A well balanced diet is good for your heart and waistline.

This food that im gonna share is one of my favorite snack and is good for your heart.

Tortilla tapas

Ingredients

  1. 3tbsp olive oil

  2. 1 large onion, thinly sliced

  3. 3 medium potato, sliced thinly

  4. 2 gloves garlic, crushed

  5. 2 bell pepper, sliced thinly

  6. 6 eggs, beaten

  7. 1 cup parsley, chopped

  8. Chili flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to fan 160C. Heat olive oil in pan, cook potato until tender then add onion, garlic and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes

  2. Mix eggs, parsley and chili flakes. Put in a non stick container for oven. Cook in the oreheated oven for 15 minutes

  3. Let it cool for 5 minutes and cut into serving size

  4. Serve and Enjoy

Healthy heart can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Eating healthy foods and exercise is the key to a good health.
