Some individuals believe that human resources only involves paperwork. I even heard someone say, "HR lang course mo? Easy lang yan eh." I don't see why some individuals despise HR professionals. They believed that this career had nothing to do with math, science, or other disciplines. Additionally, some individuals think that this is a boring job because HR just sits around updating employees' 201 files. But now, allow me to offer you a general sense of how an HR department works in a business.
"We are not just an "HR"
We are the professionals that put in a lot of effort to hire more experts to work for the business. If the organization's top management tries to expand the organization, the HR department will work to find ways to hire people who are a good fit for the organization's requirements. We are the ones that also onboard those new workers, and HR is still in charge of them until their last day of employment in the company.
"HR professionals donโt know numbers"- anonymous
If you believe that we are only non-mathematicians, then you should realize that we are basically taxed and payroll calculation experts for employees. Imagine that we are making every effort to determine those employees' wages each pay period.
"HR does not know anything about legal"-anonymous
Just so you know, HRs are the ones who carry out disciplinary measures. We are the ones that are able to maintain a cordial working environment for everyone from the top management down to the lowest paid staff. Not only that, but we also offer counselling and legal help to anyone within the organization who requires it. Because of this, several HR professionals have a background in psychology.
"HR work is an easy task" -anonymous
To be honest, HR professionals are the ones that also provide career advancement for each worker within the firm. Giving and providing training to people up for promotion and those who are weak in certain competencies is one of HR's supplementary responsibilities in the workplace. We are not only analyzing or watching the employees of the company; rather, we are the specialists who help them improve their careers.
You see? We have particular expertise in a variety of areas, much like other professions. We're not only HR's. I hope my blog has helped many of you realize how difficult this job is. We are one of the experts who are crucial to the business. And if there is no HR department in a corporation, consider what the situation would be if there were no one to supervise hiring, staffing, training, or managing employee payrolls. ๐ง
Anyways, special mention to @Moooniac who also works in the field of Human Resource. Big salute to you ka-HaRa!! Padayon! ๐ฅฐ๐ค

Opposite to what people are saying, I think it's one of the difficult jobs. You need to have a lot of knowledge psychologically and legally, so you can ensure that you can hire the best person for the company. I even have a hard time just dealing with people normally, how much more in your work? I can feel the stress gurl. Padayon lang, yaan mo sila.
