A BCH entrepreneur in Nigeria, Max, has made great strides to create a closed loop BCH ecosystem in his community. He provides food, water and electricity for his community in exchange for BCH as well as free education. Max is seeking to expand his efforts and has launched a flipstarter to raise funds to do so.

  • General Protocols has released an updated document defining their strategy, goals and philosophy going forward especially with the advent of smartBCH now part of the network.

  • Jason Dreyzehner, a BCH developer, has proposed a new CHIP. This upgrade for BCH would be included in the 2023 upgrade. The CHIP process relies on the feedback and support of the community so it is important for the community to voice their opinions on future upgrades.   • A game website developed for smartBCH called Catsluck now has a new feature where you can create a prediction market for any event you like for example a sports game. As the oracle you decide which team won and collect 2% of the winnings.

  • BCH developers Dagur and jQrgen have created a way to do two option vote with a smart contract on BCH called VotePeer
