Hello, people out there. I know most of us are happy with the fact that its BER months already. Christmas season is on the way and all of us are excited to celebrate this special day. Christmas songs are everywhere we can hear from neighbors or along the street and that sound makes us feel the warmth of its essence.

When BER months start to pop up in our calendar, we cannot deny the fact that we are excited to celebrate christmas. This special day is the most awaited day for most of us. If today could be a normal day like yesterday, many of our families will spend their vacation with us. They take their leave from their work just to be with their loved ones. But this COVID stopped our plans. So sad but it's the reality. 😟 I know we have activities we missed this christmas time. These are: 

Christmas Party

Most of the employed people are celebrating a Christmas party for the reason that it is a part of their tradition, our tradition to be exact. They are busy preparing important things to make this activity happen. For the sake of everyone's enjoyment, they show their talents even if it is so awkward for them. It's okay as long as the bonus will never be forgotten. Lol. 

Family Reunion

As I said above, most of the people wanted to celebrate their Christmas with their loved ones no matter how hectic their schedule is. They loved to celebrate it with their family because they wanted their Christmas to be as memorable as it could.Who does not want to? Right? The last time we had a family reunion was in the year 2019 where we were complete because of my wedding. No COVID manipulated the environment yet, only the happy faces you can see and the gifts which everyone had prepared. That was a very memorable year in my life. I couldn't imagine that from today it is now hard to make it realize again soon. 😟

Caroling/s

This also brings happiness to each of us. Especially when the kids started to sing along to each house. This brings joy to every heart that hears most of all if every house has the love to give where the children are just happy receiving the money. Sign of giving has just started. I do remember when I was a kid that on December 20th, we started to do carolings to our neighbors. After we do this, our collected money will be divided based on how many we are in the group. Even if we just received a little amount, we were the happiest kid that time. What happy memories to reminisce about. How about you?

These activities mentioned are just the example of how Christmas is very special to all of us. 

But because of COVID-19 hit the whole world, our happiness suddenly stopped. All our plans have been cancelled. All the preparations have  turned into nothing. What a sad reality? This pandemic has a great impact on us where all of us have been affected by this that made our Christmas last year became unhappy. Not like we did before that we do parties everywhere and anytime. We have no choice but to accept the reality that everything that happened today like protocols is now called a new normal setting for all of us. 

But we don't need to be sad, what we need to do is to be united to pray that the COVID will finally vanish in our lives. Prayer is the key to make our life back to the normal setting as what we usually did. There's still hope beyond our issues today and I know that God will never forsake us. He is always good and always makes a way. We just need to believe in His power because He is able to do everything for his people.
