We peoples get easily adapted to the changing life styles, be it for good or for bad. But it will be good if we follow a healthy lifestyle.
Let's see if you would like to be one among these.
Early to bed and early to rise makes man healthy, wealthy and wise - This is an old saying but I do agree with this statement. I believe most of us do agree. Its always better to follow this routine so that atleast we get a good healthy sleep, the after effect of which is our willingness, intelligence and calmness to execute things in a systematic manner.
Early to rise should not start by seeing the messages of your mobile instead by seeing the greenery and inhalation of fresh air that you get on opening the windows of your room. If this is not possible a sweet smile at your spouse or at your child which will make your day at peace.
A brisk morning walk around the surroundings of your locality by saying a "hello", a "good morning ",or "How are you"? to your close friends or passer-by makes you energetic. Here, do not expect an answer.
Drinking water in empty stomach is another healthy lifestyle. The intake of water should be warm. A body cleansing is necessary before you start your day with food.
A cold water head bath in the morning is another healthy lifestyle. You stay fresh ahead. But this will work out only if you jave a good sleep the precious night.
Temptations - Its better to avoid a crave for junk foods. Particularly when you cross the age of 40. Because by then we have most of the ailments. Let tempting foods stay only as temptations in the food counter so that you can live a medi free life atleast for few years.
Include more of veggies in the form of salads in your food chart.
Sleep should never be skipped. A stretch of 6 to 8 hrs. sleep is compulsory.
Last but not the least maintain a healthy relationship with selected friends. For those who care for you and for those you care.
Its quite difficult to follow by what I wrote here. Though we all know about these. But then we can give a try when it concerns with our health.
