People talk about physical health, six-pack, body posture, and enhancing facial beauty using cosmetics and Snapchat filters. But no one I saw talking about psychological conditions people are suffering maximum they listen to motivational videos for 5-minutes to refresh mental health. But I realized that motivational video impact remains only for a day or two. No one wanna consult a psychiatrist, mostly don't know about mental illness and phobias.

The issue is awareness, people are not aware of their health and what suit their health and what is not favorable. According to health research, almost every human suffered from a sort of phobia, what I want to say no one is the ideal everyone has a disability either physical or mental block.

I watched an inspirational drama i.e Sinf e Ahan in which Rubia a lady cadet training in PMA fears rat, yes you read right a rat, her biggest fear. During training a session in an open forest, she killed a Snake, the same girl who fear of rats. She was killing a snake while saying:

" This is a snake, not a rat"

I laughed hard at that scene of the drama, thinking about phobias' impact on human the things which is less dangerous, she was afraid of it rather she killed a poisonous snake.

Phobias are a sort of mental block, a tragedy that happens to someone in their childhood that they can't able to forget, later they have to struggle a lot to overcome that phobia. Some people are afraid of height, height-phobia, they are about to die when they are at the peak of a mountain, similarly, people are afraid of darkness, Dark-phobia. I was watching a video of an influencer in which he was talking about his childhood days story in which his mother locked him in a dark room as a punishment he did something wrong. From that day until he was afraid of darkness.

When you meet people every tells you their unique life stories, I suffered multiple times while engaging or communicating with people so I listen to a motivational speaker video, he gave a task to interact with at least one stranger daily, maximum what will happen other one refused to interact, but definitely, you will learn. Talk to a stranger when you go outside of the home for buying home stuff, an office, or a university. I implemented this strategy yes it's working. While sitting on the university bus I ask random questions to a student sitting on the side seat, are you enjoying your university, learning experience, best memory there, problems you are facing. The conversation became interesting.

Conclusion

All sorts of phobias can be overcome, some people have a small frequency but sometimes an issue is critical, in that situation need to consult a psychiatrist, nothing is more crucial than our health. Its illness can be cured but if treatment is done situation became critical and problems for own self and the family. It's only a sort of block that can be treated by practicing. What to practice for that specific illness, a psychiatric consult needed. Our mental health is important as our physical health. According to a critic, I forgot the name, I read this quote in second-year essays:

"a negative mind will never give you a positive life"
