaining family relations of politicians and establishment personnel with each other. Political differences are another thing and one should not break relationships based on their political difference. But here we are seeing the certified corrupt and immoral politicians and media channels tycoons whose hands are filled with corruption and they have stolen the tax money of us people.
If I were a politician I would have boycotted events of such corrupt people who are leeches as they are feeding on common people taxes money. Their bank balances are getting increased and they are opening their accounts and all of them are accused of making offshore companies. I would have made them realize that they are my enemy number one if they are looting the money of common people. I would have shown no sympathy for them. Thats why I cant become a politician as I am unable to deal and show any flexibility while politicians are known for double cross and diplomacy.
In the end, I would clarify again that I have no issues with politicians and ruling elites maintaining relationship with each other. All I hate is a person maintaining relation with the looters of the wealth of common people and trying to fool them by showing that they are the enemies and they hate each other. But in reality all of them are corrupt to the core and they try to cover up for each other's corruption
Never Trust Everyone's Pleas

2021 is about to end and soon 2022 will be added in the date section in every article. Only three days are remaining and we will enter 2022. And hopefully, everyone's 2022 will be blessed with happiness and peace. And I wish every one's wishes and aims would be fulfilled in 2022 in sha Allah.
Never Trust Everyone's Pleas
Last month, I visited our main market for shopping for myself and my son. I was waiting in the car for my colleagues when I was done shopping as they were gone for their shopping. A person came with bundles of socks and undershirts on his shoulders. He started the conversation with me emotionally. He told me that he has little children and he is unable to pay their expenditures and he is even unable to pay the rent of the house and utility bills. In short, he was saying that he can't survive in these tough circumstances. He made a request and plead with me to buy something for him so that he can buy some food for his children.
I am a father myself and I can feel the pain of a father if his children are in distress because I can't bear seeing my son in pain. So I literally got emotional and felt pity for him so I decided to buy a pair of socks for him and I even paid more than he asked for. I felt kind of happy after paying him. But all my happiness vanished when another guy came to me. He was also selling socks and he plead the same as the previous guy.
It made me realize that they are taking advantage of the emotions of people and making fool of them. It is no different than begging. They are actually breaking the trust of people and making people more conscious and reluctant to help even the needy people. I mean I can't differentiate between a needy person and a person who is misusing my kindness for his advantage. And now maybe I will never trust anyone blindly even if that person is needy who is asking for help unless I know he is in need. So they are harming those who are in need.
And I bought those socks without checking as my intention was to help the guy. Turns out those socks started getting holes on the first day of wearing them. Now I know why they beg for selling their products because they are unable to sell to those who investigate the product before buying it. Therefore, they take the approach of begging and they do get successful in fooling the person like me who is witnessing this kind of situation for the first time.
A decline in Noise.cash Free Tips
I have posted about it in noise.cash and even saw some people sharing their opinion about it. When my free tips started to decrease I felt like its only happening to me but today when I posted about it I find out that everyone is getting affected by it. I am positive that it might be some issue and hopefully noise.cash admin will resolve it soon. November was not good and everyone accumulated less but December was quite good in terms of accumulation and hopefully, the initial of 2022 will not be bad too.

