One of the first people to use and develop for Bitcoin, Mike Hearn, recently praised Flipstarter which was inspired by his project Lighthouse. Mr. Hearn said: "It's fantastic, amazing and humbling to see how the Flipstarter community is methodically making decentralized crowdfunding real. When I started down this road with Lighthouse years ago, the Flipstarter community is what I imagined and hoped it would eventually look like. The cryptocurrency world sadly has many projects that are hype over substance, but I believe that when the history of this time is written it'll be the projects like Flipstarter that left the biggest long term impact"

2019 ADCC double gold champion Gordon Ryan, 26, considered to be the best no-gi submission grappler in the world today, has been sponsored by someone in the community with $100,000 to wear the BCH logo during events.

BCH power user wallet Electron Cash has released version 4.2.7. This upgrade includes improvements such as the ability to "retire unused change addresses", which should improve performance for CashFusion as well as added support for the Satochip hardware wallet and more.

The first AnyHedge Twitter spaces event was held by one of the developers Emergent_Reasons. AnyHedge is a decentralized leverage trading futures contract on Bitcoin Cash.
