Today I'll share three simple steps those lessen the risk factors of heart attack. It has become a very common disease now a days. As prevention is better than cure, you should cultivate some habits those are good for health.
The three simple steps those you should follow:
When you wake up don't get off the bed immediately. Keep laying on bed for 30 seconds.
Then get up and sit for another 30 seconds on the bed.
Then get off the bed and sit like you're sitting on a chair. Touch your feet with the floor. Sit like this for another 30 seconds.
After this 1 and a half minute simple exercise, you are ready to leave the bed.
How it works?
While you are doing these tasks, enough oxygen mixes up with blood and due to blood circulation it reaches to brain and heart. This lessens the risk factors of heart attack.