Road To My 2nd BCH

It feels good to be back after two days. I think I am getting addicted to this platform too as I dont want to miss a day writing articles these days. I regret skipping writing articles even on weekends. And I can't write it because I hate writing using my smartphone touchpad. And I can't take my laptop home with me thats why I skip writing on weekends and I hate it. Thats why I only publish articles on working days.
I have Accumulated 1.80 BCH
I have successfully accumulated 1.80 BCH today and I am so happy about it. It took me one week to accumulate 0.10 BCH. I would have taken 5 days to complete it but unfortunately, my free tips have got decreased in noise.cash from the last two days. And I am unable to accumulate more than $1 from the past two days. Luckily I have accumulated $2 just today. I went down straight from $4 to $1 but hopefully, everything will come back to normal like it used to before.
Hopefully, I will be able to accumulate my second BCH in the first month of next year in sha Allah. When I joined noise.cash, it felt impossible to even accumulate 1 BCH and now the feeling of accumulating my second BCH is just overwhelming. I visited a Skin Doctor on Sunday
My wife was facing some acne problems for a few months. So I went to visit a skin doctor with her. The whole scene was kind of funny as the doctor was telling her in a very serious tone that she has a disease called acne and if she does not treat her with the care it will leave a spot on her face.
I am not mocking the acne problem but the men here do not take this acne problem seriously as they think it gets healed by itself. I think women face acne problems more severely as compared to men maybe because of their hormones or I dont know.
Anyways, I would love to hear out your suggestions or if you have any knowledge about remedies that can heal the acne problem. What if maybe your remedies resolve my wife's problem. The doctor has prescribed her tablets and one gel and cream. Hopefully, it will work.
Bought some toys for my son
After we were done with an appointment with a skin doctor, my wife asks me to do some toy shopping for our son. I thought I might skip publishing the article today and for the next two days because I am leaving for home but I got lucky today as I have some spare time to write and publish an article today. My boss has sent me to another office where I am waiting for some Internet service provider's team to arrive and deploy their Telephone and internet services. They might reach within an hour so I guess I would be able to compile an article and publish it today in sha Allah.
They will deploy their internet connection and telephone. Then my work will be started as I have some electricians who will lay out our networking cable to different PCs and install networking points. I have already deployed the network switches in our server rack. The servers were ready too so I have installed them in the server rack too.

I thought I would miss writing an article for today because I was out after the office timing ends as I went with my boss. He wanted me to visit his friend's newly developed office and design his networking for him. It is a small office with over 30 Desktops and laptop users. So we suggested the required network and hopefully, he will deploy the network according to our design because it would be really suitable for him.
SO I am back now and I have less than one hour remaining to end this article. It's 11:06 PM right now and I want to publish this article before entering a new day. I have very little time to compile this article so you guys can expect a few mistakes. Well, it's not new as I guess all of my articles would be filled with a bunch of mistakes. 😂 My today's article would be about random stuff happening in my life.
Our Saturday is Off
I will be leaving tomorrow for my home as it's our national holiday on Saturday because it is the birth anniversary of our Quaid-e-Azam (Great Leader) Muhammad Ali Jinnah who is the founder of our country. He was the one who asks the brits for a separate state for Muslims after the Independence of India. He was the person who got us independence. Thats why our whole country considers him as the father of our nation. So our country observes a holiday on his birthday.
I will be missing writing articles for these three days. I will try to write it but I hate typing on the smartphone. I dont even want to type messages and I prefer sending voice notes as it feels easy for me. 😂
My stiff neck is relived now
I woke up yesterday morning with a stiff neck. The reason was my pillow. I have even posted about it in Noise.cash. Finally, I am relieved of it right now and I am feeling alive again. God, it sucks as you can't do anything properly when you have a stiff neck. And it feels like you have a burden on your head. My headache started due to my stiff neck. I could not even turn my head sideways. Thankfully, I am relieved now.
We celebrated the Birthday of our colleague today
It was the birthday of one of our colleagues and we celebrated his birthday by cutting 2 pounds of red velvet cake and ordering chicken pulao. I am glad it was his birthday today and we got to eat something good because lentils were cooked in the office and I dont like lentils. Our colleague turned 39 today.
I didn't feel the need to eat dinner today because the chicken pulao was heavy and my stomach got so filled after eating it.
Professional Growth in My Job

