The imposition of happiness We cannot be happy all the time because..
Although we impose being constantly happy on social media, our environment or ourselves, perhaps the only word that the state of happiness does not come close to is continuity. No one can be in the feeling of happiness all the time. The events we experience in our lives, our expectations, feelings and desires may not always be what we want.
However, even when you are free from all expectations, the events you encounter may be perceived as stress by the brain. You may be bored, sad or worried. Perhaps the most beautiful aspect that distinguishes humans from other living things is their feelings, reactions and thoughts. For this reason, the happiness pictures you see around you actually belong to a moment. One second later, no one can know another's mood, insides, or feelings.
The frames you see on social media, the videos you watch, or even the closest people you spend time with may seem happy but may actually be in a very different mood.
So don't compare! Your happiness or your unhappiness… You don't have to be as happy as your best friend, or going to the places your next-door neighbor goes doesn't have to give you the same satisfaction. The life of the people we see outside is not a suitable garment for us. There is a phrase that I hear often among the people, but that contains too much prejudice and negative energy: "Life is good for you." This sentence is one of the most empathetic expressions that make the other person feel like the most carefree, carefree and happy person in the world, by beating himself up, acting as if he is experiencing all the hardships of the world himself.
However, happiness is a personal concept. It includes your circumstances, your feelings, your facts. The concept of happiness for others is very different from what you seek for happiness. While being rich is a prerequisite for some, having a large family is for others. For this reason, social media or the lives or situations in your environment that you envy may not be the cause of happiness for others. People you think are happy can pretend to be happy. What matters is how happy you are with what you have.
