This food that im gonna share is one of my favorite snack and is good for your heart.
Tortilla tapas
Ingredients
3tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 medium potato, sliced thinly
2 gloves garlic, crushed
2 bell pepper, sliced thinly
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup parsley, chopped
Chili flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to fan 160C. Heat olive oil in pan, cook potato until tender then add onion, garlic and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes
Mix eggs, parsley and chili flakes. Put in a non stick container for oven. Cook in the oreheated oven for 15 minutes
Let it cool for 5 minutes and cut into serving size