So I have been working in the IT field for almost 9 years. I have experienced different kinds of situations and I have quite revolved in these 9 years. I feel my growth was steady and I also feel like I dont want to grow anymore and want to start something of my own where I am not bound to time and I work on my own terms.
Today's article would be about my journey over these nine years. So I joined this organization nine years ago as an assistant. I remember the day I joined. I was quite excited about this job as a fresher so obviously, I wasn't experienced. And my first boss was the most hard-headed guy. It was lucky and unlucky at the same time. Unlucky in the sense that he gave me intense pressure and made me work hard. It was my first job so it could have broken me but I thought if I didn't excel in my first job and was unable to handle the boss I would never sustain in my professional life. And lucky in a sense that I became a hard-working employee after that and handling pressure is easy for me now after getting trained under the first boss.
He didn't even let me rest for 5 minutes in my 9 to 5 job. He made me run non-stop and work like hell. I am glad that I got a hard-working boss otherwise I would have become a lazy worker for the rest of my life if my first boss was an easy person. So working as an assistant was thought as I was the only assistant at that time and I had to work everything by myself. From mopping the systems to installing systems and networks, I used to do all the tasks by myself.
After working for two years under this boss. A new boss arrived and I dont want to talk about him much because he was a hypocrite and I dont want to remember those times. I can't stand a hypocrite person. I would love it if you tell me on my face that you dont like me but I hate it if you fake it. I am a straightforward person and I hate fake persons and that boss of mine was fake to the core. I worked 2 years under him and I wish I could take that time back.
And then comes our amazing boss. I am currently working under him. And the good thing about these times is that I got promoted twice in his times. I become an IT officer and then I got promoted to assistant manager IT. And now I am currently working as an Assistant manager IT. I learned a lot in these nine years. I learned technical stuff along with some professional growth. I learned how to carry myself in an office and what is important for professional growth.
But I am planning to work for 10 years for this organization and leave after they provide me with a land plot as per their policy in sha Allah. And start something of my own and I am sure crypto will help me in achieving something in my life in sha Allah.

Finally, the read.cash is back on my laptop. I have been facing the issue for a few days and I was unable to write an article. Many users were facing this issue but finally, the issue is resolved and I will be able to publish an article tonight.
Yesterday, I was using Twitter where I saw someone tweet a question. The question was **"What is the best thing that happened to you in 2021?"**
I know it is a bit early to write an article about it as there are still 10 days remaining for 2021 to end. But I am short of topics so I feel this question would be the best to write an article about.
I guess no one can say that there 2021 was full of happiness and they didn't experience any regret and sadness in a full year. This is what life is all about. You have to face a different kinds of situations in life, one time up and another time down. Sometimes joy and sometimes despair. This is the true definition of life as a person can face different circumstances and the time never remains the same.
So my 2021 was the same, I had to face issues but it was also memorable for certain things which I am going to share in this article. But relatively it's much better compared to my 2020 when I had to go through my second surgery.
My health issues in 2021

Why the 90s Were The Best Time Of My Life

If you are born in the 90s then you are the lucky one as you have witnessed the golden era when the technology was not advanced and when there were no cell phones (Not sure about your country but my country introduced cell phones in 2003 (or 2004 not sure) but it was highly expensive at that time and only calling and text messages option was available in those phones - Remember Nokia 3310 😂).
I am born in 1991 and I found the 90s the best time to grow up in. I remember we used to play sports to spend time whenever we get bored and our parents used to scold us for playing sports all the time. Now the times have changed completely as kids start using social media whenever they are bored and their parents try to make their kids get involved in healthy sports but smartphones have ruined the healthy lifestyle for everyone.
I still remember watching movies was the best thing in old times. We had to visit a CD shop and buy CDs or rent some and we had a DVD player at our friend's place and we used to watch movies at his place. Watching movies with friends is just amazing. We used to enjoy every scene of those movies. We used to watch a movie twice or thrice a month because CDs were quite expensive and our pocket money was not huge. Nowadays, watching movies is not a hard job to do. You can download it from anywhere and watch it. And forget watching a movie with your friends these days because they would be unavailable and busy in their own lives.
I remember when people used to visit their relatives and have an actual conversation. Now people dont visit their relatives and even if they do they dont have a conversation with them. After formally asking about each other, they get busy using their smartphones. Our elders are mostly suffering because they dont know about operating smartphones so they want to talk to their children but their children are busy wasting their time on toxic social media.
When we were child our mothers took very good care of us just because they didn't have smartphones and they have all the time in the world to take care of us. They used to nurture us and provide us with quality food. Took perfect care of our health and they were the perfect examples of mothers. But now mothers have got smartphones and watching TV serials is their first priority. They cant take care of their kids so they make them used to watching cartoons and other stuff despite knowing that smartphone is not good for kids' eyesight and mental health. And then they complained that their children are addicted to smartphones.
It's not like I am against the use of technology. I totally support the good use of it and I condemn the wrong use of it. And technology can be used for both. For example, you can make good use of youtube by watching some good learning videos and you can also waste your precious time by watching useless videos.

