And there was one case in which hundreds of vehicles were being transferred in a truck and one caught fire and soon half of the scooters caught fire. The Fire Fighters struggled a lot to calm the fire. And after that, the high court and supreme court became serious and issued orders to those companies to recheck their product. We also got one incident of an EV car.* **And the source of the fire was the battery used in those vehicles. The Lithium-ion battery.** **Lithium-Ion Batteries:-** *I was bad in science but practically good and interested in doing electrical works and modifying my mechanical toys so I know a bit about batteries. Lithium-ion batteries are very light in weight and release electrons very easily and are so heavily used in making EV vehicles. India's temperature in summers is very high and based on recent experiments and experience we can see EVs aren't that compatible especially in summers here. So it's not that effective here unless India changes its source of electricity production.* *As I told you the temperature issue is uneven and insane in summer and some new technology or method is required to lower the heating of Lithium-Ion Batteries.*
*The production of an EV results in 9 tons of carbon while in petrol it's 5.6 tons. And EV consumes 13500 litres of water for its production while Petrol car consumes around 4000 litres of water only. ( source 5 minutes of listening to news channels, lol)* Final Thoughts *I was very unpleased not to see EV vehicles here but now I know the difficulties here as to why they are still not massively promoted. As energy-saving and carbon emissions saving is very low for EV vehicles here. The major reason is relying mostly upon coal for electricity. When this is changed then EV will be a better choice for Indians. I love the acceleration of EV vehicles they launch like rocket, hehe.* **One more thing Lithium is taken out from Earth on the fact and basis of Green Fuel which is indirectly affecting our environment. As after those batteries are used they are dumped and buried in grounds as there's no proper disposal method for them and when they come in contact with water reaction takes place and they caught fire.** *So was there any incident of EV vehicles caught by fire in your place?*

Sun is the largest reservoir of solar energy Asian countries should prioritize to use of this natural resource of energy. Its a never-ending reservoir and environment-friendly renewable energy source!
Oh yes, we aren't using solar energy to it's full extent and we live in a favourable place to convert the solar into electric energy.
EVs are also expensive, one of the reasons why our country isn't able to produce much of it.

Time will decide where and how will we use EVs. Same here is also trend of electric motorcycle. We also know about vehicles we are using in daily life that they are producing pollution which is cause of diseases but still we are using as same community will adopt this EVs slowly by some improvement in it. The main thing is that how much we are serious about our environment.
We still aren't that energy efficient and as said it will take to improve the EVs.
If we find more defects of a product than benefits, it losses its worth. In our country same issue happened but now people are use to EV as modern technology. I hope Indian will also realize this is need of era.
Eh it's not about defects here, if the product can't even follow the go green tag which it says and uses as a motto then it's foolishness to accept such product. Modern technology is not always beneficial. People should be aware of the facts if they aren't that much of a good replacement of competitive products already in the market.

Electronic vehicles are great, but I don't know why, but I guess the petroo cars are much better as of my thinking as of the moment. Perhaps this thought will change once I get to see an EV and experience it as well hehe.
Petrol cars are more convenient and the problems in those cars you will be facing for now is the least than EV and diesel not to mention the engine. It's best and long lasting.

I think since they are in early stages that's why we are having such quality issues.
Ev quickly getting place in our auto market especially after fuel prices jumped. But yes agree there are some technical issues like battery , ignition system and speed are still there.
The modifications and improvements are needed in EV a lot compared to petrol and diesel vehicles.
