Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1tsp cinnamon, crushed
3 cups oatmeal
1tsl baking soda
Directions
Cream together butter, white sugar and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir eggs in vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and stir until creamy. Mix in oatmeal and placed in refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat oven at 190C. Roll dough into walnuts size and place 2 inches apart in cookie sheets with grease. Flatten the dough with fork
Bakex for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving
Enjoy!
Preparation time is 15 minutes, cooking 10minutes, other 1hr 35min. Total of 2 hrs
