Christmas in th Philippines is splendid. This season bring happiness and brightness in our personalities. There are countless Christmas lights and songs across the street, people have gathered anywhere. It's indeed the joyous celebration of the year.

This is also my favorite Christmas song because of how resilient it is. This song leave thousands of Filipinos remembering the true meaning of Christmas. This Christmas station ID never faded in our heart. It stay forever after the years.

This Christmas song is very popular in Philippines. It is sang in every caroling both children and adults. This is also sang in Christmas speech choir and other formal occasions. This Christmas song is known by all Filipinos and this is not difficult to remember because of the message of the song.

This is one of the most unforgettable and sentimental Christmas songs in the Philippines because it was released during the calamity of Typhoon Yolanda. That is one of the loneliest Christmas in Philippines, schools and other work organizations discontinued the celebration of Christmas due to thousands of Filipinos died during the Typhoon Yolanda. I was left teary after watching a real drama about the father who survived from the typhoon. He was in the hut eating sardines while crying for his family. His two daughter and his wife are dead but his sons showed up. He was very happy. His son told him that he want to go to the sea side. He followed his son and afterwards his son is slowly disappearing in the middle of the sea.

This Christmas song will never went missing in every street caroler and celebrations. This is sung by every choir including group of people in the streets. It is one of the most sung songs by Filipino. Everyone memorized and everyone know this song.

You are not a pure Filipino if you don't know this song! Every Filipinos heard this Christmas song anywhere and everywhere. This is one of the most well sung Christmas song in the carolling. This is nostalgic at the same time iconic Christmas song played every Christmas season here in Philippines. This is also not difficult to memorize as the lines are easy to remember at the same time it ignites everyone.

I really enjoyed compiling some of the iconic Christmas songs in the Philippines. It makes me proud of being Filipino because of how significant the Christmas to us is. Some Christmas songs has a moment, memories and stories behind which is why they don't easily fade in our hearts. They are forever here inside. May we find the real spirit of Christmas every year.
