How to Practice Safe Sex

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) are the main concerns of sexually active individuals.

Here are some tips to prevent STI:

  1. Regular screening test for STI every after new sexual partner

  2. Use of condoms during oral and penetrative sexual intercourse

  3. Sanitization of toys before use

  4. Open conversation with sexual partner, this will be a huge countermeasure in preventing acquiring STI

You should consult a physician if you have any of these:

  1. Unusual discoloration of vaginal dischargd

  2. Penis discharge

  3. Burning/itching sensation upon urination

  4. Dyspareunia - painful sexual intercourse

  5. Sores, bumps in genital area

In the end every sexual activity is at risk in having STI. So everybody who are sexually active should practice safe sex and get tested in a regular basis.

A very big help with regards of your health. Truly and others didn’t know how STI will transmit to your body and you can prevent it by taking examinations and medications. Having intercourse is a way of showing love to your partner and talking about it is part of it, to make sure and also protect each other from sickness.
