I Had Chickenpox Around 20's!

In awareness of "Monkeypox" virus that we have now here in Philippines, let me share you that feeling of having a chickenpox when I was of about 25-26 years old.

Chickenpox is a highly contagious disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus (VZV).

Monkeypox then is very different for it can be transferred over thru close contact such as sexual intercouse (according to WHO most likely between men or same sex) open wounds etc...

Yes I had that pox late and it was terrible than having a toothache! I think it choose no age (as long as we haven't got it yet before).

The bad thing about it was I transferred it over to mother and brother via air and being near them 😂. If only it is a wealth or money cause it was transferrable lol.

Men that skin dis-ease was a disaster. I remember how irritable the feeling of having it all over my face, neck, back and chest body! Even our legs or feet will sometimes be visited by chickenpox.

This is the reason too why my face have some humps on it 😅. This was not a work of pimples but of chickenpox- my humps, my humps, after 9 years, I still have some visible memory of the pox, I hope I could box it and throw in the ocean of fire.

That itchiness when you get perspiration most when the sun is high and you are sweating for hours.

When you want to scratch the surfaces affected but you can't because probably it will surge from one place to another and I don't wanna have more scar of it.

I also don't understand why this "virus" is contagious and more strong 1+2 weeks of your recovery. I got it that way, when a sister sit beside me while we are commuting to worship and at the event itself.

She said she was in the stage of 1 week restoration from chickenpox! I found it later😅.

Thank God we all got healed after weeks of fighting against it. It will not be favorable for us if we are working or studying so better to stay away from people who have it.

Regarding monkeypox we could prevent it guys especially to our male friends, avoid physical contact or sexual intercourses as we have mentioned in one article here of our member.

I guess our cleanliness in our bodies, following the protocols to stay healthy and away from animals who have the symptoms, abstaining from sexual or physical contact to infected ones will help us more to not attract this monkeypox since WHO said it cannot be transmitted by air- wearing masks is still advisable because fluids from body to body can also spread it.

If I heard it right, this latest pox can last for a month!

I strongly suggest for the porn people to abstain from such acts, let your body member's rest, drink and eat healthily.

I believe that the Philippines is not the first country who got monkeypox, it's a worldwide issue aside from covid that started internationally.

Stay safe. Be alert but calm.

Be clean.

Drink and eat healthily.

We can pass through this challenging times as we move as one body towards a "free viruses" earth (we hoped fully).
