If there is fat in the belly, just as it is difficult to move around.  There are many people who are not very fat but feel a lot of discomfort in the belly or in some parts of the body.  It doesn't feel good to wear any good clothes. 

Here are some simple ways to get rid of excess belly fat.

1.  Start every morning with the lemon juice.  This method is one of the most effective ways to reduce belly fat.  Mix lemon juice with 1 glass of warm water and a little salt.  If you want you can mix a little honey.  But do not mix sugar.  Drink the drink every morning.  This drink will help reduce belly fat by boosting your metabolism.

2.  Eat less white rice or give up eating white rice for a while.  Add different wheat grains to your daily diet instead of white rice.  You can also add red rice, wheat bread, oats and other grains.

3.  Stay away from sugary foods.  Also, say goodbye to sweet foods such as sweets, chocolate, ice cream, firni, semai, etc. for a while.

4.  High-fat foods and cold drinks store fat in different parts of the body.  Such as our stomach or thighs.  So understand that these foods should be removed from the list.

5.  If you want to get rid of belly fat, you have to drink plenty of water every day.  Then it will increase the metabolic rate of the body as well as remove the toxic elements from the body.  That is why water is called "Natural cleanser".

6.  Suck a few of raw garlic in the morning.  Then drink lemon juice.  This treatment will help you to lose weight and facilitate blood flow to the body.

7.  As long as belly fat is not reduced, non-vegetarian food such as: meat, fish, eggs, milk should be excluded.  However, the skin of the fish piece can be eaten.

8.  Eat fruits and vegetables every morning and afternoon.  However, in this case, choose the national fruit.  This habit will make up for the deficiency of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in your body.

9.  Eat spicy foods.  Surprised?  Don't be surprised.  Eat spicy food but the spice will come from cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and green pepper.  Use these in cooking.  This spice is healthy.  These increase the body's insulin supply and help lower blood sugar levels.  So these are also very beneficial for diabetics.

All you have to do is exercise.  There is no substitute for exercise to reduce belly fat.  You have to exercise regularly to keep your body fit.

Awwn! This is Sweet. Didn't actually believed you were going to put up an article on this like I requested....... Thank you so very much for this. I just finished eating white rice....lols I eat rice eventually everyday but with chicken, I don't eat red meat.

What I kno I can start taking now is the lemon and warm water every morning, but asking me to stay away from rice.....hellooooooooo hahaha
