Auto-suggestion means self hypnosis, also known as Meditation. That is to delete negative thoughts and start paying attention to self talk. Whenever someone thoughts comes negative especially internal dialogue that expresses doubt,fear ,loosing hope,inferior complexity etc.just delete or erase it from mind and replace it with more encouraging positive words.
