A very simple recipe for delicious banana pancakes with milk for banana lovers - banana lovers! The thin, thin, blonde banana-flavoured pancakes come off the plate in no time... what happens to the plate straight from the grill:) They're very soft and delicious, but if you leave them in the pan longer, they get crispy! We are very pleased with this unusual recipe for banana pancakes, and we suggest you try it too.

It's basically a traditional milk pancake, but with a twist - bananas are added to the mix. Otherwise, here's another way to use overripe or unripe bananas - and also other baked goods like banana bread, cakes and pies. Just one slice is enough to give the pancakes an intense banana flavour.

Baking and eating banana bread is a real pleasure! The kids will love helping in the kitchen and tasting the result too:) By the way, my daughter has found a way to wrap the finished pancakes in banana pieces with honey. It turned out even tastier than a traditional pancake!

Ingredients:

0.5 litres of milk,

0.0 ml milk, 2 eggs,

1 banana,

1 cup of flour (130 g),

a pinch of salt,

2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

It is not necessary to add sugar to the dough, as the banana is sweet in itself. We halved the white flour and durum wheat flour, which has a yellowish color and, like spelt flour, makes a particularly tasty and healthy dough.

How to bake:

Pour the milk into a bowl, add the eggs and a banana cut into small pieces.

Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Sift in the flour, add the salt, whisk (to avoid the flour shaking in the kitchen when the blender starts working), and whisk again until there are no lumps. Yes, this is the recipe where you use a blender instead of a mixer:)

Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the mixture and blend. The banana pancake mix is ready! You can bake it.

Grease a dry, clean pan with vegetable oil (before you make the first pancake) and heat it well over medium heat. Scoop out the mixture, shake the pan and spread it in a thin layer.

Fry the pancake until golden brown, then turn with a spatula and fry the second side until golden brown. Place the finished banana pancakes on a plate.

Eat them on their own or with banana filling!
