Through thick and thin

Daniella had been alone ever since her husband left her, they didn't get a divorce but the husband just left her and it seems her marriage is really over, at first, she didn't want to believe it, she pretends nothing is happening hoping her husband will come back soon, but all hope are now lost. She had been alone since then. To avoid embarrassment or disgrace she changed her location and relocated elsewhere, she found a good job and moved on with her life, she decided to put the past behind her. Nobody knows anything about in her new place of work, she lives and does things alone.

What was really the reason her marriage crashes down? Why did her husband suddenly leaves?

Things were good between them before, their marriage was just a year old, though she never had a child yet they still loved themselves just like a newly couple would do. Few months before their marriage, Frank, Daniella's husband lost his job, things were difficult because they already fixed their marriage date, Daniela is a strong woman through all of that they decided to continue their marriage plan and luckily for them the husband got another job a month after their marriage. But the husband is so fragile even when he lost his job, he was so disturbed and became so confused but his wife became his motivator and keeps encouraging him.

Now, after their marriage, the problem he has is that he has refused to allow his wife or anybody share his burden, he has forgotten that everyone has a problem, he bears his problem alone and he finds a solution on his own and refuses to open up. When things got complicated, it started when he was accused of a fraud in his office, he wasn't a type who is greedy and doesn't steal, who knows who has done this huge offence that he was framed for it. He didn't tell even his wife or his closest friend, maybe he was scared they wouldn't believe him. Then he was sacked in his office, he couldn't bear to tell his wife that he lost his job he thought she will leave her because they have no means of survival. Somehow, the wife knows her husband has lost her job, she was sad and at the same time stayed with her husband. Since she still has her job there is hope for them.

Daniella takes to the responsibility of providing for her husband, she never complained nor grumble but her husband feel he is a burden to her and wanted them to separate, he told her he is sorry for what happened and that they should separate. That is not a wise decision to make as he regrets it. He has forgotten the purpose of marriage is to be together through the good times and the bad times.

A year later, Frank finds another job and continued his life alone, he lost contact with his wife and has been looking for her whereabout since then, Daniella has moved on with her life, even though she has not given love another chance since then. Coincidentally, they both crossed path and both are left with two options reunite or remain separated. Daniella is finding it hard to forgive him for the pain she had experienced so far, Frank is not giving up on her either, he won't stop begging her till he allows him back in her heart.

A question to my dear readers: do you think Frank's decision was right from the onset.

This story is fictitious, a portrayal of some marriage encounter these days, some couples have forgotten the vows they made to each other on their wedding day, they are meant for each other, they are meant to stay strong together no matter the problem any of them encountered. These happen even in relationships. I personally think partners shouldn't be ashamed to share each other's problems, if your partner really loves, he or she will stay with you even in the midst of challenges and difficulties.
