We are Wednesday, midweek and it's @ANGYDEVIL's #splashshot day. I made this click at the civic center in San Francisco, California. It wasn't my favorite area of the city, but the shot seems very meaningful to me! USA 2013 @simonewanderlust

During my trip to ETHIOPIA, I came across this amazing fruit. It is called Sodom's apple, the name is linked to an episode in the Bible, according to which, after the fire of the city, everything was sterile and the only plant that grew was this. My guide explained to me that it is not edible, but rather, it is full of poison and can be deadly to humans. It's amazing how light it is, weighs a few grams, and once opened it deflates like a balloon from which air comes out! It…

Hello, let's make a lot of noise! These images date back to June 2008, a short vacation on the island of Elba, in Tuscany. This small island is the pearl of my region, the sea is beautiful and clean, and there are coves that can only be reached from the sea, where the water has a crystalline color. A friend of mine hosted me, so he was able to take me to the most isolated and uncontaminated, he also worked as a cook in one of the best fish restaurants, so I also had great…

The well of San Patrizio is located in Orvieto, in central Italy. It was excavated and built around 1530 at the behest of the pope of the time. Those who, like me, have had the pleasure of visiting it and descending the 54 meters of its height through its spiral staircases, understand what an engineering masterpiece it is! Even today, pure water flows from the bottom of the well. @simonewanderlust #onlyoriginalcontent

@Simonewanderlust

Happy Friday to all dear noises! I took these two photos in one of the lesser known places I've been: Malawi. Malawi is a southern African state, little beaten by tourism and therefore services are also scarce. Here I was in the capital, Lilongwe and more precisely in the open-air city market, where an explosion of smells and colors is persistent. It was a great experience, the first of that long journey!

@Simonewanderlust

Scrolling a long way back in my gallery, 2 old photos popped up from a Saturday night where we and friends went to eat American food. While not too healthy, occasionally a giant burger with fries, fried onion rings, eggs and bacon, and chicken nuggets. Accompanied by coke or pint of beer. In addition, the waitresses bring the food in themed clothes and on roller skates. It was just a beautiful evening, November 2013 @simonewanderlust

@Simonewanderlust

Happy #caturday friends! My noise to start the weekend in the best way is about little Frida, a very sweet 5 month old kitten. She is growing healthy fast, luckily she lives in a great environment and is treated very well. I have been told that many nights she goes to sleep with the children, often with the youngest of the 2, getting inside the blankets and sticking to them. Isn't this wonderful?

@Simonewanderlust

Happy Sunday everyone! Today I show you an incredible place that few people know: Tsingy di Bemaraha. This park, a nature reserve and a UNESCO heritage site, is located in the western part of Madagascar. Reaching it is not easy, it takes a few hours in a 4x4 and a crossing with a barge, on which people and cars are loaded. Once there, you explore a large area, climbing among the various rock formations and crossing suspension bridges and small canyons. It was an…

While waiting for dinner time, I show you Celje Castle, in Slovenia, which I visited last summer during my first solo trip. The castle is one of the most beautiful ever I have seen, it is being restored and they are doing a great job. From the city you can see the walls perched on the hill, the first photo. The next ones are inside, and from up there you can also enjoy a beautiful view of both the surrounding countryside and the old part of the city.

@Simonewanderlust

Have a nice start to the week friends !. It was the year 1985, my dad had just bought a new car, very nice for the time, and so he decided to let him do a lot of kilometers right away. From Florence, Italy, we went as far as Granada, southern Spain. These 2 photos were taken in Valencia, the great Arena, and a few kilometers outside Alicante. This was my first trip ever!

@Simonewanderlust

Good evening, I want to make some more noise today! 3 views of the city of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It is a small and compact city and the historic center is very characteristic. @Simonewanderlust

Hello, my day finally begins, and I want to make some noise. Today I show you the works of art that my brother-in-law can do with the sand on the beach. Tonight I decided to take you to a totally wild place: Cabo da Cabaceira, in the north of Mozambique. To reach it we had to travel many kilometers on a rough road, then take a boat, cross a village and a swamp and finally arrive in this paradise! There was just us, in addition to the locals. In the last picture I am with my travel group from that year, August 2016

@Simonewanderlust

Tonight, while I was walking around my town, I decided to take this simple photo of the wrought iron lamp in the central square. Each side of the square is adorned with these lamps and for me they are very elegant. The photo was edited with blur and vignette effect with Photoshop express

@Simonewanderlust

Hello and happy Friday everyone. Today I will tell you a story: that of the Phatodawgyi pagoda in Mingun, Myanmar. To get there you have to take a slow boat from the city of Mandalay, then once you disembark you are immediately in front of this unfinished wonder! And it wasn't finished because an astrologer claimed that once completed, the king would be dead !! The big crack he sees was caused by an earthquake 2 centuries ago. I assure you that it is a magical place, soon I…

Cusco, Peru 1996. Still strong emotions. It was the capital of the Inca kingdom, and still today you can see the diversity between the archaeological ruins and the Spanish colonial style in the 3 images: square of weapons, heart of the city, the convent of Santo Domingo, built over an Inca temple and the famous stone of the 12 angles, part of the ancient walls.

The many trails allow a thorough visit of the top places, such as Glaciar point (photo 1) from which you can see Half Dome or the one that leads to the Varnal waterfall (photo 2). During the walks you will meet many animals, which as you can see are absolutely not afraid

Happy #Splashot, the last one before Christmas :). In Florence they have just inaugurated the largest Ferris wheel in Italy, from the top of which you have a magnificent view over the whole city! It was the hardest splash I've done, 1.5 hours to bleach inside each arm of the wheel, but I'm very happy with the result