Rain Ruined Our Plans + Christmas Advance Celebration

Our Management has organized a cricket tournament and our property dealers sponsored this tournament. Those property dealers are damn wealthy so they announced so many rewards in every match. Our boss was also a team of the captain and luckily he also earned Pkr. 40,000/- for a very funny reason. He dropped a catch of our Marketing head and he announced to reward him with this amount. 😂
The whole ground was laughing at the time of him receiving the reward. It was a very funny moment. 😂 Anyways, when he received the amount our department decided to ask him to give us a treat. We asked him but he denied but we were also stubborn enough and we kept on insisting so eventually he got ready to give us a treat at our favorite restaurant. We were thinking of ordering some hot lamb karahi in this cold winter season to warm ourselves.
It took some effort to convince him and we decided to go out today but the rain started. Raining was fortunate for everyone but not for us as we had only one car and two bikes. And riding bikes in rain in winter is not possible. So, unfortunately, we had to postpone the plan for today.
My plan was to write the first part before going out and then I will write the second part after coming back and then publish it. But now I am writing it and I will publish it now.
Does it ever happen to you guys when you plan to eat something good but your plan gets failed and then you dont want to eat anything else? This happened to me and now I dont want to eat lentils cooked at our residence. 😂 But eating well is my motto in life so I have ordered chicken pulao and I will receive it within the next few minutes. 😂
And here it is. The food arrived and my cook served it and I ate it while watching some thrilling highlights of cricket videos. The food was delicious and it fulfilled my cravings for eating something delicious somehow. 😂
So rain ruined all our plannings but I am glad that it rained at least because it didn't rain for quite some time. And everyone was suffering due to dry weather as most of the people were suffering from sore throat and flu. Most of the people were ill and I hope this rain would help. It wasn't enough rain but still, it's better than no rain.
I kind of dont like our office management but today, I got very impressed with a very great gesture for our Christian brothers. They organized a Christmas celebration for our Christian employees in which they served them a wonderful meal and cake. You must be wondering why to organize the Christmas celebration when it's not Christmas. They organized it in advance because these Christian employees will leave for their home tomorrow on Christmas leave and they will come back after Christmas.
Starlink Might Be Launched At Pakistan

So I saw the news while scrolling on Facebook. The news was that Elon Musk wants to launch a Starlink satellite internet broadband in Pakistan. I didn't know about Starlink before so I googled about it and I am going to share my findings of this news today in this article.
What is Starlink
Starlink is a satellite internet connection basically run by SpaceX whose owner is Elon Musk. And I hope everyone on this platform would know about Elon Musk. So basically, Starlink is an internet provider which provides internet through satellite which means they can provide internet to almost every part of the planet.
These satellites will be in the low orbit near the earth and a web of these satellites will be laid around the globe and they all will be connected with each other through a mesh network (Mesh network means all the satellites will be connected with each other). So this would create a global network around the planet. So you can use the internet connectivities in the areas when you can't even have a signal for a normal call over there for example deserts, forests, etc.
What is be the internet Speed of Starlink
After googling about the internet speed of Starlink, I find out that the internet speed of Starlink in the US is 92.5 Mbps which is huge. I am posting the screenshot of the speedtest.net
The good thing is you dont need cable connectivity which can be a headache sometimes to spread a web of cable around the home and especially in the office. We have spread cables and it looks like a giant anaconda in our server room as we can't depend on wireless connectivity but if the speed is good then people in the office can rely on it.
What equipment is needed to have access to Starlink internet
An antenna and router are needed for accessing Starlink internet. An antenna is deployed which will provide internet to the router and that router will provide the wifi. The antenna is the same as the dish TV. You can even take that antenna anywhere and have access to the internet after deploying it.
News Regarding the Launch of Starlink Broadband Internet in Pakistan
Starlink Sattelite broadband provider sent a delegation for a visit to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) headquarter today where they met with the chairman PTA and discussed their future plans for providing a global internet connection in Pakistan.
Pakistanis Can Apply for Starlink Sattelite Broadband Connection
Starlink is not launched in Pakistan yet but you can apply for it from their official website and book an internet connection in advance. They are charging $99 for it right now. However, it's not confirmed whether they will charge monthly or charge as per data consumption. They will clear their policy after the launch.

