When evil is being done to others, talk.
4TH MARCH, 2022.
34TH ARTICLE IN ALL.
4TH ARTICLE IN THE MONTH.
I appreciate everyone for the well wishes of yesterday. I've not been able to reply your comments to my last article due to lack of electricity. My battery has been dead and I will try to make up for that. Thanks so much. I appreciate God for making me to still be alive till today. On my way to school this morning, I looked at the spot I would have died yesterday. I don't know what would have been said about me by now if not for the mercies of God.
Now to today's article. We will be talking about speaking out when evil is being done to others.
When evil is being done to others, talk to avoid it being done to you. When evil is being planned by some people for another person and you are aware. Do you keep quiet? No. Expose everything so that it won't be done to you later.
In your class, after a student has charged his/her phone and left the class do you keep quiet when someone else removes it to charge another one? Don't be indifferent. Don't feel it is none of your business. You don't have to be quiet. TALK. How would you feel when such a thing is being done to you? Will you like it? Whatever you will not accept being done to you don't allow it to be done to others.
There was a case I know that happened in a co-operative society. Mr Kolade is the vice chairman. He applied for a loan last year November. Mrs Shollei is among the executives and she is in charge of approving loans to members. She is the angry type that doesn't know how to control her temper. She gets angry at little things and most members are afraid of her.
Mr Kolade's loan application was supposed to be approved last December but he stepped aside for another woman who needed money urgently for her daughter's admission. In January, Mr Kolade's letter was supposed to be the first to be attended to. He had already expected without doubt that he would be given the money. The general meeting was scheduled for the end of the month but during the month, Mrs shollei had begun to loan out money to thoes who applied after Mr Kolade.
During the meeting, Mrs Shollei suggested that those whose loans were not up to 200,000 naira should be given first and and those whose child has just gotten admission. Mr Kolade is the gentle and easygoing type and he doesn't like fighting or getting angry over unnecessary things. He told them that he also needed the money he applied for. Eventually, he was given just half of the total amount he needed. After the meeting, Mr Kolade went to meet Mrs Shollei to ask if the balance will be sent to his account. Mrs Shollei just answered nonchalantly that there's no money. Later, Mr Kolade got to know that Mrs Shollei gave some money to Mrs Rain after he left. This shows that Mrs Rain was aware of the evil manipulations. The money given to Mrs rain was supposed to balance Mr Kolade's request. Her own was not complete too.
In February, as usual Mrs Rain thought things will be manipulated for her again but now the table has turned and she was done evil instead. If she had spoken out before, she would not have been disappointed too.
As we go on this weekend, let's not condole evil.
He is so scary, if only someone expose those bad deeds. People don't realize that one day they could be one of those victim.
