Make use of the resources at your disposal
I came across a Twitter post describing a programmer's journey. He started by learning to program on his phone because he didn't have a laptop. It was challenging since programming on smartphones is more difficult than it is on computers, but he was persistent and continued to learn.
He had already learned a lot and was using what he had learned through his phone to great use when he subsequently purchased a system. He wanted everyone to know that they could start with what they had.
I can't deny that I am one of the many that whine and make excuses for why they haven't begun a certain task.
Someone who wants to learn photography, for instance, uses the justification that they don't have a professional camera. Such a person may not be open to learning anything. Many people began their careers in photography or videography using their mobile phones or less costly camcorders.
The practice and experience you get are more significant than the tools you use.
Make sure you have used the resources at your disposal as effectively as possible before you complain about a lack of them.
A personal example
When I first joined Hive, I recall that @Cesca_Jove made someone give me some Hive power, but guess what? I wasn't active for a while, and when I did, I noticed that the hive power had been taken away.
If they had that much Hive power, a lot of people would have excelled, but what did I do with it? I failed to utilize the resources I had.
Africa as an example
Africa is a continent with a wealth of natural resources, and a temperate climate, and is one of the least vulnerable locations to natural disasters.
Africa is now the least developed continent in terms of human development; despite being surrounded by natural wealth, many people live in squalor.
Despite having few or no natural resources, several nations on Earth have wealthy populations. In comparison to many African nations, nations like Singapore and the United Arab Emirates have minimal resources. These countries, however, are more prosperous and have higher GDPs.
However, it is how you use your resources that determines your level of wealth.
The majority of the time, you'll observe that folks who began off with less success than those who had more. When you use the little resources you currently have wisely, you will undoubtedly be able to use them well when there are extra resources. No matter how many resources are available, they won't be of any help to somebody who doesn't know how to use them.
Utilize the power of the mind
Keep in mind that how you train your mind will determine how you perceive the world. You will always think there is less if you train your mind to think that way. You will always see the abundance around you, though, if you have the belief that there is plenty even when there isn't.
The largest impairment is a mental one rather than a physical one because of how strong the mind is.
I have observed several individuals who are physically disadvantaged but excel in their endeavours. Such individuals don't confine their thinking by thinking that their physical impairment prevents them from doing anything.
Wake up today and give your mind the tools it needs to think that you can succeed, even when it doesn't seem likely.

There's a lame man in my home town, he has one of the best computer business centre and commanding students and money. I wasn't surprised on how he got to that stage, he placed his brain at work even in the misdt of impairment
