How good are you in commanding

There are times when we ignore few peoples but at the same time respect some for certain valuable reasons. Irrespective of the fact that you are not a super human, some people just fall in love with you, not for your looks but for some extra quality you carry with you.

Unnecessarily raising your voice to get the attention of others is not commanding power. Some peoples raise the voice to hide their fear for the fact they will be respected. An asset for a loud voice.

Sometimes we mistake a harsh tone to a commanding one. For some this voice is a blessing as they get their things done easily.

When you benefit from your commands then you are a successful person. If you really need your commands to get executed, there're some positive qualities that you need to possess.

When will your commands gets an abrupt response?

● When you have an eye to eye contact with whom you are concerned and the proposed topic reaches the listener with no revert questions or clarification.

● Your dressing sense and gestures do count when it comes to official meeting. If you are comfortable with your dresss, your command becomes more powerful. This infact is another psychology to command.

● Gather as much information about the subject comcerned. Be updated with the current events. Because once you start speaking automatically the command within you will be noticed giving prime importance to the subject.

● When you know you made a mistake, admit it and never hesitate to sorry. And once you say it, you will be more free to talk. Accepting mistakes is the good quality of a good leader.

● Inorder to get respect, never pull out any ego issues. Because a simple flaw is enough to spoil a whole speech. Dignity really matters here.

A command though big or small, at office or at home is executed well when conversed to the point.
