So let's make it perfectly clear---now you will only see how much someone receives in DIRECT TIPS (wallet/QR). No more people seeing how much a particular post is earning from hearts and renoising it simply to jump on the 'ride'. I know the majority of people are not going to like it, but I am not the majority of people. :-) It will not affect how much you genuinely earn from your own efforts.

Hopefully with this change the platform can run smoothly and become more secure.😊
The best thing we do is continue a high quality contents the most important is we enjoy wether we have hearts or not the best thing we are all happy
This is what I had been waiting for! Coz I honestly don't like people seeing how much my posts earn, it makes me feel awkward or uncomfy. Coz "some" people think that the quality of our posts is based on how much tips they receive, like the more tips the excellent the post is and the lesser the tips the shitty it is. Well. 😅
This is actually great, atleast we can see those worthy posts out here that really needs to earn hearts. A great move from the dev and this is really a great change.

It will affect us though because some people don't do heart tips anymore because they don't see the amt their heart tips are worth. Saddening but it's happening.
It dawned on me at some point that many people simply clicked the heart button hoping that a funded tip would be rendered, which would show up in someone's notifications, and MAYBE entice you to check them out and send some heart tips THEIR way. Now that we cannot see that, it does one of two things. 1) it either makes less people hit the heart and we get less tips or 2) it means more people will FINALLY tip out of their own pocket a little bit to get "seen." I guess so far it is to be seen. I am monitoring my "tips" and it seems like they have not been affected so far. And I WILL also say I have seen just a small amount of personal tips greater than I did before. So, needless to say, it will be interesting to see how this all fares.
I can get behind this change. At the end of the day i would like Noise to be a social network with the component of money. But a social network mainly.
I like the update actually. Maybe the obsessed by tips won't be happy 😜
Hahaha 😂😂 you aren't uh 😂 it is a good thing because the content will have more quality, and many spammers will get out, but sometimes algorhythm decides wrong who a spammer is, and there is no way to figure it out unless you check your earning posts. 🤔 Well, maybe checking the balance every 5 minutes will help too 🙄

Yeah, but now I feel pressured to open my wallet, letting out the dust and moths that have been accumulating in there, and struggling against my cheapskate nature to tip a penny or two. :-(
