Hello Guys, it's been a month already I think since I last share a cooking recipe here. So I'm just gonna share one again. I don't know if anyone knows this but this one is so delicious that you will forget the pain that you are feeling now. So if you are brokenhearted, I suggest you strat cooking this now.
Okay first, I would like to thanks the following sponsors, this will not be successful if not for them.
Auntie Velyn for Kudkudran ng Niyog.
Do you know what is Kudkuran? This was made in a a wood with blade attached in it. You can kudkud the coconut while your sitting or you can stand if that's where you're comfortable. This was also called grater, or coconut grater. If you are far away from a civilization where a machine with coconut grater has, then you can use this. You can grate the coconut manually, with your hands, not your face off course. This was was easy, you just need to cut the mature coconut into two using your toe. And you can start now scraping the tough coconut flesh off it's shell, but remember hold the coconut shell tight, just like when you were holding onto his promises because if you don't do it you might get hurt dahil sa mga pangako nya na napako na, pinako ka!!! Hold on tight baby, and don't ever let me go.
Thanks to Aling Flor for the Participition of Grating the Coconut off to his shell, we can't complete our Chicken Curry if it's not for you. And also thanks to myself because I had finally moved on. Just kidding, I don't even have boyfriend duhh, mangarap kapa ropa.
Actually, Mom Flor and Me was the two who grate this coconut. It's very easy because I'm used -- ginamit lang ako! I mean I'm used to doing this. It's like I'm just playing, very easy and very funny. It's enjoyable for me because, just because. How about you? Can you grate a mature coconut too? Manually?
After we finish grating a 2 whole cocow-nut. I, piniga ko na yong niyog na nagrate na to get the coconut milk, this is one of the main ingredients. I used my 3 hands in doing it, it's very easy you can do it too if you want to try. Just be careful, you may crushed yourself again if you squeeze it carelessly, you can get cut if there's a piece of coconut shell that was accidentally included in the grated coconut. After squeezing all of the grated coconut, we will put a a hot water in those squeezed grated coconut so squeeze it more to get more coconut milk

This will be more enjoyable if only you put chili paste or powder. I love spicy foods but not the super one.
Sometimes, we put eggplants a replacement for Papaya, because eggplant was more delicious than papaya. For me okay.
Origin
The Filipino chicken curry formula unquestionably had started from the well known Indian curry dish which can be seen from the flavors utilized however the taste had advanced to explicitly cook for the Filipino sense of taste which implies it's not as solid as the first curry and the sauce is somewhat more slender. It may have been brought by the Indian warriors known as Sepoy's who settled down in Philippines during the British Occupation of the Philippines during (1762-1764).
I hope you all enjoy this, it's easy right? Also, Grating coconut is easy peasy, but if you don't have a coconut grater then buy the powder that is available in the supermarket..
