During my trip to ETHIOPIA, I came across this amazing fruit. It is called Sodom's apple, the name is linked to an episode in the Bible, according to which, after the fire of the city, everything was sterile and the only plant that grew was this. My guide explained to me that it is not edible, but rather, it is full of poison and can be deadly to humans. It's amazing how light it is, weighs a few grams, and once opened it deflates like a balloon from which air comes out! It was amazing to touch it and see its practically empty interior! When you travel you discover new and interesting things but it's clear that you need to be informed otherwise you could eat that beautiful fruit thinking it should be sweet! Thanks for the information!!! 😅
Yes, however I never eat anything unless I'm sure it's good. Just as I only drink water in closed bottles. The beauty is to discover things that you don't know exist