I am just addicted to the crack sounds of the bones and joints. Chiropractors are those who manipulate the joints and muscles and adjust them for increased blood flow. They mostly relieve headaches, chronic back pain, and pain in other parts of the body.
All the clients in the videos feel so much better after the chiropractic sessions. I feel like I should also go and pay a visit to the chiropractor. I dont feel any kind of serious body pain but I have a desk job and I sit at a desk from 9 to 5 without having a proper active routine. I feel I should also need to see a chiropractor for aligning my body but unfortunately, we dont have any reliable chiropractor in here.

First Plastic Road in the Capital of Pakistan

I have written this article when I saw the news about the coca-cola and the Capital Development Authority (CDA) joint venture for developing plastic roads in our beautiful capital Islamabad. I searched about it and then try to compile an article in simple words for you guys to understand.
I even searched some videos about it on youtube. And you guys may know that youtube never forgets our search history. If you have searched something on youtube even ten years ago, youtube will recommend you with the videos related to that search. 😂 And that is what happen today. Youtube recommended me a video about the completion of a plastic road in Islamabad. A video about the interview of CDA chairman Mr. Aamir Ali Ahmed in which he talked about the effectiveness and the work done on the plastic road.
First Plastic Road in Islamabad, Pakistan
Yes, Pakistan has also joined this new development and they have successfully built their first environment-friendly plastic road on Ataturk Avenue. CDA chairman stated that they added plastic instead of bitumen in the plant. And they checked the plants and machinery for any adverse effect after the whole process but it hadn't any. And then they conducted tests to check the strength of it and when the report was satisfactory.
They prepared this road with lesser 50-degrees heat because it would cause more pollutants to release if it is prepared with higher heat. They have used 10 tons of plastic waste for preparing this mixture in 1 Kilometre. CDA chairman also stated that they are slowly planning to lay a plastic road in Islamabad. They first tried it as a test phase in F9 Park in a very low area and after successful implementation and testing, they tried it at Ataturk Avenue for 1 Kilometer. But they want to check it on the ground after raining and different climate changes.
And if the reports are successful and plastic road gets successful then the Islamabad authority will make it compulsory to use plastics on road layout in the next road projects. This new development is mostly done by the CDA engineers and they want to share it with every government institute and other provinces authorities so that they can also develop plastic roads and lessen the quantity of uncycled plastic as it can be used in the making of plastic roads.
CDA chairman stated in the interview that their main motive was not limited to the cost. They wanted to utilize plastic waste and minimize it.
Stop Giving Respect To Arrogant & Rude Wealthy People

