Just Breath!

Never forget that once upon a time when you were just a little kid you have full of big dreams and you promised that you’d make it all real one day. You know that life will always give you reasons to quit, but make you know also that you have all the reasons to fight. Do not overthink and never ever disappoint yourself!

All successful people have a painful story, and the entire painful story has a successful ending. You just need to accept and get through the pain and get ready for success.

You know that everything is always shifting and changing, and as a human, we are constantly evolving. And the only thing that is constant among the living is our breath.

Anxiety has been struggling us for years, and our breath has been our anchor, the only tool that is always with us no matter where we are and what moment we are in. For all the stressful moments and being surrounded by people, and just by going it all through by ourselves, we can quickly be calm and elevate ourselves.

You can do this by taking slow deep breaths and continuously releasing the stress as you exhale.

You should know that stuff always comes up in life and life can change in an instant, for better and for worse. When you are feeling down and going through a rough season, just breathe to get through and never ever forget that there will be light on the other side. You are only in that season and all seasons will pass. After the entire storm, there is calm, and after all the darkness there is light.

Don’t ever underestimate the power of breathing. It will always be your best friend, it will always be there for you no matter what. Always be ready because there are some points in life when anything good that happens turns badly and anything bad gets even worse. But you should not be ashamed for being where you are, all you have to do is focus on one small thing you can do today to get closer to where place you want to be. Slowly and lightly, you should take one step at a time, just take a breath, and surely you can get there.

You just have to connect to your breath and learn how to breathe consciously breathe will definitely support you through all the moments of your life.  It is always your gateway to the present. Whatever is going on, always be reminded that you will get through it.

So take some deep breaths, inhale and exhale and remember that you can handle whatever life throws at you. Your ease has been written along with all your hardship and struggle, just bear a little more patience. We have all seasons where flourish and seasons when the leaves fall from us, you just have to take time and grow again.

You got all this, don’t react, don’t run, and just breathe.

Indeed. Breathing exercise really helps to clear the mind. Practicing proper breathing also helps with sleep.

Breathing in times of distress definitely enhances calmness and peace of mind. soon, we'd come to realize that things are not as bad and there's would be a way out
