You are without Excuse!

Is your father a well-developed monkey? Did your grandfather swing from tree branches in the jungle? Did your great-grandfather entertain people on safari in Africa? Just curious is why I ask these questions. And I ask because many people have bought into the lie of evolution.

Where are your ancestors?

One of the greatest lies ever told

Rather than argue against evolution, which offers humanity no viable hope for the future but death, the theory does not have a transitional fossil record to prove the existence of humanity's progression, is cancelled out by the Second Law of Thermodynamics, and in the end must be accepted by faith (or school indoctrination).

The Bible

In like manner, the belief in God also requires faith. You can no more prove God by arguing with someone than you can prove evolution. Well, there is microevolution, but macroevolution has the above-mentioned critical factors that defeat the theory.

In a previous post I mentioned the fact that you cannot argue a man or woman into heaven. It's impossible for those who live in darkness to recognize the spiritual truths emanating from the light.

Creation

Evolution begins with the Big Bang, followed by pushing the idea that primordial slime was the first living organism, and that over the course of billions of years resulted in modern humanity.

On the other hand, the Bible (God's infallible word), speaks to the creation of the world and all that is in it.

We read:

"The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse" (Romans 1:18-20, NIV).

Pretty heavy, yeah? The Bible tells us that all we see, the stars, the flowers, plant life and animal life, and our fellow humans (just to name a few) are not only plain to the eye but demonstrates the power of a Creator. In the end, those who live in wickedness suppress the truth in exchange for a lie.

But wait, there's more!

Conscience

The God of the Bible takes every precaution to let His readers know Him. Thus, Paul, under the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit, tells us more about God's power and His invisible qualities.

We read Paul's accusation against the Jews:

"For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous. (Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them)" (Romans 2:13-15, NIV).

Each and everyone of us has the God-given conscience. Do you know how we can know this to be true?

We know the difference between what is right and wrong.

We know it is not right to steal, kill, covet, engage in all manner of sexual morality, and more. Our hearts (consciences) inform us about the divide between the darkness and light.

Christ

Were the above-mentioned two not entirely enough (they are!), God sent His Son Jesus to the earth in the form of a Man.

We read:

"But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in[h] Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith" (Romans 3: 21-25, NIV).

He is risen!

The Ten Commandments do not save us but rather point out our sinful nature. Therefore, as prophesized in the Old Testament, God sent Jesus to fulfill the law and die in our place. God cannot look away from sin or He would not be just. But Jesus paid it all on the cross. The caveat here is that while Jesus died for all, only though who receive Him by faith will inherit heaven. So you see, we do not have an excuse for unbelief in the eyes of God.

Wow, praise the Lord for making me to encounter another believer. I just wanna share that before(when I don't encounter Jesus yet) I almost believe about that science theory about human evolution even though I don't want to because for me my ancestors will never be monkeys hahaha. But when the Lord gave me answer through bible that we are created by Him in a very special way I was very amazed—no, I am still amaze by that. His creations are all truly amazing, beautiful and wonderful. ❤️

Yes, Zeya, the Lord God is our Savior. He is our Creator whom we can trust to do as He promised. Our goal is to submit to him 100% and be more like Him by following His commands, becoming a better disciple as the Holy Spirit works in us.

That's right, submitting to Him 100% is a must. He wants us to be holy because He is holy. And for us to be holy, we need to always obey Him and plant ourselves into His word for us to grow spiritually.

I don't believe in the big bang theory, but though some philosophy about nature can be true but not the big bang

Okay. Yeah, even something so simple as a watch has a creator. How much more the complexities of the universe!

Have you looked into the Qur'an?

Your words seem more like a Muslim words than Christian ones. Even as a Christian, you'll find a lot of support for your point of view (including against the evolution theory) reading the Qur'an.

The only reason I keep following and reading your posts, is that I agree with a lot of what you say from an Islamic perspective, what I don't agree with seems to be written fairly too.

You are certainly free to discontinue reading my posts. My verses are from the Bible - God's word, my friend. Do as you will.

Yeah, just wanted to ask just in case. Whenever I disagree with your posts I just avoid commenting, so nothing changed, but I really recommend you check the Qur'an.

It says in the Qur'an that it's the God's words and that it succeeds the sacred books before it. (Bible and Torah.) The difference is that we Muslims believe that the Bible in the current age is an altered version, while the Qur'an hadn't changed in 1400+ years. (The different versions of Qur'an all have the same words, but read with a different Arabic tongue.)

Nicely stated. Looks like a Southern Baptist preaching format: CCC - Creation, Conscience and Christ.

I agree. The ten commandments do not save us.

Exactly! The unbelieving Jews still insist on a works based salvation. This is wrong. Eternal life is a gift, and a gift may not be earned.

It is our choice to believe that we came from monkey and evolve. A smart person knows what true and not. A wise person which to belief. A fool believe without thinking.

The word is so wicked and full of lies. Our conscious is no longer functional and it has lost its taste