Well, sometimes I wonder why most people respect money, status, and position. I mean to say they mostly respect those who have a lot of money or have higher status. It's a good thing to respect someone but it's bad to disrespect someone if he lacks a lot of money or has lower status. We should respect a person based on their goodness and nobleness and how humane a person is. And respecting someone on the basis of wealth should be stopped.
I have seen this kind of behavior almost everywhere. I have even seen parents respecting a child more who earns more and does not have any regard for the child who is earning less. Parents who are known to love all their children the same, if they start discriminating between their children basis on the wealth. Imagine if they start doing it, others will definitely discriminate.
It's a crime if you are poor while your relatives are rich. Once a colleague told me that he has stopped attending the functions of their relatives because they are richer while he was not. He told me that whenever he attends any function his relatives start discussing and try to mock his low-income job indirectly on his face which makes him embarrassed all the time. Thats why he decided to not go to the functions.
I am working in an office and my salary is kind of average. One of my cousins is a doctor. Once I and my cousin meet our uncle. We sat with him and I have observed he gave more respect to him just because he is a doctor and he earns more than me. He asked him about his routine and talked to him but didn't even notice that I am also sitting there. Which hurts me and made me realize that we both are his nephews but he has more regard for my cousin than me just because he has a higher status than me.
And now let's talk about the situations in the office. As you all may know people in the offices are mostly treated according to their designations. If you are in a higher post, all office employees will respect you even if you are the rudest and arrogant person in the whole office. And they won't give a damn about you if you are on the lower post even if you are the sweetest and nicest person in the whole office.
My boss is the sweetest person in the whole office. I have even published an article about him. Once we were sitting in the cafeteria and my boss asked the office boy to provide him the tissue paper after he finished his lunch. The office boy went inside and my bosses waited for him for 10 mins but he didn't come back. So my boss, being the sweetest person he left without saying anything. It's not like his designation was lower as he is the senior manager but he is the nicest person that's why he didn't say anything. Our Management has organized Cricket Tournament
Our office management has organized a cricket tournament. They have taken the decision after a successful tournament of football which our team has won. I have already published an article about it if you want to read about it, read the article link given below.

Eight teams comprising different departments will take part in the tournament and the tournament will end within a week. The first three matches will be played tomorrow in sha Allah.
The football tournament was kind of boring because we didn't have skillful football players. But people still liked the tournament so our team decided to organize a cricket tournament because cricket is more popular than football. Almost half of Pakistan are cricket lovers in my opinion.
Funny Interview
Management has decided to hire a monitoring team who will sit in the control room and watch all the cameras and monitor the activities. They will alert the security team if they find anything suspicious in the camera footage. So management has asked our department to interview the candidates and select the best candidates among them.
So today I was there when our boss was taking the interview of a candidate. So our boss asked him a question "What does it mean if you observe on the CCTV screen that Usman is sitting in the same position for more than 15 minutes without any movement or changing his position?" To which he replied, "Sir, it means Usman is either fainted or dead" 😂 The answer was maybe there is something wrong with the camera as maybe the camera is stuck or something. 😂
After the interview ended I told my boss to not use me as an example as they are ready to declare me dead. 😂

Poor Service At our Hospitals

So as you all may know I visited my doctor on Saturday. I reached the hospital before 9 AM and I have to leave home early in the morning at 6 AM to reach there in time. Leaving early these days is so tough because the weather has become tremendously cold. Anyways, I reached there in time but I got so angry when the doctor did not reach me in time. He reached almost an hour late and all the patients waited for him. I even posted an angry post about it on noise.cash.
This is not new in our country as it's the usual behavior of doctors in our country. They have made this sacred profession of serving as a means of their earnings. It's not like I dont want them to earn. It's absolutely their right to earn but dont turn so much greedy that they start forcing people to go through unnecessary surgeries just because they want to earn some money.
The doctors here have become billionaires just by checking the patients. They earn in thousands every day while checking patients and if a doctor is a surgeon he can even earn in lacs (1 Lac = 100K). And they also do agreements with pharmaceutical companies and take their percentage from them just by prescribing the medications of those companies to their patients.
I have heard that doctors in developed countries are restricted to doing a checkup of only 10 patients daily and they face inquiries if incase they check more patients than that. I am not sure if that's true or not. While our doctors do checkups of more than 100 patients every day. Imagine checking 100 patients in just 4 hours. How much time they will give to one patient? They give only 2.4 mins to every patient. Are 2.4 mins enough for checking one patient?
They dont even explain to their patients and they act arrogantly and do not even respond properly to their patient if the patient is asking something. When I was going through my surgery my doctor just told me that the risk in this surgery is less than 10 %. He didn't explain what will he do or what is the procedure? And after waking up I realized they have removed the frontal skull bone and also a patch through my leg and put it in my head. I had no idea what they have done but when my brother and cousins lifted me I find out that there are stitches in my leg too. The doctor has never explained why they did that?
They took permission from my brother in writing to allow them if in case they need any other surgery but isn't it my right to know what they have done in this procedure?
Now let's talk about the hospital's other staff. They are not even trained about how to take proper care of the patients and patients face the rude behavior of the nursing staff. Most patients and their attendants have to suffer in the hospitals due to the negligence of the staff that's why people often get scared when they or their relatives need to get admitted to the hospital.
I have searched about the rude behavior of the hospital staff in my country and google didn't disappoint me and redirected me to dozen of links of articles about such behaviors.
The problem is rich people get the best treatment in private hospitals because they can afford it. They get the proper care and their patient recovers soon but the poor have to face rude behaviors in government hospitals where they get disrespected and sometimes their loved ones lost their lives because of the negligence of the hospital staff (Sad Reality).
I am not saying that all the doctors and hospitals are like this, some of them are good too but most of them are not. This should not be the attitude of doctors. They should start acting like angels and stop becoming devils who do not care about the health of their patients and only care about money.
First Experience of Taking Antidepressant Drugs

