Few days ago, a well-known woman was celebrated in Nigeria. It was her birthday and she was celebrated all over the nation and beyond. The story of her life is touching with series of lessons to learn.

This woman is an epitome of wisdom. She is a godly woman. She is an epitome of beauty. She lean on God. She trusted the Lord with all her heart even when it seemed there was no supporter. People didn't want her to marry her husband but God directed her path. She's a mother to many mothers today. She is a mother to many children both physically and spiritually. She supported her husband and believed in the vision that God gave him. She married him not knowing the future yet, she trusted God.

she married her husband when he barely had nothing. she supported him throughout his life. she give birth to three children; two boys and a girl whom she raised in the way of the lord while they were young and when these children eventually grew up they never departed from the way of the lord. They are happily married now with children.

To my single men, please don't marry a lady because she is beautiful or because she comes from a well-to-do family. It's not as if being beautiful isn't good or being wealthy is bad. But, that should not be the most important criteria to look for in a lady when you are about to get married. Please marry a lady with good character. Marry a lady who is virtuous. Remember, the beauty you cherish so much today will not always be there. When she begins to give birth to your children or old age sets in so don't anything can happen to her so don't depend on that beauty depend on the character depend on the virtues she has. How accommodating, respectful and loving is she?

Beauty cannot build a home. A good character can build a home. This woman that was celebrated few days ago, her husband was so happy to have married her not because of the beauty because this woman when she wanted to marry this man she also had another man who was a lawyer. But, she trusted in God. She heard God's voice and she obeyed. That is why she's the mother to many today. Please marry a good woman to fulfill destiny.

Ladies, please let's check up on our character. Men are shining their eyes these days. Please have a good character and don't pretend. Put your trust in God. Do whatever He wants you to do and everything will fall in place. Though your beginning was small yet, your end will greatly increase.
