There are times when you’re not sure if you’re depressed. Not exactly sad but not exactly happy either. There are times you can laugh and joke and smile but when you’re alone at night you forget how to feel.
It feels like you lost your spark and hard to say that you’re not okay.
But, I just want to tell you that…
It’s alright if you do not know the words that you need to express what you feel. It’s alright if you don’t know how to begin, where to start, and if you don’t know how the chapter of your life will end. It’s alright if you’re not sure about your future and not even sure about your past and unsure about what you’re thinking.
For all the things that you did not want to happen but it did. It’s alright if you don’t know how to apologize and are not even sure if you even have to. It’s alright if you wish to move on and if you wish to stay longer than expected.
It’s alright to cry, cry to sleep, and cry as you woke up. It’s alright to wish that you can change things and to wish that you can go back and make all the bad things and decisions right. It’s alright if you’re not happy with who and what you are. It’s alright if you don’t feel the same way anymore and about all the certain things, certain people, and certain places.
At least for the time being, it’s alright to work on yourself. Take a break and work on yourself and take time as much as you need. Until you feel comfortable with your own skin.
It’s okay to move away if you have to. To find new homes with new people and find what you love in new places. It’s alright, and everything will be alright. This is your life, and only yours to live. Life is too short to worry and be anxious about everything in this world. Do not overthink about everything because it’s okay and it’s going to be okay soon. Just be yourself, and take your time.

Because it all coming back; the inspiration, the answers to all your questions, your vision and your goals, the energy, and your joy. It’s okay not to be alright at all times. You are not a machine and not a robot either. There are a lot of valleys that you need to cross through for you to recognize all the peaks. Your emotions are not just good or bad, you feel weak and lost sometimes; you do not exist with that binary, you can’t define that easily and can’t be summed up like that.
Please, just appreciate the beauty of all the contrasts. Stop expecting from yourself too much. You need to have a pause, you need to take a break and you need to have time with yourself to reflect. It’s all part of it. You need to breathe, inhale and exhale. Things will come to you when you less expect from them.
You need to breathe and release. Let’s the next step finds you and the sunshine on your faith, let yourself lost in a moment until you’re comfortable with your own skin.
Your articles are really always so cool, and honestly it is the same way like I think about things. I also believe that it is alright to be lost, sad, rogue, gentle, broken... but let's just not think about it more than it is requires. Otherwise it will ruin us.
It is rightly said when you hold a glass of water in your palm for 5 minutes you will feel nothing but if you hold it for 30 minutes to 01 hour your hand will ache, and if you keep on holding it your hand could paralyze. Similarly, when you hold a thought for so long it could stress you out so badly that you may land at depression and other mental conditions.