As I told you guys about the bad news regarding my health. Today I will be telling you about my first experience of taking anti-depressant medication for the first time. Yes, you heard it right antidepressant medicine. The doctor recommended me a few tablets this time and I had no idea about some of them and what are its uses.
Yesterday, after reaching the office I took medicines as per the doctor's recommendation in the morning and I started feeling dizzy and sleepy within one hour. I felt like my legs are numb for a while so I got scared and thought to check if there is any problem with the medicines. I opened google and searched about those tablets and tried hard to wide open my eyes to read about the uses of those tablets.
The doctor prescribed me these two tablets.
1) Amivit
2) Zavget
It was written on the packet of Amivit tablets and it was clear to me that this tablet is multivitamin but I was not sure about Zavget tablets. But when I searched its uses on google I find out that this tablet is an antidepressant and it is used for the treatment of different disorders like Major depressive disorder, Panic disorder with or without agoraphobia, Social anxiety disorder (social phobia), Generalized anxiety disorder, and Obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Frankly, I never even heard about the names of these disorders. So I googled about these disorders.
A person feels irritated and sad for most of the day and every day and does not feel any enjoyment in the activities once they enjoy. He may also face difficulty in concentrating, think and make decisions. And in severe situation, a person can even think about harming himself or suicide. This is **Major Depressive Disorder**.
**Panic Disorder** is a mental condition in which a person experiences panic attacks.
**Social anxiety disorder**, as the name, shows in this disorder a person over worry about situations and avoid social events because he is worried about embarrassing himself in front of other people.
**Generalized anxiety disorder** makes a person worried and anxious excessively about everyday life events for no reason. In this disorder, a person cannot stop worrying about health, money, family, work, etc.
In **Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder**, a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and/or behaviors (compulsions) that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over.

Nowadays, everyone would be suffering from a few of these disorders in my opinion and I do have some of these disorders but not to the extreme level. For example, I would never harm myself. I do get quickly angry and sometimes fail to control my anger but I will never harm myself.
I think the doctor has prescribed me this medicine because maybe he wants to calm my brain and maybe calming my brain would help in healing those wounds and skin infections. Thats what I think and I am not sure about it.
BTW, after taking that tablet it felt like my brain is numb. I didn't feel any emotion. I do get angry if someone tries to tease me and one of my colleagues were trying to tease but his words had no influence on me. I usually worried about money, my health, and other social things but after taking that tablet it felt like all my worries are gone. The good thing was I wasn't worried but the bad thing was I felt immune to the emotion of happiness and I felt like I am a robot for a few hours.
Bad News Regarding My Health

So day before yesterday, I went to another city for an appointment with my doctor for a routine checkup. I already went through two brain surgeries and I won't talk about it in detail but if you want to find out the whole scenario read the below article.

I would brief a little about it though. I went through brain surgery 3 years ago and they remove the infected frontal skull bone with it. And last year I went through another surgery in which they filled that empty place with a titanium mesh implant. So now I am a titanium man. 😂
The problem is a wound appeared in the old stitch of my skull so I visited my doctor 3 months back. He prescribed to put antiseptic gel on it but it didn't work out and instead of repairment, the infection started to grow. So I visited the doctor for a checkup. He advised me to shave my head as maybe the hair is infecting the wound and keep on wearing a surgical mask over my head to keep the wound safe from dust etc. But he also gave me this worrisome news that maybe my body is not accepting this titanium mesh so if I do not recover in the next two months, they will remove the titanium mesh again.
Thinking about going through the 3rd surgery just makes me feel suffocated. I mean arent two surgeries enough. I was feeling complete after they put the mesh in my skull. I really wish you guys do not go through this but imagine living without frontal skull bone. I was worried when they removed the bone. But when they placed the mesh I felt complete and everything has started feeling normal.
I am trying to be an optimist here and I cant afford to go through another surgery physically, not financially. So I have shaved my head and now started wearing surgical masks and I really hope everything works out for me.
I am not ashamed to confess that I do get scared sometimes. I never take my life seriously and I had no plans for my life. But my life changed 360 degrees after becoming a father. All my priorities got changed and now whenever I am overthinking about these medical situations, I do get scared for my son as I want to see him grow and live his life to the fullest. I want to give him what I missed in my life and for that, I have to remain healthy and work my ass off.

Previous Month's Report

**Dated: 1st December 2021**
The last month of 2021 has started and we are only a month away from entering into 2022. I wish this month becomes the last month for the world's suffering and the whole world becomes a better place for mankind in 2022.
Let's come to the topic now. You all would have got an idea of the article from the title. This article is a report of my previous month. Report of noise.cash and read.cash journey and mainly crypto journey. How much I have accumulated in November and how it went in terms of subscribers in these two platforms. Did I achieve the target I set for November?
Noise.cash Report
I have set the target of accumulating $90 BCH. But unfortunately, I could not achieve it. I could not even achieve half of it. I managed to accumulate only $34.91. The reason is not unknown, as you all know the noise.cash platform had gone very slow and it became very hard to even accumulate $1 in a day for almost everyone.
Fortunately, the free tips are back and everyone is collecting some good blessings nowadays and I am confident that, December will be amazing in terms of accumulation in noise.cash.
I had 2071 subscribers in the previous month.
And now I have 2152 so it means I have managed to gain only 81 subscribers which is nothing as compared to last month as I gained 246 subscribers in the month of October.

I have set targets to accumulate $85 in October but I only managed to accumulate $29.21. I won't blame the platform because it was all my fault as I could only write 16 articles in October. I became lazy and I will definitely try to work out on my laziness this month and keep on publishing articles at least 6 per week in sha Allah.
I had 40 subscribers and 4 sponsors.
And shamefully, I managed to gain only 1 subscriber and did not get successful in catching the attention of new sponsors. I hope I won't lose any of these sponsors this month.
Luck was on my side
My performance wasn't great this month but I am so happy that luck didn't leave my side. I got selected for a $100 BTC giveaway organized by Bitcoin.com wallet this month. I was short of money and I was actually thinking of withdrawing some BCH for the shopping of winter clothes but I didn't feel any need for converting my BCH as these $100 BTC helped me with all the shopping.
I accumulated $155 last month. But I accumulated 164$ this month. ($64 in these two platforms + $100 in BTC giveaway). So luck was definitely on my side.
Also, I managed to complete 1.5 BCH and I am hoping for 2 BCH completion in the first or second month of 2022 in sha Allah.
Anyways, life is all about ups and downs. one moment down and another moment up is how life is. I am a bit disappointed but I am not down. And I am confident that I will be back in the month of December in sha Allah. Thanks to my supporters who kept on supporting and I am nothing without their support. I think I should stop delivering speeches right now like I have won some kind of award or something. 😂
